First time I ever experienced this issue at any campground I stayed at. Two nights in a row a very large bus camper left at 3 am and ran their engine for 1 hour before they left. Unable to sleep. The 2nd camper left at 5 am and woke me up getting the bus camper ready. I thought there was quiet hours at campsites. I was exhausted each day this happened.

Very nice campground. We really didn't take advantage of all the amenities as we were at a baseball tournament all weekend, but regular texts kept us aware of all the goings on. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Families with kids would really enjoy this KOA.

We booked here because we wanted more of a resort stay and liked they had a splash pad . The splash pad was broke the entire time we were there without notice on their website, sign or even at check in. There is only one activity a day and that was at 10am. Our site was awful . We had had nothing but mud and sand that hay was suppose to cover up.

We had a family reunion there. The employees were very friendly except 1 lady who seemed crabby all the time. The visitation hours are strictly inforced so plan on guests being kicked out at 10pm, it's a little early on a weekend when it doesn't get dark until 930pm and people want to sit around fire.

Wisconsin Dells KOA staff is very friendly! The owner is onsite and seen. Staff is constantly cleaning and seen. Will go back in the future. Impressed!

Email communication ahead of time was great. Office was ready for us on arrival, we were escorted to our site. We had a full hook pull through site that was plenty long for our RV and tow vehicle with patio, picnic table and fire pit. The sites are close together with our slides nearly extending out to our neighbors' patio. All staff were friendly and helpful. KOA is close to attractions.

We had a really good 3-night stay here. Great staff, clean facilities, nice pool, and they have a nice store as well. They very conveniently delivered firewood and picked up trash. Our only issue was the trains running past during the night. Our site was close to the tracks, so it was a bit loud at times. I would have chosen another spot had I known. We will stay here again!

This KOA could not have been more accommodating, the staff is helpful, friendly and industrious, always doing something. A lot of new cabins going in here. The showers and bathrooms were clean and well kept. We will definitely stay here again.

pros: - Infrastructure, hookups, store - clean bathroom and showers - close to Downtown WDells Cons: - our site was only 100' from the railroad tracks apart, and this was VERY loud, trains running all through the night - nightly charges

Overall decent KOA. Staff pleasant. RV spaces pretty tight/close quarters. Bathrooms were cleaned and RV trash was picked up every morning. Shower rooms need better ventilation, perpetually humid/moist. Dog park very small compared to other KOAs.

Everything was as expected….one issue was the lack of grass on the sites and the over abundance of dirt/sand causing us to track a lot of dust in the coach. Had it rained it would have been a muddy mess

Lot 39 was very small, cramp, dusty and uneven. I suppose you don't want to tell people that a train track is right next to the campground, but there is one and it's active and a deterrent to a peaceful setting.

Dells KOA never disappoints!! We always have a fantastic time when we visit dells KOA. The staff is so friendly, kind and helpful. Love how staff remembers and recognizes repeat campers. Can’t wait to come back, even though we had to leave a day earlier from our departure date, we still had a blast.

Pulled in at 12 pm for our weekend stay with our RV,and Vicky would NOT allow us to check in because we were 1 hour early unless we paid $10, even though our site was empty. So Vicky was going to make us wait outside for a hour...... I've been a KOA member for over 10 years, been to over 20+ KOAs across the country and never have I not felt welcome, until now. We found 3 other places to cam

Great stay at this convenient location. Staff was amazing. Store is well stocked and the showers and restrooms were super clean. We will be back next year!

We stayed for a few days the amazing staff and sites along with late September weather made our stay a wow the store was well stocked for the forgotten items you forgot to bring or ran out of, the site was easy in and level. Some sites come with a gas grill tent site look neat and spacious.
