While setting up we had a dog escape our containment set up for 30 seconds. A staff member stated they noticed it and had marked our account and if we had another would have to pay some insane fee. Quite off putting to happen before we even got properly set up, and without regard for the current situation.The site was so so. Not level and had exposed roots from a tree that were trip hazard.

The only bad thing about this stay is that if you end up near the train track you will be woken up about 3-4 times per night because your trailer will literally shake while the train is passing and it is also super loud. The rest was very nice and the staff was very helpful and nice! There’s activities for kids and there is a decent pool also.

There was a sewage drain for the sight next to us between our picnic table & our fire pit. Not acceptable at all. There were trains running every other hour day & night . The railroad track was about 200 feet of our campsite. It would shake our 40 foot fifth wheel & wake us up several times a night. However on the bright side the people were friendly. We definitely won’t go back.

There is no parking for our second vehicle on our campsite if we wanted to use the campfire. Very unfriendly and unwelcome. It is called a campground and we were limited on complete access to a camp fire. We bought wood and could not use it because our 2nd vehicle would have been damaged. Also not enough spots to drop off the bags with dog waste. Worst KOA we ever stayed at

Very loud and congested. Terrible WiFi, which normally no big deal, but with no cell service, it was a must to keep in contact with family, which was not able to happen. Right next to train tracks, and trains came through all hours of the night.

Only Saturday activity for kids was a movie. The internet was so slow that it was unusable. We had to hotspot our devices on the phone. Nice people and the campground was clean.

Only a 1 night stay for us so hopefully other parts of the park may have bigger sites. Ours, no. 30 was very small. Big enough to pull into while still towing but limited “outside” space.

The facility was tight and crowded. Inexplicably, KOA CANCELLED our reservation and then insisted we had canceled it. Would we drive 385 miles to get there if we canceled it? Clerk would not look at the phone log. We were put in a worker spot in the back. Frankly, I think a refund or credit should be issued to us.

I had a nice stay at Wisconsin Dells KOA. Staff friendly and helpful. Trash pick up was a bit iffy though. May been me not putting the trash where the staff would view it as trash, so maybe the directions should be improved.

The grounds were meticulous, the bathrooms were super clean. The staff were the best I have ever seen. If anything were to bring us back, it would be the kindness of your staff. The "golf cart" crew, the front office-general store, and all others are the best! DON'T let them go!!

Every single employee ( those wearing yellow koa shirts) that we engaged with was top notch professional. The lady who checked us in had a great sense of sarcastic humor… appropriately since I banter as well. Thank you to everyone. It was our first; but not our last koa stay. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay. I really liked the text messages reminding us of events or important information. The sites were very tight and left hardly any space to park. The site we were at was clean and partially shaded which was nice. We witnessed some bullying on the playground but that happens everywhere. Staff was very helpful and nice! We would come back again.

The upper shower/restrooms were cleaned very poorly. The same paper by the toilets there all weekend and toilets were half clean need to have someone check them after they are cleaned

Well the spots are to close together. Close enough where I couldn’t open my windows due to my neighbor smoking next to me. Also, his campfire made my RV smell like smoke as well. Went and took my two dogs to the dog run was even more disappointed to see all the dog poop not picked up. The bathrooms and showers were really not clean. This was my reason to give a low rating. Staff were very kind and helpful but I wouldn’t stay again based on how dirty the bathrooms were.

We paid for a premium spot over $100 a night and didn’t expect our neighbors utilities to literally be in our faces on our site. Our site was too close to next door neighbor fir this kind of price.

The campground was clean and well maintained, which included a clean grill and full bottle of propane. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They picked up our trash every morning. The girl in the office/store helped me obtain water park tickets. Great place!

We paid for full hook up but didn't have sewer. Which wasn't an issue but felt our nightly stay should have been discounted.

It was nice location, close to everything. Right next to train tracks but not bad. The only issue we had was the spot we stayed at (#2) had a big metal circle/lid right where you have to back in. And since backing up a slight incline near tress and stakes sticking up, our camper foot (in the front) hit that multiple times. We ended up getting into the spot but it was quite frustrating.

Staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Would give 6 stars if we could. Campground is very family friendly. Lots of options for family and kids (game room, playground etc). About 5 min from downtown dell's area. Park was VERY clean overall, including lots, bath and shower rooms. East side lots are are a little tight and are about 200ft away from tracks. Would stay there again.

Small sites, close to the railroad tracks, small pool, KOA work campers randomly placed among the other sites and simply not one of the nicer KOA's we have stayed. We also had 6 families together and got in trouble for letting our kids eat at a shaded picnic table that was not ours. Won't be back to this one!

Great stay at this convenient location. Staff was amazing. Store is well stocked and the showers and restrooms were super clean. We will be back next year!

We stayed for a few days the amazing staff and sites along with late September weather made our stay a wow the store was well stocked for the forgotten items you forgot to bring or ran out of, the site was easy in and level. Some sites come with a gas grill tent site look neat and spacious.
