Great stay! Was my first time at a KOA. The office workers were super helpful and friendly. After our first night we wanted to move tent sites to be closer to our friend’s site and they were very happy and helpful in accommodating our switch. Great trip!

Pros-very clean, nice store, fairly close to attractions, most staff helpful Cons-train noise, our 3 sites were very cramped neighbours services under our awning so no privacy, kids in playground as early as before 7 am and we'll after dark often unsupervised. This used to be a beautiful spacious park but camp cottages are being stuck everywhere making it hard to even pull out/get into our site.

The facilities were cleaned regularly. But the sites were very close together and small. The car parking area was right next to the fireplace and unable to move the fireplace. The pool was small, in relation the amount of people staying. The splash pad only ran for a short time prior to waiting 15 minutes for it to turn back on.

The staff went above & beyond helping & very courteous. Everything was very clean & well-kept.

The staff was informative by using text communication to remind campers of different events, rules, and local activities happening in the campground and around the area. The staff was overall strict with rules, but kept the campsite nice. The bathhouses were acceptable and the campsites were nice.

Great campground to stay at. Brandon went out of his way to help me out with a technical difficulty while we stayed there. Wouldn't hesitate staying there again. Fantastic family campground. Great location. Very helpful.

Your internet service was very good, unlike the other KOA’s we stayed at. When you are on the road, the internet very important!!

The pool was awesome & showers were exceptional!! Having individual restrooms which allow for a person or even a family to have privacy not just in a stall, but in an entire room, which was cleaned wonderfully, was unmatched by any other KOA we've stayed at!! The pool had a couple of jumbo beach balls bouncing around which was also a nice touch to encourage interaction among guests. We'll be back!

We really like this campground. Already booked for next year. Very helpful and friendly staff. Close to the downtown area.

Only 1 large dryer out of 4 worked, and 2 small dryers were functional. Bathrooms/Showers were superior clean. Tentative staff always available. Pool was clean with enough tables/umbrellas and lounge chairs available.

Stayed at tent site. Very clean restrooms and showers. Kids love outdoor pool. Smooth check in with friendly staff. We will come back again !

Having someone help us back our camper into our spot was priceless. You saved us from the first husband/wife fight of the weekend! :) Everything was clean and very well kept up. Our kids loved the pool and splash pad. Thank you!

Campground was clean and the staff helpful and prompt. Bathrooms and shower stalls need venting. Other campers were leaving used toiliet paper in the trash inside the bathrooms so that was gross. I think the sign might have confused people who don't speak good english that you "can't flush items". Pool was small and always crowded. Our tent site was on an incline so no good place to put our tent.

The staff were great at check-in and the bathrooms and common areas were clean, those 2 things get 5 stars. We rented tent site 90 and the tree above dripped sticky sap all over our tent and everything else. I was really disappointed by this. There was also a severe thunderstorm warning and I wasn’t aware of any emergency shelter at the campground. We put our sleeping kids in the car at 11:15pm

Muy bonito lugar muy tranquilo y limpio, lo que si pienso que falta es una alberca un poco más grande y con un tobogán y un jacuzzi . Pero si lo recomiendo. Es un lugar muy agradable para acampar con niños.

We had an issue with our Cabin's air conditioner, I called the Emergency number on Friday evening and they came over to check it out and seemed to fix the issue. It was putting out cool air then. YAY. The pool and splash pad was fun by all. Thank you!

Campsite was a little crowded, and the pool was on the smaller size, but it was clean, staff were friendly and it got the job done! They had KOA Kamp fundraisers during our stay, which was a nice opportunity.

We absolutely loved staying at the Wisconsin Dells KOA. The campground was wonderful, our kids loved the playground, pool and activities provided. Campfire Kevin was so kind, he took time to talk with us at the ice cream social/s’mores night and all the other staff members were very nice and helpful. My parents had the Wayfair cabin, it was very clean and comfortable with a great patio. 10/10!!

Great stay at this convenient location. Staff was amazing. Store is well stocked and the showers and restrooms were super clean. We will be back next year!

We stayed for a few days the amazing staff and sites along with late September weather made our stay a wow the store was well stocked for the forgotten items you forgot to bring or ran out of, the site was easy in and level. Some sites come with a gas grill tent site look neat and spacious.
