It was a quick stay at dells but it was very nice to have chauffeur to the campsite and pool was awesome

We had a great time! Two small issues, our water hook up drained directly into our tent area and the prospecting water had to be turned on by an employee. We bought 4 bags of them for the kids. I found out the morning of checkout that it could be turned on but I was told that we had checked out 2 min ago and amenities were only for guests. She did turn it on but that's a bit ridged.

Very nice campground not too big. Staff is amazing. The pool was too small, that is my only complaint.

3 VERY unfriendly employees, water hook ups that were actually located in the site next to us - had to actually move their chairs to hook onto the water line, God awful constant (every 20 mins or so) smell of sewage from a site that contained the sewer gas monitoring system that caused one in our party to vomit, not able to park where I wanted in my two sites is a NEVER come back here again.

We rented a camping cabin and were shocked to discover that train tracks run so close that the entire cabin shakes when a train goes by. This happens several times each night. If I was aware of this, I only would have reserved a unit at the back of the campground. When I shared my concern at the desk they were very rude and reply was that they can't move the train tracks. I do not recommend!!

Park is beautiful, lots of trees and space. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. Location is perfect close to all the things. Highly recommend this KOA.

Enjoyed our stay...everyone was friendly and helpful. Wood delivered to our campsite! Wonderful pool area. Water was perfect temp. Liked being able to communicate questions etc with a text

We were positioned by a train track where trains came by every 3 hours, even at night.

I found the KOA was nothing like it was in 2008 when we visited and spent 4 days there. I was mad that we had to pay 20 dollars to be next to the people you are traveling with. And to get there and find out we are not next to each other. I thank you for refunding our money. BUT I Wanted to be with the people I WAS TRAVELING with!!!! I will not be back or use that campground again.

We paid extra money to lock-in our sites, so we could be adjacent to family. Upon arrival, we were placed in the same section, but with 2 other rv units between us. After complaining, management refunded the site lock-in fees. We stayed in the upper section of the campground where sites are extremely tight and there is little to no shade. Based on the per night fee, I expected more from this KOA

Just stay overnight, but used the very clean restroom and had a very nice spot. The reception that we received made us feel very welcome. We had stayed here many years ago and if we come by again, we will stay again!

Our stay was outstanding. The staff (Kris, Jack, Brandon) courtesy, attention to detail and outstanding customer service sets a very high bar for any other glamping experience. The property was immaculate and very evident of reinvestment and care. We have already made our reservation for our next visit.

This was our first family vacation of tenting with grandkids. The location was great. The activities were fun! The pool was a nice place to relax after a busy day in the Dells! The cleanliness of your campground was greatly appreciated. Staff was so kind and friendly. Everyone had a great time!

The sites are level, well shaded, and clean. However, we wished there was more space on each campsite as the fire pits were so close to the vehicles and trees. The pool and splash pad were very clean as well as the shower houses and restrooms. The text updates were a nice touch.

Too crowded. The old man on the golf cart could not properly get us to our site. He seemed confused. Site was way too small for our small rig. All the trees on the site were cut down. Was supposed to be shady and private and was not. Bathrooms were very clean!

Everyone was very nice. We had an easy express check-in. We were centrally located to a variety of things to do. We enjoyed Mirror Lake state park. The bathrooms were spacious and clean and they had some fun extras at the pool!

This was the best KOA we’ve stayed in. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The facilities were clean and we loved the restroom/shower combination. My family is coming back through and will be staying there!

The employees were fantastic! The restrooms and showers were very clean as well as the pool area. The only problem was that our site was among 7 or 8 sites that were very tight for our RV. It was only 24 ft. Other than that very enjoyable stay.

The staff seemed a bit irritated by the fact that we were two hours early and charged us a $10 early fee. Traveling from central Illinois with two little kids, we need to have time built in for stops. Arrival time is set by the kids, not by the check in time. I didn't mind paying the extra fee. I just didn't want to be treated like an inconvenience. The escort was also annoyed by our arrival.

We stayed in one of the cabins. We wer e directly across from the playground. The kids loved that. Sitting around the fire was a great way to unwind after an active day in the Dells.

The only negative to staying with you is the loud train, which goes by often during the night. I wonder if it would be quieter up on the hill.

Floors in the camping cabin were filthy - the air conditioner was super loud - the pool is small - the pre-teen children who took over the pool were annoying unfortunately the campground has no control over campers out of control children - we will not be going back to the campground or the Wisconsin Dells area ever again and we live in Wisconsin! The whole Dells area has gone downhill.

We had a great time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We’ve i’m coming. I am more than 20 years and always a pleasure to come back. The showers and bathrooms are clean. The man was always driving around, picking up the garbage and asking us if we need firewood. Nice place for a little getaway. Thank you

Great stay at this convenient location. Staff was amazing. Store is well stocked and the showers and restrooms were super clean. We will be back next year!

We stayed for a few days the amazing staff and sites along with late September weather made our stay a wow the store was well stocked for the forgotten items you forgot to bring or ran out of, the site was easy in and level. Some sites come with a gas grill tent site look neat and spacious.
