All KOAs are measured against Sault Ste Marie. Great for an overnight stay, therefore cannot really comment further.

Quiet, beautiful campground with nice amenities. Our spot was a little tight for a 49 foot motor home. Would upgrade next time.

Wishing there was more shade. We loved me my brother and my two children. We've still brag about our goodtime. Your whole staff were wonderful. Thank you so much. You had two young Gentleman clean the bathrooms and showers those must have been out favorites. Very respectful and polite. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay.

Been here 3 times now & great experience each time with friends & family equally impressed. Love that all campers respect quiet times & for one another. Great staff & love the option of firewood delivered as needed.

I requested a site that was as private as possible and was placed in a site directly aside an RV overlooking us. As we walked around I didn't see many sites that would fit the bill, they are all very close. Our site was also muddy and needed more stone instead of just dirt. Other than that, the campground is super clean and the staff friendly. Just not our cup of tea.

From the moment I got there I could see nothing but friendly and happy faces, everyone there work to keep everything clean nd organized, its was a great experience I'm coming back soon

Went with my boyfriend for our Anniversary..it was his first time in the Dells and im familiar with this KOA as i choose it as the place to stay. I LOVE this KOA and love how close it is to everything. It is always clean and maintained and they make everything convenient and for your comfort, love that you can text and they will deliver whatever you need.

Very clean! Love the bathrooms they were nice and private and immaculate! Staff was very friendly. You could tell that it was well-maintained all the time.

Campground well maintained. However, sites very narrow. Tight one lane roads thru out campground, not one way. Had to back up several times to let opposing traffic thru. No parking of cars allowed at camp store, laundry, pool or bathrooms. We were told cars are only allowed to park at campsite, we will have to walk. Trains run day and night very close to campground and the ground actually shakes.

We had a great time. The kabin we stayed in was clean at arrival, but the coffee maker had not been cleaned out from previous renter. Site was tidy and really nice. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Overall a Great experience. When we come to the Dells again will most assuredly stay at the Dells Koa Holiday!

Very nice. Swimming pool was heated and calming. Kia’s have the family vacation experience down well. Not quiet but the service was great.

The camp ground was great! The washrooms and shower rooms were very well maintained to handle multi users. Did not expect much from the free wifi, but we had unlimited data and the phone reception was very poor. Also we were not able to get the cable hookup . There was noting wrong with our axel cable and we found out that several of the campers near our area also had the same problem.

The bathrooms were atrocious! They smelled like urine, I most of our three day stay, our cabin was located near the washroom/showers, and the only time I saw staff cleaning them was in the morning and in the evening… With so many campers on the weekend that was not enough. Other KOA that I’ve stayed at are immaculate… KOA Wisconsin holiday was very nasty! Staff was friendly though…

If I have to be honest. Here I go, I love this KOA staff is super friendly always enjoy this place, the only down this time wad that our cabin Windsor where we stayed it was not clean. The FLOORS WERE VERY DIRTY, it looked and by us walking inside with out socks and our bare feet got filthy withing 2 minutes of us walking inside. This needs improvement and the restroom had a smell of pee.. dir

All the staff were very attentive and super nice. Josh brought our firewood and also helped us back our unit into our lot. Wish a lot of other places provided this level of service. Bathrooms were always clean. Staff was always patrolling the site picking up trash or asking if we needed anything. Will definitely set up our campsite there in the future.

This Kia has really gone down hill we loved staying here in the past but to find out they are not as pet friendly as they used to be is a shame regardless of there response to this we were approached with some very rude interactions with the managers of this Koa not pet friendly at all you have to literally be next to your pet at all times.

Very friendly staff. Prices are reasonable for the area. Central location. Great amenities. Laundry wasn't too expensive based on my experience. Bathrooms and showers were excellent - modern and clean.

Everything was fantastic except for the fact we had to set our trash out in front of our trailer and sometimes it sit there for quite a while before it got picked up I'd rather be able to take our trash to a dumpster nearby and get rid of it

The campsite was clean and ready for out check-in including the grill which was as clean as the day they bought it. Staff was friendly and professional and it was a nice campground for walks with the dogs. We enjoyed the stay with our granddaughter and will definitely insider going back for another stay.

Very nice campground with full hookups. Great location to downtown, super close but when you are at the KOA, you feel like you are camping. The restrooms and showers were very clean. Only complaint is the people at the site next to us were smoking constantly and we hated the smell but can't fault the campground for that. We also liked the small dog park. Will definitely be back!

Really beautiful park. You feel like your away from everything but downtown is very close and easy to get too! The park is very clean and they come by and pick up your trash. I would definitely stay here again

Our stay was great we did enjoy it. The cabin was clean and the location was great! We stayed in a cabin, and my only complaint would be that the cabin had a damp or stale smell. Maybe some air fresheners would make them more inviting as people walk in. We stayed Sunday - Wednesday so maybe more activity's offered for the kids during the week would be nice... crafts, etc...

Everything was clean and well maintained. Nice showers and bathrooms. Free coffee in the office. There are a number of trains that go rumbling by, but no horns. Dog park was nice too to go leash free.

The site that we were put on just big enough for our 28-30 ft camper leaving just enough room for our truck. The distance from the sewer hook-up to our camper too far away, we had to purchase an extension, 1st time ever needed one. Needed to use electric extension as well. There is a train track right behind the site with lots of train traffic, No whistles but loud. Fire ring hard to access.

Great stay at this convenient location. Staff was amazing. Store is well stocked and the showers and restrooms were super clean. We will be back next year!

We stayed for a few days the amazing staff and sites along with late September weather made our stay a wow the store was well stocked for the forgotten items you forgot to bring or ran out of, the site was easy in and level. Some sites come with a gas grill tent site look neat and spacious.
