The KOA was awesome! The pool was great! Staff was always helpful and friendly. Bathrooms/showers were clean! Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, loved the campgrounds and our spot was great, even with the “occasional “ train booming by � I appreciated the texts informing us of events and things going on with the grounds

Convenient location to all Dells attractions. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Pull thru sites are a bit close together with minimal shade but overall great KOA!

This is the worst KOA we have found so far!!! It is right next to train tracks so you hear and feel trains going all hours of the night and day, sites are extremely small, the staff lied to us when we asked questions, and the information in the KOA directory is inaccurate (there is no shuttle)! WILL NOT recommend this KOA to ANYONE! EVER!!!!

We only stayed 2 night. Sites are very close to each other. We could not extend our awning. Slide out was only a couple of feet from the next trailer. Bathrooms are exceptionally clean. Glad they escort you to your site.

We stayed 2 nights with our two grandchildren. We enjoyed our stay. The kids love the pool and the park and it is close to all the Dells activities

We had such a great time at the KOA, but again, we always do! The only thing was that our tv kept losing signals but other than that, everything was great. I was hoping for an earlier/later checkout as well. Hopefully you can offer that again.

The dog park is a bit small. A worker was rude to my wife telling her to get off the site next to us, she was using the picnic table, because someone could be pulling in any moment. They pulled in 2 days later. Otherwise, we like it.

We've stayed here multiple times. This is a clean, family friendly location with nice staff. Bathrooms are great! This location is perfect for those that want the tourist attractions of the Dells, without being able to see it or hear it from the KOA. While we wouldn't use them, the new cabins being installed look like they will be very comfortable.

Stayed in a cabin , I felt the cabins distance were just a little to close for our family. All the employees driving around the kampgrounds are super friendly! We had prefect weather for our stay over Father's day weekend

Seeing as it was my first KOA stay since I was a kid and stayed at one nearby my home in Dayton OH. I wasn’t expecting anything out of the ordinary. But i was pleasantly surprised with the amount of communication they have with their campers and the amount of services they offered. It makes me want to rethink THW ENTIRE KOA brand. Good job Guys/Gals!

Restrooms were clean and everyone was courteous. Only real problems were the train shaking the whole cabin at night. Would probably stay in different area next time.

I had a bad experience from the time got there. The associate that checked me in was rude and unprofessional. But a few people that was riding around on the carts was excellent, friendly, willing to help and sat down and actually talked to my group like we was human and I appreciated each and everyone of them.

Well maintained grounds and clean facilities from bathrooms to showers to laundry rooms. The staff and team may have been one of the friendliest and most helpful group I've run across yet. Will definitely return.

We were on N18. The site was all sand and silt with no grass. Made for a very dirty experience. The freight trains did not make things better. However, all of the employees were great. The store was very nice as well. If we go back, we will definitely try to get a site near the back of the property to distance ourselves from the railroad tracks.

The older front desk clerk (Kris) is mean. I got in early for my cabin reservation and she says check in is 3. I said oh I didn’t know; she snaps yes you did its on your confirmation! I held my tongue because my dad was with me, I know it would’ve gotten ugly. She could’ve offered I pay for early check in. Everyone else was nice. Best thing are restrooms n showers. Tent spots dirt gravel

We enjoyed our stay at the Dells. This KOA has a lot of spots taken up by cabins. Some RV sites are very close.

Typically family-oriented KOA. Clean, friendly, good amount of amenities. This one was uncharacteristically expensive, which normally we would’ve passed up, but we were in a pinch for accommodations. Bizarre focus in the policies an the Confederate flag, but no other “offensive” flags. Too many barking dogs, with no attempt by staff to control, and we were harangued for 15 minutes before che

Very nice people, great location, nice park, cabin was well stocked and set up. Appreciated the extra linens. A lot of other reviews complained about the trains, they're actually kind of fun to watch. Only issue, which seems to be more of a KOA thing, that's not just limited to this park, is cabin floors are never mopped before check in, just swept.

Great stay at this convenient location. Staff was amazing. Store is well stocked and the showers and restrooms were super clean. We will be back next year!

We stayed for a few days the amazing staff and sites along with late September weather made our stay a wow the store was well stocked for the forgotten items you forgot to bring or ran out of, the site was easy in and level. Some sites come with a gas grill tent site look neat and spacious.
