The campground is no longer friendly. The grounds are unkempt and there is a distinct raw sewage smell. Even though we were not a t full hook up site we could smell the sewage. This campground is not what it once was nor does it reflect the family friendly environment that it always was and that most all KOA's are. We will not return to this KOA. If we want to visit the area we will go elsewhere

Well done. The tent sites converted to vehicles are a bit of a problem with utility hookup. Couldn't get full voltage because of length.

Very disappointed, that we arrived at 2 pm and check in wasn't till 3 pm, they said if I want to check in now, at 2, there is a $10 fee for coming in early =( why??? I am a member and had never been asked to pay for coming in early =( very disappointing and will not be coming back to this KOA.

We had a fabulous time. Wish the shuttle was in service, really appreciated the rides to town and the Red barn for floating. Staff were very friendly happy and helpful. See you again. Thank you for taking time to make/ keep the sites level , I appreciate it

We’ve been coming here for years. Change is always hard… I wish the pool was open longer 9am-9pm would be better. We all miss the shuttle for floating! There was definitely a different vibe without it…

A pressurized hot water system for the showers would be my only advice. It took 8 minutes each time to warm up enough to get wet. A very well run and family friendly KOA.

Clean, quiet even tho very full, & nice-sized sites with trees for shade. Great things for kids including a little “train.” They did an impressive job of spraying the roads with water to keep down the dust. Overall, a very pleasant stay, even making us wistful about tent camping because those sites were next to the river.

This place was great! The camp workers are the best we have seen. Everything that is advertised on the app and online was spot on. The only reason I gave it a 3 is the lack of full hook up sites. This is probably due to being close to a river but made our stay less convenient having to use the KOA shower room. Which was always clean BTW! Overall a WONDERFUL stay. I will be back again this summer!

This place is great, but you should have someone on site at night so myself and everyone around this inconsiderate camper thay played their music very loud until 1230 in the morning. If you had an on-site person they could of told that camper to shut up as it was so loud. But other than that we'll be back.

Had a great time. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. Could have used more showers in the middle unit so I didn't have to walk all the way up to the office unit for a shower since we were parked right across from the middle shower unit but it was always in use. Maybe could add a second shower there?? Just a thought. Was very peaceful there and got lots of rest. Will definitely visit aga

We loved our stay. It was during high demand. We were always greeted politely and with a smile without regard for our inquiry. The campgrounds were impeccable. We will try to stay at this camp ground any time we are in the area.

The park was nice and clean. The staff was accommodating and helpful. Restrooms were OK but not up to most KOAs level. Advertised email was nonexistent and with the trees satellite coverage was not possible and no cable available

Very nice KOA! Clean, friendly staff, great location!! We saw blue recycling containers in town so are very disappointed that there was no recycling at this KOA. We carried empty plastic containers into town and when asked told people it was because the KOA did not recycle ..(. Lastly, a better internet would be appreciated! We did enjoy our stay, thanks!!

We traveled from Alabama to Washington state, we planned to go through Yellowstone, but had to detour to the Cascades as an alternate. Our reservations and stop here was unintended, but in our 14-day journey, from Alabama to Washington, and back, this was our favorite stop. A hidden gem, found by accident.

Great site size, clearly better than most. KOA gets 5 stars for this. Don't advertise wifi and then make excuses. Booked this KOA because we needed wifi for a work connection that couldn't be done outside of the office. KOA failed on this topic

The campground was clean and welcoming. The staff were very kind and cheerful. One of the staff even directed me to a walking trail and then said hi to me all weekend. We were in a large group and we were able to use the large grass area to get together. We have always had great experiences at KOA and this was no different.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The additions, changes and upgrades are wonderful....group kitchen, private bath/showers, etc. Too many dogs in my area, barking at night and early in the morning.

Very well kept campground. Nice, large sites. Extremely nice people who work there. My only complaint is the pool closing at 6pm since it just starts cooling off by then.

Our grandkids had fun! We were surprised that you are charging extra for the kids on top of rather high site rates especially since they arent full utilities. We could have almost stayed at a motel with your rates. And then the pool hours have been shortened, as well. Charging to have visitors come for dinner seems extreme.. Our 80 year old friends canelled from coming for a BBQ due to fee.

Some of the amenities have been taken away. The pool closes at 6 which is way too early in the summer. Store is also closed at 6 which is also too early also. Tents are not allowed in an RV site even though there is room. Part of the camping experience is kids sleeping in a tent.

Super annoying I was charged a $10 early arrival fee for showing up at 2:15. Jump pillow was a disappointment. Very soft and not able to jump on it. It need a bigger air pump. The park was clean and appeared well maintained.
