Groups with loud speakers, music & coordinated games playing loudly to 11:01pm. Dog crap all over our spot. KOA system wide should ban pets because inconsiderate few pet owners who don't care about being a good pet owner. Don't know if I would stay hear again. Staff we did come in contact with were nice and cordial. The policies of excessive noise are being abused and not enforced.

Main dining area window was missing curtain , felt very exposed. Noticed check gas light was flashing at around 7pm 2nd night, checked propane tanks both were bone dry. Had to switch to electric and had no hot water for rest of my stay due to no gas to heat water up. Gray water tank showed full and sinks and tub would not drain. Requested help from office no one came, had to figure out myself how.

Poor maintenance of grounds, bathrooms uncleaned, same piece of paper on the near office men’s shower floor for days. . Small separate building bathroom/shower near RV’s filthy & door unlockable. They did try to keep the dust down with truck water sprayer, staff friendly. Advertised Wi-Fi, not available after multiple tries. We enjoy KOA’s, very disappointed with this 2 day stay

The people were super helpful, only ones that would answer the phone .that was the good part .we went clear across the country this was by far the most expensive koa we stayed in. It offered nothing special to warrent the price scalping .camp was passable clean , pool not so much .wouldn't stay again for that price .

Overpriced. Interior road to sites 1-8 was fully obstructed at one time by line for the dump site. For $110/night I expect a near-resort quality park.

The employee we registered with was very helpful. The store was out of stock. The pool was very cloudy and being filled with a garden hose. Restrooms were very clean. Our campsite was beautiful. We enjoyed not many people being there. Thank you!

We have been camping at this location for the last 10 years and the last 2 years have been Super disappointing! We can definitely tell a change in management. The grounds are very overgrown with weeds and long grass and patches of missing grass. The bathrooms were not cleaned regularly and often out of toilet paper. We are hoping these things will be addressed as we gave feedback last year.

The KOA staff person in the office was very nice and helpful. There was some confusion about our tent spot that was straightened out.,We we’re surprised at the cost of a tent site at KOA, very expensive for a tent site with no water or power. We did not ever see another staff person after check- in. Our spot was good except For cabin across who left dog which barked for hours

Very dirty run down, grass dead, dandelion every where. We have been coming there for over 10 years and will not be returning, especially the price most expensive KOA I have been in and definitely the worse. Come on get it together and do basic maintenance!!! My rating is being kind.

Disappointed. Stayed last year and throughly enjoyed it. Have a booking scheduled foe September and hoping things improve greatly. Camp sites were not maintained, last year leaves not raked up, grass not trimmed, dandelions out in seed, lack of garbage cans, slivers from picnic tables and the overall look of the camp ground was very poor.

The grass was waaaaay over grown, the trash cans were full, and the pool was murky. The guys who worked there are nice, but overall the appearance of the park was not very well groomed. We probably won’t be back to this KOA.

We found the sites very dirty and unkept. The fall leaves and debris had not been cleaned up, the grass/weeds had not been mowed, the restroom was filthy, the picnic table was extremely rough and unusable, no convenient garbage drop, no recycling, we saw one person in a golf cart but doing no maintenance. For the price we paid to camp for three nights, we had expected it clean and tidy.

Shower curtains would help keeping the washrooms dry, frequent garbage cleaning recommended(washrooms' and cabins') and please upgrade wifi connectivity. Otherwise, everything were fine. Thanks

4th year there and the price to stay went up and the maintenance to the grounds went down. New staff not trained in customer service, obviously under new ownership. Made reservations for next year at Pine Near in Winthrop.

Josh and Isaac were great. We camped there in a group of four. They kept moving us in the system so that we would be close to each other. The system, however, kept spreading us out. In short; the staff is awesome, but your computer system seems like it is a pain.

We had a beautiful spot under the trees with a beautiful view of the river! Really nice playground and pool. We loved this KOA so much, that we extended an extra night.

Our Home base each year when starting out. We timed this stay to include the Annual Wagon Train Return & Horse Parade in down town Winthrop. I would suggest checking out their activities calendar. Also the town of Twisp isn't too far & has a Sat. Farmers Market. Hanks Market has an impressive Animal display that should not be missed. River Bridge, Smoke Base Camp, Oldest Saloon, Sheri's icecream

The park is in a great location and the staff was very friendly and engaging. But the park looked very bad with no lawn cutting and lots of weeds. We were initially booked into a site unfit for any rig with power on one end and sewer far away. We were able to move but why put one of four campers in a crappy site?

The campsite is not well groomed, lawn needs mowing, weeds have over taken areas. Additionally, there was no toilet paper in restrooms or hot water for showers. In my opinion, management was not prepared to open for the season.

The first night, there was no toilet paper, paper towels or shower curtain in the bathrooms. These items were added when I asked on Friday morning. The toilet paper ran out again during our stay as they were only stocking one roll at a time. The grass was not mowed and there was no hot water for a shower. We had to walk to other showers far away. Ery disappointed for how much we paid.

Very quiet and nice location for a walk to town or grocery store. Was not impressed with cleanliness of bathroom. Often out of TP and didn’t seem attended to very often. Staff was very pleasant. I realize it was earlier in the season but would be nice to have more than the main bath house open. Long trek for tenters

This was our second stay at this KOA and while we generally love it, there were a couple of things this time around that could have been better. 1. The bathrooms/showers closest to us were out of order all weekend. 2. There was no hot water at the other shower block on our two attempts there. 3. The store was really sparse - we were particularly sad about the lack of ice cream on a hot weekend

I understand there is new ownership, but quite a few things were not up to our expectations. The bathroom at our end of the park was not in service due to a winter plumbing issue that was waiting for parts in order to get resolved. The dump station water bib was not operational and we had to dump at one of the trailer sites using our own hose. The bathroom toilet holders did not work correctly..

Unlike most other KOA campgrounds I have visited, there were no patio sites available that I was able to find. We always love the Winthrop KOA. We noticed a marked downturn on the quality of customer care. Pool was closed and has previously been open for at least a portion of our stay. As 5 of our stay days were75+ degrees, that was disappointing. The cabin was filthy. We had to clean it before we moved in, and the bathrooms were in like condition. Mike and Lori kept it spotless and well stocked. Sad turn

This place has so many diff ways to stay with them-covered wagons,cabins,tent or RV large through sites! Swimming pool available during the season.

Nice, quiet, near the river, but no feasible river access. Sites 9 and 17 have private patios with hot tubs.
