It was a great rv park amd we loved the dog area for our pets!! Only one recommendation - it needs better wifi service.

We have stayed there a few times.The last time we were in site 3 .That was awhile go and I complained about a sewage smell. We got site 4 this time and same sewage smell. We have a 28 ft trailer and he was putting smaller ones in nicer spots. We will stay again only not in sites 1to6. The rest of the campsite is looked after very well

The Winnipeg West KOA is perfect for an overnight stay and then continuing on your journey. It has full hook up, Laundry, Showers and Washrooms and a small pool. It's downside if you are planning to stay for any length of time is that it is located right next to the Trans Canada Hwy and therefore has non stop the traffic noise. Just depends on what you are looking for.

It has most of the features expected of a KOA but sits right beside a busy main highway and highway noise is there 24/7 with transport trucks.

We where very excited when we first booked this campground. I love fishing and there was fly fishing just a quick walk from our campground, what they didn’t explain was that you had to travers through a swamp to get to the river. I was very let down on the this and we definitely won’t be booking here again

Propriétaires gentils et serviables. Terrains très grands. Camping bruyant à cause de la route à proximité mais on s'habitue au bruit. Facile d'aller au centre des activités même si à 20 km.

This KOA did not meet my expectations. The pool was not heated. There was no playing field. The website said they have a cafe with Indian dishes and pizza for purchase but they only had frozen pizza. They also did not have any organized activities.

We had a great time. Camp ground was spotlessly clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Our overall stay was fine except when it rains the site becomes very muddy where there's no gravel, & the mud was like clay sticking to everything

Very friendly helpful staff. You should fix the shower curtain in family/handicapped shower and deal with the very wet floor. It is not safe.

Positives: Excellent location, very friendly owners. Many recycle bins for bottles and cans. Negatives: Wifi at the site was non-existent. Owners offered the PW and a table in their building, but it’s still “covid times”. High risk people prefer being in their own RV. If wifi isn’t necessary, this is a good RV park More garbage cans near the sites would be helpful.

Muddy. Holding ponds behind campground are smelly and harbor mosquitoes. Too close to hiway. But bathroom was nice as were hosts.

Stayed for 2 nights and travelled into Winnipeg to visit The Mint. Wish KOA did not advertise WIFI as it was impossible to get on even Sunday after everyone left. Note; alongside highway so very noisy.

The campground is dusty and dirty. Very close to the highway so very noisy! The roads in and out are filled with pot holes and very bumpy. While the washrooms and showers are clean they’re used by both men and women. While there are stalls with doors it’s still very weird! Wifi was TERRIBLE!

Great place stayed one night but as always was a great experience. Staff at the front desk were great. Highway is kinda loud but it's nothing ear plugs won't fix. Highly recommend.also try the butterchicken it's home made. I didn't get the chance but I heard it's amazing and addictive. Smelt wonderful too.

Wish the pool hours were better...opening at 11am wasn't optimal. Overall, facilities were clean. Highway traffic is quite noisy. There really wasn't anything that stood out, good or bad. It was a pretty average camping experience overall. That being said, it definitely isn't representative of a typical KOA campground experience.

This was our 1st stay at KOA West Winnipeg. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Quiet park with very clean washroom/showers. Would stay again!

This KOA is Co-ed Shower and toilets. Massive amount of MOSQUITOES! and way to close to the highway where large trucks zoom noisily by at all hours of the day and night. That said, The hosts were very nice and helpful and can actually tell you the places that are most popular and how to get there.

What really spoilt it for us was the noise from the highway, ear plugs didn’t work, we could not sleep. So much so we cancelled for our return trip for a camp ground further away from the trans Canada.

Made phone reservations and purchased yearly membership. No problem. Owner very polite. In person, everybody very polite. Park roads could have had a regular dust maintenance program in place. Super dusty OMG!.. Showers in the park super clean. Comfortable Nice. Hate the pushbutton water system however. I understand the concept, but it's inconvenient. Ok overnight stop. Should spray mosquitoes.

Expensive, but you couldn't ask for a better hookup situation. Very easy to get in and out of. Staff are super friendly. Easy access right off the highway (you do hear the highway at night).

Our first time was beginning summer. We went back 2 more times for week both times. Took our family out the last time . The bathroom and showers are kept very clean we loved it. Will be going back alot more next year. Thank you Management you are wonderful people
