nice campground, well kept facilities and activity areas. Wide variety selection in onsite camp store. Decent amount of family stuff to do. Negatives in my opinion are the extremely high amounts of dust throughout the campground. everything outside was covered in a thick layer of dust by the time leaving our stay. No concrete pad on site. Playground has wood mulch would be nicer with rubber.

Farm smell upon arrival, very rustic setting, woke up at 5:50 AM to a burn pile with 12 ft. flames a football field distance from our RV and no one around monitoring it. Roosters on the property and near by farms will wake you up. Construction project and large equipment was the first impression we had as we pulled onto the property.

We had THE best time, the staff was super helpful and everything was great! Bathrooms were clean, the cleaning guy was very nice and cheerful!

Nice campground have camped here since 1988. Many changes over the years. Always adding something new. Lots of activities for young and old to enjoy. Friendly staff. Be back soon.

This campground is always well-maintained. The sites are roomy and almost all of them are under some trees. It feels like you're in the forest. Unlike nearly all the other campgrounds we've stayed, the fire rings are cleaned after each visitor leaves. That's not a big deal except that it shows how dedicated they are to keeping the sites well taken care of. Plus, the owners and staff are great!

Site we had (105) could use some leveling work at back of site. Looks like some digging work and/or tree removal done & they left the back 1/4 of the site rough. Using bucket of tractor or skid loader & adding stone would make it nicer to use complete site. Other than that, campground is great & can't wait to see all the upgrades they are making.

Memorial Day was our second trip to Williamsport South/Nittany Mtn KOA. The park is very nice with lots of amenities. It's clean and the employees are very helpful. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. I understand allowing and renting golf carts are a huge money making opportunity for the campground, the constant golf cart traffic detracts from the peace and quiet we are looking for.

Overall I like this KOA. It’s not too far from home, easy in / out. There are two glaring issues that I do not like. The M sites in the front of the campground. It is impossible to get on the NittanyKOA WI-FI in those sites. With little to no Verizon cell service it makes it impossible to do anything. I am rarely ever to connect to the Wi-Fi. No shade offered at the pool is another issue.

Great campground! I really enjoyed the peace and the tree cover in the campground, lots of shade. The forest tent caterpillars were everywhere. I'm not sure what it would cost to spay for them, but it would make for a much more pleasant environment and probably save the trees that are looking pretty damaged. Also, the roads were very dusty, maybe you could consider spraying them with water.

Several staff members not very helpful and welcoming. Rolling eyes at someone is not something needed nor inviting someone back. Disappointing!

Our best stay at a campground. Awesome staff, great activities for everyone, clean, and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay so much we book for the same weekend next year.

Memorial Day weekend. Park was WAY too busy with too many bikes, and golf carts. Park is also undergoing massive updating & renovation. When completed it should be awesome and I will be back ... just not on a major holiday weekend.

My family has stayed at Nittany Mt. for years. The prices are now so high we are looking for another campground because we cant afford this any more.

We were late arrivals and all info we needed was waiting outside the office. Nice wide site in woods. Clean well kept resort.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The first night our neighbors were entertaining the campground by us with very loud music and drunken noise until after 12:30 am. I spoke to a staff member who was very sympathetic. Saturday night was much most pleasant which was appreciated. We had lots of fun and will definitely come again.

All staff were friendly, helpful & eager to answer questions. It was great that they support Kids with Cancer & it was a pleasure to participate in their fundraiser. Camp store had EVERYTHING!! Our partially wooded site was easily accessible & had a pleasant view, but water lines were exposed & ground was very uneven so we had to be cautious while walking within the campsite to avoid injury.

Always enjoy our time at this KOA. Unfortunately, there was a lot of construction noise and dirt blowing around. This should be noted on the KOA website when you are making your reservation. They are putting in a wave pool and additional cabins. I would have like to see them put some of that funding into the camp sites, especially for leveling and concert pads.

We stayed in 2023 for one of the Halloween weekends, and we've already booked for July of 2024. Many events and activities for the whole family. The campground has a very fun atmosphere, and still offers the relaxed setting you'd want for a getaway "in the woods". They have a nice mix of itinerant campers and long-term renters who go all-out to decorate their sites. We've looked at a lot of KOA campgrounds and these folks consistently offer one of the best experiences.

This is a great campground with lots of activities for Adults & children. Most of the sites are in good condition with decent amount of room.
