Well, we were very impressed with the site it was large and easily accessible with our 40' rig and 16' trailer. The site was level, nice size and maintained. The food we had at the little restaurant was good. And the staff we met was very nice. Store had everything you could need for a weekend visit if you forgot anything. We will return if we're able to. Great place for our weekend getaway!

What a great place! So much for the grandkids to do! Staff is so friendly and helpful, they should teach a class on how to run an RV park. The bingo guy is amazing! We crammed swimming, putt-putt, go kart racing, playgrounds, bouncy pad, bingo, the park train, fun camping and great cafe food into one weekend. We had a great time and will be back. Thank you to the super staff!

Stayed two night to visit the Grand Canyon. We had scheduled an Uber to get us back and forth to Williams to take the Railroad to the Canyon. Uber was a MAJOR letdown and canceled on us but Nicole from the KOA saved us by driving us into town and then came back for us after the train. Didn't spend a lot of time at the campground but the amenities and activities look to be fantastic! The pizza..wow

Staff was friendly and very helpful. The KOA was close to everything (downtown Williams, Bearizona, Grand Canyon). The sites were large. The bathrooms and showers were spacious and clean. Highly recommend. We will stay here again. (Lots of things for those with children)

Nice sites, surrounded by National Forest with access to hiking trails, clean, lots of trees, friendly staff. One exit from the highway to the Grand Canyon. Lots of amenities if traveling with children. Nice looking cabins available as well.

Can’t say enough about this place. Patio site was spectacular. Indoor pool and hot tub unbelievable staff very friendly amazingly quiet for being so close to highway

We stay there once a month during summer months. Also, we store our camper there. Excited for the changes and hope new staff has a good transition.

We have been going to this KOA for over 12 years. This is the first year there was changes that were not positive. The trash bins were over flowing. They don’t pick up trash from your cabin daily. The cabin we were in had a TV that didn’t work. No WiFi. Check in was 2 hours later and check out 1 hour earlier than previous visit. I knew there was no owners, before I asked because of all the cha

We booked an electric tent site months before our arrival only to find out we were placed in a camp site too small for our party and the bigger sites went to others who booked after us. We were switched to a different site but after setting up we realized it was a non-electric site. By the time we realized this the front office was closed. I would not recommend booking a tent site in the future.

Circle Pines KOA is a very enjoyable campground, very relaxing but if you want one or two of many activities, they have them. Clean sites, friendly staff and a location that allows you to see many Arizona sites nearby. Very kid friendly too.

The place is great, especially if you have kids. Circle Pines has lots of things to do for them. I would say the only downside is that it's a little too pricey!

We stayed here 3 nights while we visited the Grand Canyon, Montezuma Castle NM, and Sedona and the scenic drive thru Oak Creek Canyon. Staff were friendly, and busy hardscaping the property.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The campground was amazing. My little person loved the kids playground, pool, hot tub, everything. I would go back to this campground next month if i could �ϸ

Even though I had a reservation confirmation, no record of it was found in the system. Fortunately, they had plenty of spaces available so it was not a big problem. In the future I will call and confirm my reservation directly with the campground.

Good Park. Staff well organized and friendly. Perfect for visit to Grand Canyon. Close to nice town of Williams. Great place to visit, walk, shop along with eat and drink.

Quiet. Close to the Williams Train Depot (we went on their Grand Canyon trip) lots of amenities, great gift shop. Enjoyed their indoor hot tub! Lovely wooded area

We stayed 4 nights. This is a beautiful park. Staff were great. Laundry was more expensive than we've seen elsewhere. And we were sorry to see the food truck go (got to eat there once and it was really good). But an overall superior experience.

Easy to find and easy to access. Staff was very polite and helpful. Campground was clean and well-maintained. Sites were not right on top of each other, nicely spaced out.

We normally love this place, but under new management, some things changed in the wrong direction. 1. the cafe food is now terrible and over priced. We used to not pack food knowing that our stay could easily be covered with buying food on site. The menu tries to be fancy and fails at the quality. Fried foods were overcooked and the tallow is disgusting. Menu items were double previous visits. 2..

In the office Erin was amazing. She was super friendly and she answered all our questions. We ate at the café, we had the Pizza and that was amazing!!. I will definitely be going back to the KOA this year.

The campground itself is nice, clean, well kept and lots of staff running around taking care of anything that comes up. The new cafe had decent food, the chef was really pleasent to deal with. We were passing through and booked two nights to rest before heading on to Fresno, the only issue we had were other campers -kids and parents cutting through camp.We were across from the mini putt. Truly, Circle Pines is one of the better KOA campgrounds. Everything is clean and well maintained. The patio sites are excellent and worth the few extra dollars to secure one. We will definitely book again.

Reason we didn't rate a 5. Our original spot was a little uneven and sloping down hill causing our rv stabilizers to not work. (We were accommodated another site with a little confusion from maintenance men). Assumed race track/mini golf/bikes/cafe and all accommodations would be available but i guess we have to stay on the weekend to enjoy those things. Wish there was more info upfront about that

We enjoyed our stay at the Williams KOA. Lots of amenities at the campground. We ate at the restaurant on site multiple times and the food was really good. The staff was very helpful and assisted with a propane refill after hours which was much appreciated. I would recommend this KOA. Great location.

Great KOA. Some highway noise and train noise but the train was fun to hear, at least for us! The site itself was unlevel but nothing some blocks didn't fix. We appreciated all the amenities, especially the dog run, big jump pad for kids, and playground. A tad on the expensive side but I suppose it makes sense with all the extras included and the convenient location to Bearizona and Grand Canyon.
