Our stay was amazing, cabin was very clean, has everything you need. Roadrunner Cafe which is on sight has delicious food and very friendly and efficient staff. All the staff at the camp grounds were wonderful. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful campsite. A bit close to the interstate but it's easy to find and noise is not bad at all. Owners/management are warm and welcoming.

Everyone working there was so friendly and full of information. Love staying here when we passs thru! Also, When we checked in, Cathy did an outstanding job of giving us info on the area and our cabin!

What a wonderful KOA! We have stayed at many and this one stands out. Staff is very helpful and friendly (esp. Linda & the man that helped us back in!). The bathrooms are sparklingly clean. And the cafe and fire pit are a real treat after a long day driving. We normally drive through to the mega-KOA resort in Tucson but are glad we stopped here instead! Much more personable. Thanks, Wilcox KOA!

Park is great just like always. Staff are friendly and helpful. Kamping Kabin has two lights: one above the headboard of the bed and one on the desk. Both need light bulbs.

Excellent!!! The staff were friendly, courteous, and very pleasant. The grounds were impeccably groomed and maintained. Everything was very clean. Loved the exceptional patio area and porch with swing we had at our deluxe cabin. The restaurant staff friendly and food very good. Pool and hot tub area well maintained, clean, and enjoyable.

From the first phone call till we left everyone was amazing. We stayed in the deluxe cabin, I would stay here again if in the area. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Nice for small family, I wish we could of utilized the fire pit. They delivered dinner to the room. Paul gave us a ride with our luggage. I would much rather stay here then a hotel room.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Stayed in cabin and only gave 3 stars because cabin was not prepared for overnight guest. It was 50 degrees inside and took hours to warm up and only after we were given a floor heater. The water had not been turned on. Previous guest had a dog since there was dog food kibble on floor. Bathroom sink was not cleaned and coffee pot was dirty - we did not use.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

If this is what you experienced at our KOA it is totally unacceptable and not something we will tolerate as owners! We will personally contact you this week to learn more about what happened, and make it right for you in hopes that you will give us another chance to earn your business back.

The Kafe was what made our stay extra special. Good food, reasonable prices, outstanding service everywhere at the KOA. The pool and hot tub seemed welcoming, but we forgot towels.

Very nice and cozy place to stay. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed having the KOA cafe right there and the food was great. The deluxe cabin was very nice, clean and comfortable.

Everything was absolutely wonderful…except for the bunk bed mattresses. Kids didn’t complain, but they are so thin, it felt like sleeping on concrete. That said, we would absolutely stay again, but be better prepared to make sleeping more comfortable. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great amenities. Nice getaway.

We stayed 2 nights in the rustic cabin. It was cozy and perfect for what we needed. The pool was great and the cafe had yummy food.

Wonderful KOA. Super friendly and very attentive staff. Our cabin was spotless and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Enjoyed our stay. Will be back!

Nicely maintained KOA! Would definitely stay again! Stayed here beginning of Feb 2024. Pull-through FHU 50 amp. All gravel. Site #17 General: Convenient. Great store and good restaurant on site. Staff: Staff are very nice and helpful. Sites: Bare necessities. Primarily nicely compressed gravel. Campground Road: Gravel.. Campground WiFi: Great campground WiFi! Can stream and work on VPN with no problems at all. Zoom meetings were smooth as well. Grounds: Clean and maintained really well. Bathrooms/Showers: Did not use. Laundry: Did not use. Location: Gas (Love's) is less than 0.25 miles from office. 45 min from Chiricahua NM, 30 min from Tombstone, 45 min from Bisbee. Near highway: Yes. Directly off of the interstate so you do hear the traffic. Near train: No. Cell using booster: Both AT&T (3 of 4 bars —4G) and Verizon (3 of 4 bars sometimes 2 bars—4G) worked well enough. Worked on VPN just fine and have Zoom meetings with small moments of lag. Could stream as well.

Good location. Adjacent to highway with a truck stop right outside the front drive. Great authentic Mexican food in town. Stayed 2 nights. We saw "The Thing" roadside attraction. We would stay again.
