Rented a camping cabin which was prefect for our family. The main bathhouse didn't have any hot water for the whole time of our stay. I understand things break down but then clean the other showers more frequently, they were disgusting. Hot tub water looked like chocolate milk as well. Free breakfast was surprisingly very good! Overall our stay was great other than a few minor details.

Ideal location in the pines, we were extremely lucky, the wind never blew once in two days - the facilities are a bit outdated, which is to be expected, the included breakfast, which wasn't expected was very good and hit the spot! the caretakers are very nice and considerate - Only issue, nary a flat spot in our campsite for a decent tent setting. Get the backhoe in there and make some spots!

Kids liked the pool, playground and yard games. They leave the lights on all night with the doors open to the bathrooms so it's filled with moths and spiders. The water heater was also broken so you either took a cold shower with the spiders or walked all the way down to the office to wait in line for one of the 4 there. We were also charged $50 more than the KOA website reservation summary.

Staff were nice, facilities and ammenities very outdated and lacked maintenance. Very low water pressure at times for showers. Location is fantastic. Wifi spotty but who cares, we're camping. Price was quite high for a basic spot, however enjoyed the breakfasts offered in the morning. Would come back

Asphalt is breaking up and in need of repair. Lacks regular trash cans and washrooms spread out so not easily acceptable. For cost, we expected a nicer KOA. Not likely to return...

I have two amazing experiences at other KOAs in Montana. The whitefish stay was different. The showers did not have warm Water by our cabins so the whole campground shaded 4 bathrooms for our entire stay. 2 of the 4 warm showers did not have adequate pressure. We had one working outlet for 3 people but were given an extension chord. candy found under her. Wifi rarely worked.

Beautiful, shady park. Lots of fun stuff for the kids. Great breakfasts. Only cold water in the showers one night. Sent an e-mail requesting all 3 of our family groups to camp near each other. Got no e-mail response and we all camped far away from each other. The site next to us and several others even had sites for RV and tents, but we weren’t offered one even after request.

Nice forested campground, more so than any other KOA we have stayed at. Free breakfast in morning. Good location for Kalispell & Whitefish activities. No WIFI, but Hotspot. You're camping so put down the electronics! Great place for families with young kids. Free swimming, tricycle usage, lawn games, mini golf, frisbee golf. Serve beer, pizza, & soft drinks from 4-9 pm. Great place.

Breakfast was good. Kiddie paddleboards pond was dry, not updated on site. Only 4 showers for all of the campground. Sites are crowded. Wifi is crap. Doesn't reach throughout the park. Was told to come to office to use it. Even there is was horrible. Spent a lot of money for just full hook ups.

Reserved tent site months ahead but was put w all the RVs. Had no hot water at upper bath for night and morning. Hand dryers defunct. All that for $89 per night. Poor.

Classic bait and switch. I chose an expensive, full-service campsite because I needed functioning wi-fi service. Upon check-in, I was assured that was the case. After discovering that the wi-fi did not work, I reported it to the attendant only to be told that due to being at full-capacity that the bandwith was overtaxed and only sporadically would it work. Nothing was done to satisfy my needs.

Great breakfast---biscuits and gravy- YUM! The Go Karts were a hit by my kids. Wish the Arcade was better- too many Out of Order games. but there was also a pool table and ping pong table. Our tent site was beautiful in nature- love the fact that we were surrounded by trees. It was hot outside by the trees brought lovely shade all throughout the campground.

This campground is run-down. It could be a very nice site! So many of the games in the arcade/game room were out of order, the coin machine wasn’t working for change, and the other equipment in poor condition. I was getting breakfast and spotted a mouse run behind the counter. The paddleboat pond was not filled or available to use. My kids did enjoy the pizza. Hot water was not working for showe

Reserved deluxe patio site, it included no patio furniture, wooden patio was dirty broken and sagging. I asked front desk why there was none of the usual patio furniture and was told that the deluxe patio only included the small peeling picnic table. I was told I should have reserved the next level for an additional $8. Front desk wouldn’t let me use as many reward points as I wanted, I have 650

I was in site 96 and that site was so small that I barely could park my van there. This is simply way overpriced for a site like that. Other than that the place was nice and the bathroom was okay.

The KOA is in a nice wooded area. Water/electric/sewer worked fine. Site was horribly narrow and uneven. Site needs weeds cut to keep from scraping RV. Had to back out of pull-thru site because interior road too narrow to exit going forward. A mish-mash of RV sites, tent sites and cabins scrambled throughout campsite. Site signage hard to see. Very limited dog walk area. Won’t stay again.

Booked a Individual Tent Site, Water & Electric, Sand Tent Pad. There was no Sand pad, sharp stone/gravel site. Site was very small. Picnic table paint was pealing and not great. Not enough bathrooms for the number of sites, mornings and nights while people were showering, we had to wait a while to get a bathroom since showers were in every room, but bathrooms were nice. Internet was not reliable.

The staff are great and the easy-going nature of the place was right up our alley. The pool is basically indoor and freezing. Bathrooms and showers were well kept. The free daily breakfast and coffee was a hit. The campsites are so small, barely enough room for a fire. The proximity to the major highway was annoying as it was so loud.

The staff were all friendly. Good breakfast. The campsites are great, love the forested area. The amenities were hit and Miss. Hot water was hard to come by, not ideal to shower with a drizzle. Awesome collection of arcade games, but almost none of them work, such a shame. My kids loved the pool, playground, and games. Good area with groceries nearby.

Beautiful campground - you didn't know you were right off of a major highway Space was tight for our RV and trailer - quite tight. Staff was wonderful and helpful - went above and beyond to be accommodative Only minor complaint -seemed some fellow campers didn't think it was necessary to clean up after dogs - we had to ask a "neighbor" to clean up after their dog who wandered onto our spot

Staff are all so friendly! Breakfast was yummy and consistently good! We love the proximity to Whitefish and Kalispell. It is nice to have things to do in the campground like the video games, pool and ping pong tables along with some outdoor games. The pool was refreshing but could be a little bit bigger to accommodate guests, especially on hot days! Overall a great stay!

Having the personal bathhouses is a nice luxury, but it severely limits the number of people who can use the bathroom for other uses besides having a shower. It does create unnecessary congestion times that other campgrounds do not have to deal with. The entire campground has a lot of potential but many parts need some TLC, repairs or renovations.

The campground was clean and quiet. Lots of deer and turkeys in the park. Check--in was very easy. The staff in the office were great. One issue that was an issue for me was there was no cell in the area so we had to rely on the campground wifi, which was poor at best once people hopped on about 11:00. Another smaller issue was markings within the park to reinforce for campers, what lane they needed to go down. Yes it was clear on the campground map and the person checking us in were very clear on how to get there, but we observed multiple people having to back up or go around to get to their site. It is also somewhat difficult when you leave to get on the highway, especially if you are heading south to Kalispell.
