The campsite was very clean and bathrooms were always clean. We stayed at the tent site and was a nice and shady spot. Only complaint is that we had site 8 and the street light was on all night making it seem like daylight all night when trying to sleep. The pool was clean and heated and was wonderful

Campground was clean. Staff was friendly. Site was nice. LOVED the drive through safari and hearing lions roar in the mornings and night. Will definitely return!

This was our second stay in a tent site and we had a great time. The campground is clean, quiet, and well cared for. Staff is friendly and the facilities are nice. We enjoy the pool and playground.

Everything was great except for the people in the tent next to us. They were ridiculously loud, disrespectful , and dirty up until 4am.

We love this place!!! We go for a week and stay for a month!!!! Waking up in the morning to the roar of lions very unique!!!

The amenities were well taken care of and clean. We loved waking up to the sound of lions roaring and monkeys chattering! The only thing I would change is having a bathroom in the tent area. We will definitely stay again!

Camp sites are very piled on top of each other, my only legitimate complaint is having the very bright streetlight at the tent camp sites. I kept waking up in the middle of the night because it was so bright (directly across from t11) and shines right thru a tent. neighbors across were very loud, other neighbors got in at 1:30am and started setting up but thats just the luck of the draw. thanks!

This is one of the nicer KOAs I have stayed. The surrounding grounds are well kept and just beautiful to drive through. The store has a little bit of everything and the staff is incredibly friendly. Above and beyond helpful.

The grounds themselves are super nice and clean and I enjoyed that aspect, but the campers near me at 17/18 let their freaking kids scream until 8:30 at night and then they were extremely loud the next morning starting at 7:30 am. For $80 per night for a camp space i'd appreciate a little more peace and quiet that's what I came here for after all.

Bel accueil, beaux sites de tentes, toilettes et douches impeccables. Seul bémol : impossibilité de faire des feux de bois. Aussi, situé un peu loin de tout. Mais en Floride, il faut s'y attendre.

Our tent campsite was clean when we arrived which made setting up the tent easier. Restrooms/showers were clean and readily accessible. The pool was perfectly heated and very relaxing.

The staff and grounds are always amazing! There was a large group staying while we were there. They were a bit loud at late hours, took up the entire circle with vehicles preventing us from easily coming or going, and when we came back people were on our site. It wasn't ideal, but it wasn't a reflection on the facility. First rough stay out of 3. Again, AMAZING staff and usually amazing stay!

We were so excited for our stay.. and really had a frustrating time. We had a weekend without the kids and wanted some quiet, romantic time. Our campsite was in the CENTER of a church retreat. We wish someone had called us to tell us that was booked at the same time so that we could have made a decision. They were on our campsite, loud, Up cooking at 6 am next to us. We could not escape it.

Absolutely Wonderful. We were already planning our next trip back after only a few hours!! Very clean & Peaceful. HUGE pool. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. We will definitely be making this a regular thing :)

We had a great stay! The grounds are pristine and all of the restrooms and showers were SUPER CLEAN! The campsites were also nice and clear of debree and ready for us to pitch our tent. We can't wait to stay again! Oh and the customer service was also amazing!

For an RV stay I would highly recommend. For camping not so much. At 5 am our camping neighbor pulled in and was extremely loud. She was hosing down who knows what for about 30 mins. Then went on tiktok and had her volume on the highest setting. I know quiet time ends at 8am but having the leaf blower go on exactly at 8:05 thru 9 is awful. Camping mornings are meant to be peaceful. Why else camp?

I loved it but when I went to go swimming, I couldn't get the gate to open. I had hard time opening it and I wasn't sure whether they considered the time to be dusk and locked it.

For the past three years, I take a group of pathfinders ages 10-17 for luxury primitive camping. The staffs were very nice. The campsite and pavilion were clean. The kids love coming back because they get a chance to go in the pool and play basketball. ThNk you to the KOA Staff. Kathy is awesome.

Highly recommend! Stay at the north end to hear the lions roaring! Amenities are all kept up. Bummer no wood fires, but it's hot anyways.

Very happy with the camping experience here at West Palm Beach / Lion Country Safari KOA Journey. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Well stocked campstore (although closes at 5pm M-F). Nice pool. Very clean facilities. Very close to beaches, stores and dining. To note: they do not allow open camp fires. It is very cool to hear the lions and chimps as you are riught next to the safari.
