Overall a great stay. Clean bathrooms and cabins, friendly staff, and nice night security. Only areas of improvement we encountered were the playground not being fully functional, and the recreation room could use a little revamping.

We came as a family and had multiple sites next to each other. It was very memorable time for everyone. It’s so fun to hear the roar of the lions while in your tent.

Our family of 4 stayed in a cabin and it had absolutely everything we could need! Even the mattresses were thick and comfortable. I only wish we could bring our dog because there’s really no reason he couldn’t have stayed with us.

Lion Country Safari KOA exceeded expectations with a heated pool offering a delightful experience. The playground added to the family-friendly atmosphere, making our stay truly enjoyable. Immaculate cabins, lion roars in the background, and diverse activities at the front desk made it a memorable getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cabin 1...all the staff members were extremely helpful and friendly!! Loved the lions roars, cleanliness of bathhouses, compl coffee in the morning at the office, and again, all staff members were delightful!

The customer service and maintenance at this campground are excellent. I specially appreciate how sparkling clean they keep the bathrooms and the rest of the grounds. The office personnel are so nice and efficient. This was my grandchildren's (2 and 5 years) first camping trip. They can't wait to go back.

Staff are friendly, the facilities are very nice, and the campground is very well-kept. Being right outside the Lion, Country, Safari is an exciting proposition. We stayed in a cabin for the first time and loved our entire visit.

This is my second stay in the last month. Grounds are well taken care of, bathroom/showed always very clean. The staff too many to mention treats you with kindness and respect. I let famous Mike! And Klaus. Ester, Donna Margret and the rest are wonderful assets to this Koa.

Our stay was exceptional. Campground and facilities were very good, clean and functioning properly. The cabin was also clean and the AC was working properly. We had a blast using the pool, water was crystal clear and grounds were spotless. We played shuffleboard and took the opportunity to play a few board games in the hospitality room. Had the pleasure of visiting the campground this past weekend, and it was a quick needed escape. When we got there it was pouring so we inquired about switching to a possible cabin for the stay and your agent Kathy was a pleasure and delight with assisting in this last minute accommodation. Campground is well kept, bathrooms are very clean as well. Numerous amenities on campgrounds , perf fam day!

Your entire staff is amazing. Complaint - the AC in Cabin 13 was VERY loud. It might need maintenance.

My wife and daughter stayed in one of the cabins. Everything on KOA property was very clean from the restrooms, showers, office, and cabin. Office personnel were helpful and polite. Pool was very clean. Only complaint is the full size mattress was very firm and wife wasn't comfortable, and wish we could build a wood fire. We had a enjoyable stay.

Our stay in the cabins at the Lion Country Safari KOA with our children and grandchildren was fabulous. Wonderful staff, great cabins with comfortable bed and bunk beds. Wonderful to be able to sit out in the morning and evening and hear the lions roar. The KOA is very well kept; clean bathrooms, showers, grounds, pool, well stocked store, with coffee in the morning. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The office staff are very friendly, the camp grounds, restrooms are immaculate and the cabins are super comfy. my grandkids; ages 2 & 4 had a “BLAST” and loved waking up to hearing the Lions roaring in the mornings. We will definitely be back!!

The staff at the office were outstanding. They were all o very kind and helpful to my husband, grandchildren and myself. We will definitely be back. We have already spread the word to friends and family what an amazing experience and vacation we had. Mahalo (thank you in Hawaiian)

We had a great time with my daughter, her boyfriend & my 2 grandkids. The cabins, pool, grounds & bathroom were all very nice & clean. The only thing we would have like was coffee available earlier.. maybe 8 am.

The staff were super friendly, and very courteous. Restroom facilities were very clean and well maintained. Would have liked the path leading to the main trash can to be more lit, and have a surface that didn’t flood as easily during heavy rains.

The cabin was just right for our needs. Proximity to the Safari was great. Too bad the campground is a good distance from other attractions and restaurants. Campground was clean and quiet.

Stayed in a cabin. Very nice. Clean bathrooms very close to the cabin. Pool was big, warm, and open until dusk. Enjoyed it.

This place was amazing. I honestly don't see how this place wasn't packed out. Great pool and other play areas. We stayed there for half a week, but we plan on going back because everything was amazing and the area was great. Kids had an amazing time. You really can hear the animals next door like monkeys and lions. Very unique and cool. Staff very friendly. Place very clean. Pool crystal clear.
