Everything was great except for the people in the tent next to us. They were ridiculously loud, disrespectful , and dirty up until 4am.

Had an issue with the quiet hour enforcement. Talked to the office about a problem with campers outside and very loud until after midnight. I was told that they would talk to the campers in C165. That night was quiet. The following night it was like spring break at C165. Don't have a policy if you are not going to enforce it.

Kathy and staff are absolutely wonderful!! The facility is clean and the pool is always ready for swimmers. We spend two full months at this KOA(January and February), sadly each year the rate has increased. Prices are high for everything right now, but I believe the increases at the KOA are too much. We have heard rumors that 2026 rates will even be higher. :-(

Clean clean shower facilities!!! Next to tourist attraction, very nice! (Safari) . Only complaint was our cement pad had a HUGH crack and raised end. I tripped on it twice and my husband tripped across it once…. Very dangerous! It looks like it has been there a while and DEFINITELY needs to be fixed. Beautiful and clean pool that closes at 6:00…. Too early !!! Great staff

The amenities were well taken care of and clean. We loved waking up to the sound of lions roaring and monkeys chattering! The only thing I would change is having a bathroom in the tent area. We will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was super nice and the park was clean, though we did have to use blocks to level our camper. Our site was directly across the fence from the lion enclosure and the sounds were surreal! The nightly rate is high for a Journey category park unless you take advantage of the discounted admission to the well-executed Safari Park.

First timers at KOA, and this campground was a 10! Nice sites, friendly and accommodating staff, cleanliness throughout, and hearing the lions roar throughout the day was an added bonus. Will definitely return for another stay.

With perfect weather, my wife and I lucked out on our first shake down trip in our first motorhome! The Park was welcoming and cozy. Mike guided us to our site and really helped us with all our hook ups, very kind! A quiet place all night till an incredible group of roars entertained us around 4: 30 am. I recorded as best I could later that morning as requested by my brother. He went crazy!!!

It was our first time staying in KOA. Just to give a try for possible a membership, stay it was as follow site 70 love it bathroom cleanest excellent, my opinion they are lack of activity on site only think it was the safari that we enjoy but need to improve family activity, I stay on plant of campground almost for the same price and receive more interaction with the guest (activity wise)

Great stay. We stayed at a back in site. Level and quiet. Although, you do hear the lions, from the safari next door. That was quite unique. Would definitely stay here again. The staff were helpful and very friendly.

Camp sites are very piled on top of each other, my only legitimate complaint is having the very bright streetlight at the tent camp sites. I kept waking up in the middle of the night because it was so bright (directly across from t11) and shines right thru a tent. neighbors across were very loud, other neighbors got in at 1:30am and started setting up but thats just the luck of the draw. thanks!

Nice quiet park. Except for hearing the lions roar which is very cool! Facilities were clean and well maintained. Be sure to get your tickets to Lion Safari there, great discount!

Best KOA we’ve stayed at this trip. Clean, well maintained, and super friendly staff. Wake to the roar of lions and chattering of Chimps is an unbelievable experience. Highly recommend the Safari next door.

I find that during season, non-seasonal people are forced to stay out toward the front of the campground which is noisy and very brightly lit.

I am sorry you did not like your site. Please remember you can always check to see if something else is available. This is our high season and most of our back in sites are for larger rigs and were full while you were here.

Absolutely stress free, will do again when we are in the area. Listening to the lions and monkeys was wild, pardon the pun. Grounds were well kept, bathrooms were clean and seemed to be weekly get togethers.

Highly recommend! Stay at the north end to hear the lions roaring! Amenities are all kept up. Bummer no wood fires, but it's hot anyways.

Very happy with the camping experience here at West Palm Beach / Lion Country Safari KOA Journey. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Well stocked campstore (although closes at 5pm M-F). Nice pool. Very clean facilities. Very close to beaches, stores and dining. To note: they do not allow open camp fires. It is very cool to hear the lions and chimps as you are riught next to the safari.
