Wow what a park. Lovely welcoming staff. The guy escorting us to our site was much appreciated as the site is large. The site was clean tidy and shady. Really good facilities. The magic of hearing the lions and monkeys cannot be adequately described!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We stayed with our grandkids here and they really enjoyed the pool and hearing the monkeys and the lions from our campsite. We loved that it was super convenient to Lion Country Safari. If you purchase your tickets through KOA they are discounted and it gives you in out privileges for the day.

I can't say enough good things about the staff at the Lion Country Safari KOA. Hands down the most polite, efficient and helpful staff I have ever experienced at a campground. We took this trip as a combination shake down for our new rig and mini-safari vacation and couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We were only going to be there 1 month to visit family in the area. Due to other circumstances, we were there 3 months and couldn’t have been in a nicer place. We full time RV and the staff was fantastic. We will be back!

Camp ground is beautiful, well maintained and the employees are extremely friendly. Spot 171 is extremely muddy during rain and that corner stays flooded for at least 48 hrs of direct sunlight.

We checked in on Saturday 08/12/2023. We arrived at about 11:30 am and was told we couldn't check in early and that our spot would be ready at 1 pm. We came back at 12:30 pm and was told that the people in our spot asked for a late check out and the front desk allowed it knowing we were waiting for 2 hours to get in. We were not able to get to our spot until almost 2 pm. Bathrooms are too hot as

Everything was great! The only thing that would have made it the BEST would be to run a little a/c in the shower/bathroom house. Everything was very clean and tidy.

We stayed to visit family in the area. Staff very nice, loved the pool the sites were ok lot of standing water but overall it was good we will be coming back

2nd time staying at this KOA although years apart. Both times were very pleasant. The entire staff was cordial, the facilities were and grounds were excellent. The pool was amazing. The discount tickets for the adjacent Safari was a nice plus.

The KOA was very nice. Neat and tidy. Nice setup and a lot of spaces. Lots of amenities. The discount for those staying at the KOA for Lion Country Safari and that you can go in and out all day is extremely a nice benefit. The Lion Country Safari is a really nice drive thru park. Added so much to our stay at the KOA. The only thing I can recommend get the AC working better in the Bathhouses

Beautiful, clean and very well kept. Gate closes every night and they give you a key card to get in. Discounts for lion country safari too. You have to throw out your own garbage in the dumpster but dumpsters are close by.

In the past three years that I have been on the road, this particular campsite registers as one of the most OUTSTANDING KOA campsites in America. The management is one, if not the best of any KOA I have ever stayed at. The staff there is friendly, professional, and above all, customer-centric. I recommend this campground to anyone who plans a trip to and through Florida.

Our stay in the cabins at the Lion Country Safari KOA with our children and grandchildren was fabulous. Wonderful staff, great cabins with comfortable bed and bunk beds. Wonderful to be able to sit out in the morning and evening and hear the lions roar. The KOA is very well kept; clean bathrooms, showers, grounds, pool, well stocked store, with coffee in the morning. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We tent camped and the light shining through my tent was absolutely terrible, it was like sleeping in daylight.

I recently stayed at a KOA campsite and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the location was beautiful. I enjoyed the variety of amenities available, such as the swimming pool, playground, and hiking trails. Overall, my experience at the KOA campsite was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to fellow campers.

The office staff are very friendly, the camp grounds, restrooms are immaculate and the cabins are super comfy. my grandkids; ages 2 & 4 had a “BLAST” and loved waking up to hearing the Lions roaring in the mornings. We will definitely be back!!

This place was amazing. I honestly don't see how this place wasn't packed out. Great pool and other play areas. We stayed there for half a week, but we plan on going back because everything was amazing and the area was great. Kids had an amazing time. You really can hear the animals next door like monkeys and lions. Very unique and cool. Staff very friendly. Place very clean. Pool crystal clear.
