Checked in after office hours; it was dark. Able to reach, I believe Rhonda, by phone. She was able to help me get a site for the evening and was very helpful. Fortunate to be able to stay overnight at this KOA, George

I loved the grassy tent site. Off leash dog exercise area. And the breakfast pizza delivered to our site was the icing on the cake of a lovely quick overnight at this fantastic campgrounds!

Although the service and amenities were TOP NOTCH and very well maintained along with SUPER friendly staff, do NOT tent camp at this location. The proximity to the freeway made it VERY loud all night. So much so that getting to sleep was virtually impossible. If you must, bring earplugs or medication to knock yourself out! Also, beware of people walking dogs and letting them pee on your tires....

We were just passing through town on a camping trip and needed a place to stay. We've stayed at a few other KOA's on our week trip and this might have been the best one?! The staff were SO lovely and helpful. The way the whole place was decorated for Halloween was so cute and showed that it's run by people who care and want to make it feel special.

The stay was great and the staff was friendly and helpful! The biggest downside was how loud the highway is, but nothing you can do about that.

Premier KOA! Exceptionally well maintained property by Steve the grounds keeper. Friendly staff. One thought. The property has lots of courtesy lighting at night; perhaps too much. Hard to find a dark spot especially in the tent area.

Nice layout and facilities. Bathrooms were clean. Kid friendly. Could have used a little step stool for the kids in the bathrooms. Other than that a very nice place with very pleasant people.

Security guard was rude about where I parked and bc I was car camping. He threatened to "kick me out" even though I paid and reserved and no one ever told me I wasn't supposed to car camp (still makes no sense to me, I've car camped at many koa tent sites and no one has ever had a problem). Also a fight broke out and the cops had to come. I had to call for security. The office ladies were nice tho

We were left without a bathroom for quite literally more than half my stay, with no alternative. The location is extremely noisy from the highway. Would not recommend and will not stay again.

We arrived late evening, in the dark, office was closed. We received a helpful late arrival text that made it easy to find our spot and get setup. In the morning the office staff was cheery and pleasant. We only stayed one night, but enjoyed a few of the amenities before heading out again. Our 7yo liked the pool and jump pad/playground, and the mini golf course was cute. We would go back!

We really enjoyed it! Campground was clean with a great kids' area. Activities included an outdoor pool, jumping pillow, playground, small Zipline, mini golf, sand volleyball, Gaga, horseshoes, Cornhole, train ride-kids ride in barrels around the campground, and a rec/game room. Tenters definitely will hear traffic. Outlet mall with a few restaurants very close. Entrance/exit on Hwy 6- be careful!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Camp was easy to find off the highway. All was well except for the fact that we suspected pets were being walked in the tent only area as there were spots on the grass indicating it. Pet bags are available right at the entrance of tent area and sure thing, the next morning we saw a camper walking her dog in the tent only area. Other than that, was fine.

We used this KOA as a stop along our journey to Minnesota from New Mexico. The non-electric tent sites here are located just outside their check-in area, fairly close to the main road (60MPH speed limit). The road is VERY busy and quite loud. If the plan is to tent camp, I would recommend spending the extra money and getting an electric tent site. Everything else was fantastic!

Staff was super friendly and super helpful. Tent camping sites were right next to a very busy highway, so there was a lot of traffic noise all day and night. Sites were also located super close together, so there was almost no privacy. Looked like there were tons of family friendly amenities and events.

We had an awesome stay! The staff and the grounds were excellent. So much fun for us and our kids. We did get woken up by firecrackers at midnight the first evening, which was a bummer, but other than that have zero complaints! Would stay again.

The West Omaha KOA is very clean, well-run with great staff and an excellent store. However, for tent camping, the adjacent highway was very busy and very loud late at night. Was this normal traffic or an anomality? The noise was probably minimal in a motorhome, but in a tent, it was sleep disruptive. However, the traffic is NOT the fault of this KOA! Great KOA, but very noisy in a tent.

Shower rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. The only complaint was that the evening quiet time at 10 pm was not enforced the first night we stayed the second night I spoke to a staff member and they made sure our neighbors were being quiet after 10 pm. We were gone most of each day and felt comfortable leaving our tent and possessions unattended.

Really need to fix picnic tables in tent area. Liability. Highway noise was loud. People were friendly. Great service. Clean.

Very load with the Highway and Interstate running on each side of property. There were a lot of parties going on until 2am so very noisy.

Always seem to have space for us when we get there. Now, seems like greed has taken over. Summer months price has now tripled, no monthly prices $2500 to $3500 based on daily rates. That's almost as high as Florida costal sites. Sorry kids and grandkids can't come to visit at these prices. Feel sorry for those who try!

Stopped for an overnight. Was pleasantly surprised by the staff and guests. The wifi was the best I have experienced. Hookups were easy, the site was level, and the bathrooms were nice. If you're hungry upon arriving, they have fresh made pizza in the office area. Would definitely stay here again.
