Only complaint is the shower stalls. We read negative reviews about the mold in the showers and it was bad. All the stalls in the women's and men's need to be regrouted. It is easy to dig out the moldy spots and regrout, will make such a difference. Staff is very friendly and so many kids enjoying all the planned activities. The pizza is AMAZING!!! Love the shady spots. Great areas to walk dogs

Excellent place to stay. Used the camping cabin for 6. Clean and nice. All employees were beyond helpful. Good pizza too! Pool was clean and the kids LOVED the pool and bounce pillow

West Omaha KOA is our family "go to" campground. It's close to home so our grandkids can get there easily. The service and staff are tops. Friendly and very courteous. It was a very relaxing weekend.!

The cabin was awesome, the amenities were perfect for cabin camping. The staff was all stellar, the kids had endless fun things to do, swimming, pillow jumping, playground, mini-golf, outdoor movies, enjoying the firepit, buying bags of rocks to “mine” in the waters, sno-cones, bike riding, riding in buckets pulled by the golf carts, bingo, tie-dying shirts, foam party, sand art, guessing game

It was just an overnighter as we were on our way home. The campgrounds were very clean and well organized. Restrooms/showers were nice, too. We were most impressed with the staff. Our phone reservation was handled quickly and efficiently. When we reached the campgrounds, the check-in staff was very pleasant, an employee escorted us to our site and made sure we were settled. I was impressed.

Very accommodating. We had a breakdown on our motorhome and had to stay 2 days longer than expected. It was no problem at all. Will definitely stay here again when passing through the area.

Premier KOA! Exceptionally well maintained property by Steve the grounds keeper. Friendly staff. One thought. The property has lots of courtesy lighting at night; perhaps too much. Hard to find a dark spot especially in the tent area.

Very convenient and easy to park. Everything is clean and well maintained. The owners are very friendly and helpful! Will always be our stop in Ogallala.

Very nice campground, but the entrance is poor. Not paved and upon Leaving and making right turn you need to go across all lanes to make turn. Not very safe in my opinion.

It was our second time at this KOA. It is always a pleasure to be there! Clean restroom and showers. Perfect space for our RV . We really enjoy our visit!

Lovely touches throughout the park. Very reasonable rates. Fantastic staff I wish they’d open the pool at 10 am so I could have a swim before I left. Beautiful pool and area.

Always a great stop but best for families as you are paying extra for “holiday” features you may not need if just passing through. Easy to get into Omaha.

It was HOT and HUMID on our last day of a long road trip. We needed a spot with a hook-up so we could run our A/C, and someplace for our son to unwind after a long day in the car. We're KOA first-timers, and had so much fun that well definitely be back. Loved the pool, bouncing pillow, pizza delivery, and clean/modern facilities. Thank you!!

The staff at the site were very rude to my wife and children. We did not feel welcomed during our stay. We have stayed at dozens of KOAs and we come back because of the atmosphere and friendly staff. Just a bunch of grumpy old men running around telling people to stay off their lawn. We'll never come back to this site and this put a stain on KOA from my perspective.

All the employees were extremely helpful and friendly. I greatly appreciate the text reminders and address. My cabin (and bathroom) was clean, comfortable, and cool. Also, the dog area was clean and ample. There was lots to do for kids and while I was with my 18 year old daughter, it was fun watching young families enjoy the activities. Finally, free coffee in the morning was such a gift.

Always seem to have space for us when we get there. Now, seems like greed has taken over. Summer months price has now tripled, no monthly prices $2500 to $3500 based on daily rates. That's almost as high as Florida costal sites. Sorry kids and grandkids can't come to visit at these prices. Feel sorry for those who try!

Stopped for an overnight. Was pleasantly surprised by the staff and guests. The wifi was the best I have experienced. Hookups were easy, the site was level, and the bathrooms were nice. If you're hungry upon arriving, they have fresh made pizza in the office area. Would definitely stay here again.
