We loved the space with the swing and the cement area. It was a great fit for our family. All the staff are so friendly and we enjoyed the playground and walks throughout.

We were scammed! I reserved site online 5 mo ago, paid in full. When we arrived I was told we owed more. At that point my only options were to pay the additional fee or cancel, which would forfeit everything I already prepaid. We are already prepaid for a stay in Sept, expect to be scammed again. Considering paying cancelation fee. Not about money, it's about the principal. Poor customer service.

We had an excellent stay at the Omaha KOA! All of our interactions with the staff were great - always helpful and nice! The amenities were great too, our kids didn’t want to leave. We will be back!

Very friendly staff! If any updates are done I would consider adding a basketball hoop and a larger playground that is more accessible for little ones. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

I just stayed on 5/11/2023 & loved every minute in Kabin #4. It was very clean & tidy plus it had a TV mounted on the wall. There was an air-conditioner & a stand-alone heater, but I didn't use either, I just opened the 2 windows for fresh air at night. I ate my dinner on the outside swing. The only negative is the front screen door needs some TLC before the summer bugs appear.

We had a great stay at this pet friendly cabin! It was comfortable, safe and a very family friendly area. The only thing that we noticed was one of the chairs in the cabin needed to be replaced! We will definitely look into KOA campsites/cabins as we travel to other locations!

Friendly staff who checked us in and escorted us to our site. Park appeared to be older but neat and tidy. Just passing through so stayed one night.

I only stayed one night but appreciated the cleanliness of the park. Easy in and out and I had a very nice pull through site without neighbors on three sides! Quiet and a very nice kids play area.

It’s not a pretty Koa but the site was long and very good for an overnight. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We rented a cabin. Queen bed was horribly uncomfortable. It sunk down severely in the middle almost as if there wasn't any support. Likely needs a new box spring at least.

Ask if sites were level, told yes. Well where trailer sat ok, but had to add 8" to tongue to make level front to back and I didn't want to unhook. Bathroom mes no paper towels and no hand air working machine. Not interested in staying there again.

I love all the upgrades this KOA has implemented since my stay last year. Clear arrival lanes and exit lane are now blacktop vs gravel. The only downside was the fact that 2 of the 4 dryers were down and the washers varied in time 22min and 17min for a 30min cycle when $2 was inserted. A little attention to laundryroom maintenance goea a long way.

At check-in I was asked to wait while another employee checked to see if our designated spot was empty. There were 4 other similar sites open the entire night. They should have given us a different site and then figured out the vacancy of the designated site. If the park was full I can understand the delay. Very unprofessional and after a long day of driving I didn’t appreciate the wait

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean restrooms and showers. Campground well maintained. Easy on and off the Highway but far enough away you do hear it at night. Enjoyed our stay .

The entire experience was very pleasant and all the personnel we met were helpful. We purchased pizza, items from the store, firewood, LP tank refill, etc. The prices were reasonable. The facilities were clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay again when in the Omaha area.

Always seem to have space for us when we get there. Now, seems like greed has taken over. Summer months price has now tripled, no monthly prices $2500 to $3500 based on daily rates. That's almost as high as Florida costal sites. Sorry kids and grandkids can't come to visit at these prices. Feel sorry for those who try!

Stopped for an overnight. Was pleasantly surprised by the staff and guests. The wifi was the best I have experienced. Hookups were easy, the site was level, and the bathrooms were nice. If you're hungry upon arriving, they have fresh made pizza in the office area. Would definitely stay here again.
