I stayed at this KOA for about 8-9mos. Love the staff who’ve been friendly & willing to work with me. Don’t have to worry about anything. Nice, clean, friendly staff & facilities. I’d give them 5 stars if all the roads were all paved & the internet was perfect. Internet isn’t great so a Personal Hot Spot is a must have to stream tv.

Staff are very friendly and quick to help with any problems. Very quiet, clean and well kept campground. Love all the amenities this place has to offer. Nice pool, playground with jump pillow and zip line, mini golf, community room with games, and so much more! Close to shopping and attractions, if you feel the need to leave. This is our vacation destination. We love this KOA!

We loved our first stay at the West Omaha/NE Lincoln KOA. It was the first RV trip with our 6 & 8 year old grandkids and this campground was perfect for that! So many activities for us and them to enjoy together! We loved our deluxe patio site with the swing and fire ring and we especially love the addition of the ice cream/shaved ice shack! Everyone was so friendly! Hope to return soon!

Our site was clean when we arrived as well was the entire campground. The kids loved the playground, jump pillow, and zip line. They also loved mining for gems. Each site had its own patio with its own chairs and tables. We had plenty of room between our camper and our neighbors.

Last minute decision. Glad they had a spot. Stayed here couple time before and always a friendly crew. The only complaint is the early check in fee, especially when it was an hour or less.

The facility is adequate. My complaint is that I paid for a pull through site but due to the location of the utilities we had to disconnect our car and dolly negating the purpose of the extra expense. In addition an employee, although extremely polite, approached us telling us we had to move out of the roadway while we were in the midst of unhooking. No one was waiting and all sites were full.

It was OK for a one night stay. Quiet hours were not honored when we were there, so we didn’t sleep well, but I believe it was an isolated incident due to an inconsiderate guest. The kids enjoyed the zip line and bounce pad.

We really enjoyed the campgrounds! Lots of staff and all were friendly. Activities were canceled frequently, which is really our only complaint. (Movies, train rides) Cabin was nicely stocked and clean. Queen size bed definitely on its last bit of life. Park activities were a lot of fun for the kids, no ninja warrior area like advertised though.

The West Omaha KOA is very clean, well-run with great staff and an excellent store. However, for tent camping, the adjacent highway was very busy and very loud late at night. Was this normal traffic or an anomality? The noise was probably minimal in a motorhome, but in a tent, it was sleep disruptive. However, the traffic is NOT the fault of this KOA! Great KOA, but very noisy in a tent.

I think if we had a family it would have been a better value. There were plenty for children to do; however, our kids are grown. We have 2 small dogs and the dog park wasn't finished. It was very expensive compared to most for just 2 adults.

Shower rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. The only complaint was that the evening quiet time at 10 pm was not enforced the first night we stayed the second night I spoke to a staff member and they made sure our neighbors were being quiet after 10 pm. We were gone most of each day and felt comfortable leaving our tent and possessions unattended.

Very clean campground. The showers and the pool are the best. Friendly staff. Road noise from nearby highways does mute the camping atmosphere.

The employees, campground and cabin were amazing. The only complaint we have is the mattress in the main bedroom of our cabin was terrible. It had two large dips on each side which was uncomfortable and awful to sleep on.

Enjoyed our stay. Office personnel were fantastic and helpful. Did not use the facilities, or the pool, although all looked very nice and there were plenty of folks enjoying it all. Would stay there again if going to Omaha. Definitely advise getting early reservations.

Really liked the well defined lanes and sites kept up pretty well. Our son had a blast with the kids activities, especially the zip line. Liked it being out of busy omaha.

Friendly helpful staff, good surroundings. Bed mattress in cabin was WAY too squishy, likely needs to be replaced (indentations left by our bodies never bounced back the whole 3 days). Some updates should be made (replace ping-pong net in community room, for instance). Overall, very pleasant.

Wonderful stay. Our grandkids came out for a visit. They had a blast. They loved the pool, Air pillow, Zip line. Mining for shark teeth and train ride. To top it off they went on a scavenger hunt. And had shaved ice. They enjoyed the new camp cat, Wednesday. Also love the new improvements at the KOA. Will definately be back

Easy check in. Clean site - I LOVE the distance between the designated sites. The internet is constant/dependable. Each site has a nice metal picnic table and a fire pit. The camp had been updated with many kid-friendly services and events. The store is well-stocked with emergency foods, tools, kits and fun items for kids. Even ice cream and pizza delivered to your site! Perfect place to camp!

Staff at KOA are friendly and welcoming. Every time they passed my family and I they were all very greeting. My family enjoyed our stay in the cute little cabin, and enjoyed the activities over the weeekend. We will be back :-)

Always seem to have space for us when we get there. Now, seems like greed has taken over. Summer months price has now tripled, no monthly prices $2500 to $3500 based on daily rates. That's almost as high as Florida costal sites. Sorry kids and grandkids can't come to visit at these prices. Feel sorry for those who try!

Stopped for an overnight. Was pleasantly surprised by the staff and guests. The wifi was the best I have experienced. Hookups were easy, the site was level, and the bathrooms were nice. If you're hungry upon arriving, they have fresh made pizza in the office area. Would definitely stay here again.
