Once again not disappointed in our stay here. The grandkids love coming here! Improved parking lot so one side is enter other side exit. Pizza is always so good! Staff so kind and amazing!

there were so many staff members there, they were very helpful. One suggestion, that you use one staff member for only one reason, to monitor your guests for 1. dogs off leash 2. dogs leashes are too long allowing the dog to stand in the road and poop on the common grounds. 3. Monitor the pool for unruly kids (mostly teens who come without parents). these are your rules. Just enforce them

We stayed over night traveling home to Illinois. The campground was beautiful and staff very friendly. Definitely will stay again.

Very friendly staff. Well organized. Restroom was very clean. Escorted to our kamping kabin. Nice touch. Definitely on our list of places to return to. Highly recommend.

All was great. The lodges are not 5 star hotels,, but did fine for our visit.. Only thing i would suggest is to improve the grass in several areas..Outside of our cabin was plain dirt, which was mud when it rained.. hope that helps . Thanka again for the friendly hospitality..

Nice campground. Close to Omaha, but still remote enough to feel like “camping”. Staff was friendly and sites were clean. The daily text message about activities was also nice.

Very clean bathrooms. We checked in late and everything was in order at the night registration for us, including a marked map so we knew exactly where to go. The campsite had a lot of great things to do for the kids.

Unheated pool was a deal-breaker. My 5yo loves to swim and was so excited to have a pool in the campground, but he couldn't stay in for more than 5 mins without his lips turning blue. Broke his heart, and that kind of ruined the stay for us. Staff seemed really nice and other amenities were decent enough, but if your pool is that cold on a July afternoon, then it's basically worthless.

We only needed an overnight stay. West Omaha KOA was perfect. Especially nice was the pizza delivery to our campsite.

Staff was super friendly and super helpful. Tent camping sites were right next to a very busy highway, so there was a lot of traffic noise all day and night. Sites were also located super close together, so there was almost no privacy. Looked like there were tons of family friendly amenities and events.

Great staff! Lots of improvements year over year. Only complaint, $10 charge for our grandchild to visit for dinner. Need to change policy.

As campgrounds go, it was well kept and the people in the camp office were friendly. As we were setting up, an older man told us to keep our mat off the grass. It was on the gravel. Everyone around us had their mats on the grass???? There was a man carrying a half gallon of vodka walking around the campground with a little girl walking a dog???? Not appropriate at a place with small children.

My stay was a quick overnight stay so I don't have a lot to offer as a review. Staff was friendly and accommodating to my needs. Campground was clean and well maintained.

The staff were very nice, the tent spot had shade and was large, and the pool was great on a hot day. A very pleasant experience, recommend!

I had spent the night before at the Benton KOA Journey and was not impressed with the accommodation and service. However, the West Omaha/Lincoln KOA far exceeded my expectations and the service was reassuring that not all KOA campgrounds are run by people who just want money. Omaha KOA cares about their customers and that is how it should be. Thank you to all the Omaha KOA staff!!!!

Location is good off freeway. Sites were gravel and in some cases muddy i.e. ours was muddy. Not a lot of trees to separate the sites.

It was convenient with clean showers. The pool is also clean. Pull through sites are very tight. Our neighbor's slide was up against our picnic table and his camper wasn't that big. It wasn't a big deal since we were just in for the night.

It was rainy when we got there so we didn't get to see as much as we would have liked. After a 11 hour drive we were just so glad to be there. The campground was clean, friendly and comfortable.

I stayed in Kabin #4 and just loved it. The air conditioning was on when I arrived since it was super hot that day. Very friendly staff at check-in and I ordered the chicken nuggets for my dinner. So many wonderful items to purchase in the gift shop. I did buy the postcards as my family loves to find out where I've been. Just loved the porch swing and picnic table to eat my dinner on.

KOA is a great place. I love the sewer and water hook ups, and the pool. The putt putt golf was good but in rough shape but good enough. I understand business but not everything has to have a fee. I was most concerned with the extra car fee. I also was ultra concerned about the visitor car fee. I believe if the visitor car was going to stay overnight then maybe a fee should be charged but

Would not accommodate allowing us to move to an area with some shade. Staff seemed incompetent to answer questions. Made us move our camper 3 times (after a staff told us each time that we were positioned fine). Friend came and paid for a day park with his credit card, but his card was charged for games and items at the store, not mine. Asked staff and they said they just charge the last card

Nice staff, beautiful campground with many ammenities. Policy is additional fees if you arrive early but you are informed ahead of arrival in a text so no surprises. The noise from the interstate can be heard at camp site but it was not a problem as this is located off the interstate. A great place to overnight! Would definetly stay here again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We ordered pizza when we were there and they were punctual and the pizza was good. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, playing in the playground and corn hole. My only complaint would be the restrooms. They smell and the water in the showers smells like iron. Not sure if something’s wrong with the pipes or just shower heads since they are very rusted.

Best park we have stayed at during our trip from CA to MI. Staff was friendly and helpful. They cooked and delivered to our RV Pizza and/or wings! Campground is well maintained. Great experience!

Loved the fence around playground this time. Pizza was great. Had an end lot and it was roomier than in the middle! Pool was clean and the soft serve twist dish was awesome way to end the night! Thanks!

We stayed just an overnight stay this time. We have stayed during the winter months for a couple weeks at a time. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The facilities are very well maintained. I was impressed with some of the new additions to the campgrounds, like the ice cream shack and sitting area.

The campground was great and the staff was very friendly. The only reason I am not rating it a 10 out of 10 or 5 out of 5 is because the water hook-up for site 50 was on the opposite side of the utility hook-ups for the camper which made it tough to hookup my water line. Other that that its a great campground to stay and very up-kept and clean and extremely dog-friendly!

Box frame was broke. Had to move mattress to floor which was an improvement. The brick patio is not maintained and a HUGE tripping hazard. My aunt tripped and scrapped her leg up. Kid activities is fantastic. Guy who mows lawn needs to learn how to talk to people and not yell at kids about wristbands we weren't even told about when checking in.

Always seem to have space for us when we get there. Now, seems like greed has taken over. Summer months price has now tripled, no monthly prices $2500 to $3500 based on daily rates. That's almost as high as Florida costal sites. Sorry kids and grandkids can't come to visit at these prices. Feel sorry for those who try!

Stopped for an overnight. Was pleasantly surprised by the staff and guests. The wifi was the best I have experienced. Hookups were easy, the site was level, and the bathrooms were nice. If you're hungry upon arriving, they have fresh made pizza in the office area. Would definitely stay here again.
