Great spot with super attentive staff. Lots of fun events. 2nd time there- wish they would upgrade the tables outside the cabins. They are pretty dated and could use a facelift. But overall great value.

We loved our stay at KOA West Omaha. This team communicated with with from the beginning to the end. We loved using the Deluxe Cabin for our stay. Great amenities and park with the pool and mini golf.

We stayed during Christmas in July; the kids loved the different activities. There is something for everyone to do while staying at the campground, pool, mini golf, bike rentals. Our cabin and the campground in general were clean and well kept, one of the best KOA's we have stayed in. The pizza and wings made to order were good as well. We will be back in the future.

The worst stay ever. The gravel driveway needed more gravel; it poured down rain and our RV was in a mud pit. The tow dolly was in this mud pit too and we could not get the tires and hook up done. Our clothes and shoes were a mess. Also, filthy laundry room; it had not been cleaned properly for weeks and it was extremely expensive, very overpriced.

Very convenient for a quick stay off the highway. Had lots of activities going on. Site was clean and well maintained. Staff at check-in were friendly. On the high side for cost per night though.

This was a one-night stay for us. Easy in and out. We found clean bathrooms and showers but the sites were small and muddy/sandy. Water lines were shared between two sites. Our water hookup was on the passenger side of the site, so we had to run a hose under the camper. Employees were nice, but conversations were very transactional - not the normal hospitality that we've seen at other KOAs.

Just added this campground to our top five. My family and I absolutely loved it. Clean, plenty of activities, friendly staff and fresh pizza delivered right to our motorhome. We were in Nebraska for other activities, Now we will be returning just to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience West Omaha / NE Lincoln KOA.

Christmas in July was great fun for our grandkids. We enjoy camping here because it’s close to home great camping atmosphere great staff.

Wonderful place, great and very helpful staff. Jim, the manager came by our site since he had noticed an oil leak under our truck motor. He helped check things out and tighten the filter which was loose. Really appreciate his and everyone’s help.

2 night stay pulling a ffth wheel. Easy access. Site was pull through with full hookup. Great amenities. Overall a wonderful experience.

Cathy in the office saved the day and got us in last minute. Great access to highway. Site was a little challenging to level the RV, but they have a newer section that looks great. Clear that the property is being upgraded. The 5 stars is for the staff - Thank you!

I was late arriving, but the folks running the KOA were very accomodating and getting in the campground was effortless! The property and camp grounds were aestetically beautiful... I will stay here again.

Excellent site. Actually had some room. (Which seems to be uncommon here in the west.) The staff was fantastic. We had a number of packages delivered here, to which we were promptly notified of its arrival. It was a perfect location for a basecamp to explore Eastern Nebraska.

Campsites were crowded together…our neighbors sewer connection was right next to our picnic table! Other neighbors barbecue was right under one of our main windows! Tolerable for 1 night but no more. Bathroom was very clean!

Everything about the West Omaha KOA is absolutely wonderful! The owners and staff here treat one another like family, and that feeling is transferred to the guests who stay here; extensive thought, time and effort go into every aspect of this KOA, and that care is evident everywhere you look. Our two night stay was quite pleasant. We did not take advantage of any of the amenities offered because we were busy with family and outside activities. Our space was very nice, in the shade on a hot day. All hookups worked as advertised. Internet service was adequate and appreciated.

Clean campground. My daughter loves the jump pillow and it was an added bonus to see the zip line that she can’t get enough of! The kids also enjoyed the pool which was also kept very clean.

I was quite put off with the staff's attitude towards customers. This is one of those places where if feels like conveyance and enforcement of kamp rules trumps all other interaction with customers. It's okay to return a wave when someone waves and smiles. We're not all conspiring to drive the wrong way, walk on the grass, unload a vehicle in the wrong area. More to say but no more space left.

Nice amenities here for the kids, like a pool and play area with trike bikes for rent. Very friendly owners. Nice community fire pit area. Only complaint are the sites - very close together and they are muddy with not enough grass area to enjoy being outside. Could be remedied with added rock or maybe mulch area, or nicely paved patio pads.

Always seem to have space for us when we get there. Now, seems like greed has taken over. Summer months price has now tripled, no monthly prices $2500 to $3500 based on daily rates. That's almost as high as Florida costal sites. Sorry kids and grandkids can't come to visit at these prices. Feel sorry for those who try!

Stopped for an overnight. Was pleasantly surprised by the staff and guests. The wifi was the best I have experienced. Hookups were easy, the site was level, and the bathrooms were nice. If you're hungry upon arriving, they have fresh made pizza in the office area. Would definitely stay here again.
