One call and they were ready with a perfect, easy access, pull-through site. No muss, no fuss in the office. Easy in, easy out. I really used none of the other amenities, just plugged into power for a silent (no generator) night.

Camping très proche de l’autoroute donc bien sûr un peu bruyant si l’on se trouve proche de l’entrée . Toilettes et salle de bains très propre . Proximité de Fort Worth appréciable. Restos et zone commerciale très proche . Pour une ou deux nuits , c’est un bon rapport qualité- prix .

Vey nice people. Mostly seasonal. Sites are very tight. Had difficulty leveling up. They are making improvements.

The sewer attachment was broken and just had a rock setting on the drain. The next morning when we went to empty our holding tank the dump station was full! The office personnel was very unfriendly

The spaces are so narrow you have to walk all over your electric cords and water hose to hook and unhook. This is not very stable walking for a 67 year old.

The staff is very friendly. It’s alright for a one night stay but not extended, the sites are to close together and it’s more like a RV park for permanent parking.

Staff very friendly. KOA is very clean. Sites are too small and too close together. Stayed 5 nights visiting relatives in FW. Would only use the KOA for an overnight in the future.

The Weatherford KOA has a number of pluses. Friendly and helpful staff, good propane service, good laundromat, convenient location to I-20. Minuses are insufficient dumpster capacity, hard to hookup to the water supply, rocky sites (paving is underway and will fix this).

Very good for a one night stay. All the KOA staff we had contact with were friendly and very nice to do business with. They had excellent internet and WIFI service. The campground roads and streets were a bit dusty, but that is not unusual for gravel surfaces. Will stay there again if we are in the area. w

OK for a quick stopover. Narrow sites facing each other. Dusty roads. Not well maintained. Seems like mostly full-timers. Not impressed.

We enjoyed our stay, thankful our RV was safe while we were out and about. Just wish the spaces were wider, always feels like our neighbors are right on top of us.

The grounds and facilities are very well maintained but not very fancy as in other KOAs. The pool and playground were clean but not very modern. The restrooms were very clean and tidy. The pad sites were all gravel and not concrete. For the price, I would have expected a more modern facility.

We stayed here with our small children while waiting to close on a house nearby. The staff was wonderful! My kids enjoyed the "dinosaur hunts", the pool, the playground, and the indoor game room. The place was kept very neat and tidy. We go back to visit still so the kids can say "Hi" to Denise and everyone. There is more shopping than you could ever ask for nearby. Easy and convenient place.

Did not measure up to the KOA’s we have stayed at. The staff was nice. The property had a lot of RVs parked by a repair shop on property to be repaired , and the sites were narrow and not level Sewer Hook-up needed updated.

We stayed there a couple times this year and enjoy the surroundings. Close to I-20 and your favorite eat stops. My wife and I recommend stopping over for a night or two if in this area of texas.

Very nice staff. Grounds have a lot of potential with nice Park. Bathrooms ok/so so. However some of the campground pretty trailer park junky looking and very jammed crowdy.

Quite a few long term people are like the song “Harper Valley PTA”. Not kid friendly because of them always making complaints !! The tree in the space I was in, gave me a few bruises when I tripped on the 12” high roots a couple times. Also no grass can grow. Staff employee named Lance was very helpful and friendly. 2 night peace filled stay while destined for Dinosaur Valley State Park in Glenn Rose Texas. The kids enjoyed the clear water pool and playing on the swing set just outside the pool’s gate. Clean and tiled showers with Texas shaped sink basins amazed the Grandkids. The only suggestion is to clean off the picnic tables and sweep the pool’s perimeter more frequently.

It’s ok for an overnight stay. The entrance really needs to be cleaned up. It oils be nice if the sites were concreted. And the roads also need to be concreted. The fenced in dog park is too small. Trash pick up would be nice.

The RV Repair business adjoining the KOA is very unsightly and junky. On pulling into the KOA, we learned that the majority of the sites are permanent residents and many of these sites were junky and unkempt, including some of the trailers. The children of the permanent residents became a nuisance when they began banging on our trailer door and leaving “prank” bags of trash on our doorstep.

From what I understand, the park is under new ownership, and it's definitely for the better! The new roads and ongoing construction in the back didn't hinder my stay much due to the minimal impact from the rain. The management team was incredibly helpful and kind, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. I'll certainly be returning.
