The flyer with activities should have been more specific for the fireworks. 10pm, across the pond. By the time fireworks actually started people were giving up and no one knew what was going on. I had kids crying thinking they weren't going to see fireworks this year and no one knew if the ones hidden by the trees were the ones we were supposed to see. Plus we had 3 employees rude as all get out

What a beautiful RV Resort. We didn't take advantage of any activities, but loved the rolling hills, RV's bring spread out. Everything to make it special.

First experience at a KOA campground! We had an AWESOME time! Beautifully kept grounds, very clean and the staff was AMAZING! Thank you...we had a GREAT visit!

Super friendly staff ! Had a giggle at checkin discussing the comments on here and found out a lot of them are for the water park next door. �Ϝ Lake is pretty green + super shallow. My kids weren’t interested in swimming. The showers were clean +nice

We had a good time and staff was very helpful and friendly. However, there was no shade at all near the tent section we were placed, thankfully the beach and swimming area was available to stay cool.

This was our 3rd year at this campground. We enjoyed our time there but noticed the cleanliness and maintenance of our cabin was not good. There were lights out, the cook top didn’t work, and it didn’t appear the blinds in the door worked properly. The cabin was filthy. I had to clean spilled soap, dried up toothpaste, the toilet, splattered food. I shouldn’t have to clean after other camper

Excellent stay and very nice amenities; however, Restrooms were not cleaned during our stay and only one of three faucets worked in Men’s Restroom at Playground area. Overall a good stay.

The staff was very organized and helpful. The grounds were clean. It will be nice when the trees get bigger so that there is some shade. We stayed in tents and I kind of felt exposed with all the RVs and trailers around us. For some reason we always had trouble finding our site when we left the campground and returned, even w/ map. The bathroom was clean and well lit. Noisy with highway so close.

Somewhat disappointed in some of the amenities which we planned to use were not available - no kayaks, water bikes and could not get pizza for our group! I understand short staff, but that was excessive!!! Customers should be told about these things at check in at least!

Dirty bathrooms, no wifi, snotty Saturday morning girl when I asked about wifi, poor location for tent sites, theft of two items for which I never received the rebate promised to me. I am still expecting to receive $30.00 for those items.

We stayed for 3 nights. Had a great time. Spent all of our time at the campground. 4 teenage boys Dad grandparents. We stay every year. Water had a lot of algae. 8 person cabin should get more parking spots than a 4 person cabin. We had fun. We will be back! Thank You

Overall decent campground, liked the pond. Thought bathrooms could use some more attention showers were not great. 1 wasn't working and other had pressure issues

Everything was great except the laundry room/shower house closest to us was dirty with dead bugs and one of the dryers didn't work.

This was our first stop on our month long excursion. This KOA is labelled a Resort but it falls short of that designation. There is no pool, just a pond with a beach. The WiFi was non-existent, the ‘Cable TV’ was just crappy analog channels-NO digital channels. The park was clean but the grounds need trimming. A real disappointment for a RESORT KOA.

Everything was great. The only thing that I would say anything about, is that we were not told about the water activities that were available or fishing or anything like that. I believe that this should be a part of the registration process so we would have known that they were available and how to use them. Also, about the fact that waterpark tickets are cheaper with stay.

It was great! Only thing I would comment on were the restroom/showers...no soap and wasn't cleaned the entire time we were there. Neither was the family restroom.

We were in site 104 which was very spacious as well as long enough for our 45' Class A and tow vehicle. The roads are very accessible. Lots to do for everyone. The park is close to services. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The store is well-stocked. This is one of the best KOAs we have stayed at.

Love the campground. I stop here once or twice a year and it is well maintained and the staff are excellent. It is in a beautiful setting and the sites are spacious.

Stayed at RV site towards the front. Nice level site. Site by hill aren't leveled/cut down. Slant down with hill. Saw gas or diesel pumps on site.

Very well maintained and attractive facility. Close to attractions, entertainment, groceries, and the highway. Over all pretty quiet, some occasional road noise. Sites are level and relatively spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful, but not bothersome. Price is a bit higher than other areas nearby. Overall I was very happy with my stay and would stay there again.
