Campground Specific Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Deposit Policy
Daily / Weekly RV Site-1st nights stay is due upon reservation. -$20 fee to cancel at any time. -If cancelled 7 days or less before arrival your deposit is forfeited.
Daily / Weekly Deluxe Cabin-Minimum night stay is due upon reservation. -$20 fee to cancel at any time. -If cancelled 14 days or less before arrival your deposit is forfeited
Monthly-50% deposit is due upon reservation, remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.-$20 fee to cancel at any time. -If cancelled with less than 30 days notice your deposit is forfeited. -Electric is metered. Active credit card is required and will be charged at the end of each month automatically.
HolidaysHolidays/Special Events-Minimum stay (typically 3 nights) is required to hold your site and is non-refundable if cancelled at any time.

National Cancellation Guideline
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.
Cancellation Deadlines:
- RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
- Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.
For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.
Cancellation Details:
- Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
- Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
- No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
- No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
- Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
- The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
- Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.
