Unleveled spot, very narrow turns, sites are very close to each other, overpriced and if you arrive early they will overcharge, in general a mediocre campground with poor wifi and overpriced

Great location for visiting Annapolis. Back part of campground very pretty and wooded. We stayed in the front just gravel and no trees. Showers are private stalls with locks which is nice.

The spots are on top of each other and our fire pit was next to our neighbors sewer access. The people are polite and helpful but the campground itself is was too crowded. The grass was dead and the older sites are nothing but sand.

We enjoyed a beautiful site with wonderful neighbors. Clean bathrooms and a nice pool. Close to a train station to enjoy Washington DC. Close to shopping too. Nice quiet oasis near cities.

Very nice campground. It was easy to get in and out of our site. Very convenient to get to the train station 10 mins away for our day trips to Washington, DC. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

We extended our stay by 7 days and the staff could not have been more accommodating to us. We had a great stay at the park. It was quiet (even close to busy highway MD 32 and the section we were in was very shady (note to satellite users, you may want to go to their upper sites to get better reception. Our dog loved the dog park. There are cabins/small lodges and something for everyone there.

Very friendly staff. Very nice and helpful hosts. Tony was great! Sites are small and with fire rings that are very close to your neighbors RV. Additionally the campground shuttle busses weren't running. Otherwise it's a good place to stay close to DC.

The campground is clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have some cool amenities and a gift shop with funny shirts and natural jewelry. Very nice place.

The site, Camp and Grounds are always immaculate, The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The office staff is always friendly and courteous. We are regular campers at this location

Sites were super close with our neighbor’s fire pit only a few feet from our slide out. Thankfully, they did not have a fire. Otherwise, it was a good campground for a short stay.

Stayed 7 nights. Had a wonderful time. Loved the staff. The laundry facility was very nice. Close to the Metro to get to DC and Baltimore.

Small and short, affordable activities and ice cream to break up the day. Great staff. Pleasant and helpful and kind. They were interactive with the kids. The lifeguard was great. Clean place. Well maintained. They helped with our next few reservations we had scheduled. Looking forward to more local stays there.

All-in-all, the location/site is great. HOWEVER, it's 2023 and you are right off of Routes 97 & 32... MANY people travel for work and need solid Internet access. Spend some money and upgrade to get into this century. Speeds are HORRIBLE, even for basic Internet work

This is a great location for people wanting to visit, Annapolis, Baltimore and Washington D.C. The Campground is very clean and keep up very nicely. Staff are truly wonderful. They care about your stay. Great place for children play area is very well kept up.

Great site, great staff, great store. Great shower/.bath house. The only thing that you could have done better is in the shower area. I think there were 6 showers? One was marked with a handicap sign and it was perhaps 6 inches wider than the others? To be a really good ADA type shower it needed to be at least a foot wider with more benches for clothes and places to sit to get dressed easier

It is a very nice campgrounds with friendly and helpful staff. The highway is very close and noisy at times. The location is far enough out of DC to make it expensive without a tow vehicle.

Chris and his staff are taking this property and improving it everyday. We have stayed here for a little over a month and stored a little longer than that and had a great time. The park is close to Maryland MARC train service right to downtown DC and is very close to Baltimore and Annapolis as well. Compared to other facilities, the park is very reasonably priced. Thanks Capital KOA.

Clean facilities and park! Friendly people. Wish the did not charge per dog, per day. Doesn't seem necessary to us; have had this at hotels, not campgrounds ever; with rates already high, just very surprised with extra charge.

We really enjoyed our camping experience at this KOA. Our site #36 was nice and level everyone we spoke to was friendly. The location was great lots fast food places and gas stations near by. We will be returning at the end of June for two weeks. We did not use any of the activities, but everything we saw was clean. We will be back in a month for two weeks.

The campground is far from Washington downtown. We had a very serious issue with a neighbour who made noise all day long. Thanks to the manager who was very good to manage this issue!

They did accommodate our same-day request for an overnight stay. The sites were right, our neighbor had his outdoor tv so loud it triggered a migraine and I went inside the camper for the night

Unfortunately, we had a person across from us who played loud music and had a noisy Harley. We asked to be moved, but it was not possible. Although the manager did come and explained. We had made this reservation months ago, so disappointed that we didn’t have a better spot. Internet very weak. Had to go up the hill to get service.

I had not realized how many amenities were available which is a positive attraction. The hookups were easily accessed, the campground clean and quiet, the spaces easily found using the excellent map provided. My only complaint would be the space we got was unlevel with a decline; since we were in a Sprinter van we had no leveling jacks and I did not expect to need leveling plates in a campground

Stayed May 18-21; site 14. Nice campground and we experienced no issues. Fortunately, the temperature was mild and with no shade available until after 6:30, it was fine. Had it been really hot, I would have asked to move. Otherwise, all good. Getting to the campground from the south is a bit weird i will say.

Very welcoming staff! Everyone was friendly, kind, and made you feel right at home. Nice spacious area, not overly crowded with RV sites.

Excellent location, close to Fort Meade, they have cottages and a tiny house, staff were very helpful. Location is convenient.

We camp here often when we come to MD to visit family. Always receive great service from all employees and the park is always a fun place for the grandkids to visit us here. As we plan to leave the campground in the morning I need to mention how Candy and her husband went way above to help me after my husband became hospitalized during this visit. They offered help with anything i needed and even dumped my tanks when needed.. I can't thank them enough. See you again soon Brenda (and Joe) Turner
