The location is excellent to get to DC and Annapolis. Very nice staff. One negative:they need to trim the trees, lots of low hanging and dead limbs.

Sites are lackluster for the price charged. The bathhouse facility is clean, but dated. The camp store was closed for remodeling during our stay which made it difficult to interact with the staff that were very anxious to send you on your way.

Sites are too short and tight. Water pressure is low and campground was noisy at night. Staff was very helpful.

Easy access for a big rig. You can hear some noise from near by highway but in a big rig it was okay. Friendly staff and nice store. We drove to DC and had no issues with parking or traffic as it was off-season.

Very clean facilities. Great staff, super helpful. About a half hour drive to the New Carrollton station, which gets you (via a transfer) right to Union Station. Location is close to everything you might need. Would recommend. Great job to the team there. A++

What a fun weekend! Happened to come to town during Halloween and the site had such fun activities going on for the kids. RVs were amazingly decorated for a contest, too. Great party atmosphere but everyone was respectful and I slept soundly before and after running the Marine Corps Marathon that weekend. Great facility.

For it to be a special Halloween weekend. There was not much for the kids to do besides what is offered every weekend at this koa. This was supposed to be and event weekend. There were no events not even a costume contest for the kids. Very disappointed. This place has gone down hill with the new management.

The campground is clean, KOA employees helpful and friendly. They do a great job with Halloween weekends. Did miss the costume contest and costume parade.

We come there every year for Halloween We were very disappointed this year. There was no after No dancing and music at the pavilion for the kids. They were looking for it to that this year. They had so much fun last year. Disappointed

Nice campground setting with trees, clean facility. WiFi is inexistant, no connection both times with stayed there, no email access although It is supposed to be provided. TV signal is poor. Quiet time is not enforced. Well located to visit Washington DC and Arlington cemetery. Friendly staff.

The campsite was very clean, however the worker genteman that kept coming into the ladies bathroom early in the morning WELL before the posted bathroom cleaning hours was very strange and made me feel uncomfortable. That needs to be addressed.

Great place to stay for visiting the entire Metro DC area. Great staff, friendly, very knowledgeable and they even solved a long standing problem with my propane and explained to me what the problem had been. Several other places, including Camping World were clueless. Thank you!

In general, it is a very nice KOA, however, we have been doing the Halloween weekends there since 2016 and this year was a huge let down. They did away with the costume contest and pumpkin contest (& charged for pumpkins this year). They also did away with the extra activities,(pony rides, rock wall, obstacle course), Not a lot of Halloween activities. Kids were bored and disappointed.

Clean campground and friendly staff. The rating is for further reduction in holiday activities. We have camped there for Halloween since 2016, in addition to other trips. There were fewer activities last year than previous years (pony rides, climbing wall, obstacle course). This year there were also no contests for pumpkin decorating or costumes, which the kids were very disappointed about.

The Halloween weekend has become a family tradition. We enjoy the campground and activities. We feel you have improved the experience since the recent management change. Kudos to Chris Raynsford! The staff is for the most part very accommodating!

The campground is fabulous with extremely friendly staff. However, people staying in the cabins kept walking through our campsite and the other 5 campers with us. I recommend adding a sign stating NOT to walk through the campsites. I think a path should be added so they do not disturb the campers.

Several people let their dogs run around off leash. The campers/cabin goers were overly rude, walking directly through others campsites without regard for personal property. One morning one of the staff aggressively banged on my camper door waking me and my son up asking if we recognized one of the dogs that was constantly off leash. This was by far the worst experience at a campground in years.

The Campground is a wonderful location for Baltimore, Annapolis and Washington DC. Staff are very friendly. Sites are kept up well and clean. Laundry and Showers are clean.

The staff was awesome especially the escort. Very nicely stocked store. Very organized events. Restroom and shower areas were clean and well maintained.Would definitely recommend to a friend

We love the location close to the DC area but far enough away it is really nice and quiet. The cabin was really clean. We will stay again I'm sure.

Very friendly, courteous staff. Every single one of them. My only problem was when there was evidently a blockage in the line causing the bathroom to flood. The gentleman I called asked if it could wait until morning. I replied no, that there were 4 people in my cabin who would like to use the facilities. So, he came out. He was very nice in person when he did arrive, though. We enjoyed our stay.

The deluxe cabin was exactly what we needed for our stay in the area and was so much better than a faceless hotel room. We appreciated the kitchenette; it had everything we needed for a short stay. Campground is quiet and well kept and the hosts are excellent. Would highly recommend.

Older facility but is very well maintained and in constant upgrading. Super friendly staff. Easy in and out.

Very welcoming staff! Everyone was friendly, kind, and made you feel right at home. Nice spacious area, not overly crowded with RV sites.

Excellent location, close to Fort Meade, they have cottages and a tiny house, staff were very helpful. Location is convenient.
