Spent three nights. Very clean. Some sites are a bit tight. But the staff more than made up for that. The lady in the office was so friendly and helpful!

Very clean park. This is the first time we were able to order a pizza. Very good, nice and hot, and delivered right to our site. All staff members are very helpful.

Loved the campground. Facilities including the restrooms/showers are well-maintained. We were thrilled that you could order food from the store since the weather was cold and rainy - it was a great pizza. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We have depended on the Wapakoneta KOA for years travelling from Canada to the USA and back for an overnight stay.

For the price, one would expect at least a concrete pad and a little more space. Sites are way too close together. There was no way to put out the awning due to the proximity of the fifth wheel parked at the site next to us. It’s okay for one night but it is not recommended for more than that. The campground was clean and maintained. We did not use any of the facilities.

Our prices are in line with others along the interstate. As with any business, when our expenses rise we must adjust prices to reflect those increases. Your one night stay was booked on your arrival date. If travel without advance reservations the same day rate is always more

Easy stopover park for us. Loved staying hooked to our toad. Park is clean and staff is friendly. Highway noise didn’t keep us awake, but it’s definitely there. I wish we’d known about the Neil Armstrong museum and the Airstream tour — they’re closed on Mon/Tues, so we missed them.

One of our regular stops on our north- and southbound migrations from Florida to Michigan and back. Friendly and helpful staff, well-kept campground, and convenient location. We love staying here.

Nice campground. Easy access to the freeway. Flat sites that make setting up a breeze. Beautiful trees and a large grass area for walking your dogs. The bonus is the really nice, friendly staff working there. Thank you for making my stay so nice.

set up was like a parking lot more than a camp site. they were all very nice, I was expecting a camp site.

As someone new to camping I'm not sure what you were expecting. As this is an older park the sites are smaller, like many of the older parks across the country. You may want to spend time researching and changing expectations since every park will not be to your liking. Thanks for your comments

We only overnighted at this campground but I was very impressed. We were greeted upon arrival and led to our campsite. The gentleman was extremely nice, helpful and friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed, and then came back later with more local information. The only drawback was that the “ inside” sites were extremely close together but for one night it worked out fine.

Very sweet little KOA. Stayed 2 nights. As KOA work kampers we appreciate the friendly staff and clean facilities. Manager Kevin, came and chatted with us a while. Easy in and out. Thanks for a nice stay.

The staff is excellent! Deluxe lots are nice with cement pad. Plus outdoor table and chairs were very comfortable on those lots.

I didn’t have a reservation but there were sites available. Friendly customer service. The camp has clean bathrooms and a nice laundry room too.

We made a same-day reservation when we were traveling through the lady that we spoke with was great new timing understood that we needed a late check in everything was set for us when we got there truly wonderful. My only issue is for a one night stay really not planning on using the facilities just driving through seems to me that $69 is a little bit much. But again if that’s the going rate so

Reviewed the reservation - your KOA Reward Card expired. If you had renewed or kept the card current, the rate would have been closer to $62. Whether you use the facilities or not - they are there for your use and have to be maintained. Safe travels and thank you for staying with us!

The sites are a little crowded but that aside everything else was perfect. TWO dog parks, lots of room to run, games for kids, fire pits, picnic tables, patios the works. Awesome internet.

Everyone was nice and the facilities were clean. the sites are a little on the small size but they are level and most are pull thru which is nice. love the text messages about the store restaurant menu and the greeting and check out reminder. Thank you, Jack & Darla

We stayed in the Deluxe Cabin for 4 nights, it was comfortable. The camp is clean and safe and even though it was near the end of the season there was a lot for us to do both at the camp and in the surrounding area. Such as - The Neil Armstrong Museum, Heritage Park (river walk, and our 6 month old Bernedoodle enjoyed a nice romp at the dog, the historical downtown) there are several parks around town with playgrounds as well. The campground also has a dog park both for big and small dogs. A playground and arcade for the big and little kids. ha ha We enjoyed our little get-away to the KOA at Wapakoneta. It was nice, relaxing and a fun way to spend our 34th wedding anniversary with just the 2 of us and our puppy. :) Kevin and Karen were so accommodating and helpful! Karen even mailed an item we left behind. Thank You! * sharing a picture of Bernie our puppy because this was "Bernie's Road Trip" and because he so adorable :)
