Very friendly staff. Accommodating to my special request. Clean well maintained sites with very clean bathrooms. Nice selections of things in store as well as cooked and cold foods ready to go. Sent daily text of events that was going on.

Two encounters with dogs not on a leash coming at our dog, (who was not barking or agitating the loose dogs) during our overnight stay, and we saw 2 additional unleashed dogs that did not rush up barking at our dog.

It's was a good overnight stay. Surprisingly quiet for a KOA. It isn't close to the highway or trains. Sites are tight though with very little space

We stay here regularly each year as we migrate north and south. Staff always friendly and helpful. GREAT PIZZA! Clean facilities are always a pleasant detail to be found. Great job!

Staff is excellent, pizza was awesome Mike does a very good job at checking in to make sure we are ok and anything we need to ask him. We always make a stop there on our way to florida

Having some work done on our Airstream trailer and used the KOA as a base. We have stayed at this KOA five other visits to NW Ohio. KOA staff is always the best.

Easy access off the highway - long sites - loner sewer hose available if yours won’t reach - very friendly - good ice cream and even pizza delivery to your site. Just stayed one night and will stay again in our way through the area.

People working at this KOA were very nice and helpful. I can't recommend this location because the sites were SO SMALL and not level, site 19. The fire rings were only feet away from the road. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again.

Unfortunately not every campground can satisfy everyone's needs. This is an older campground and the sites are smaller. In the future please park your tow vehicle somewhere other than the grass and register your guests. safe travels.

Easy in and out for an overnight stay on way home from Florida. Pull thru site was narrow but acceptable. Nice campground! Would stay again. Pizza was great:)

Great stop for us on the way to and from Florida. My only negative is that this year the wifi was not good. I wasn't streaming, just trying to check email and I would constantly have to reconnect and at best only got 1 bar.

Mentioning wifi trouble to the staff would be helpful as a call can be made to the tech people...if you are having trouble, others may also? Or since no one commented...just you? Speak up so that we can help! Also, the system is not for streaming

We stay there 4 sometimes 6 times a year. Always enjoy the stop there. Great and friendly staff and hosts.

Just for one night. Site was long enough for our rig and truck. Did note that if there was another rig next to us it would be very tight. Wider sites would be appreciated.

Long level sites so we didn't have to unhook our tow vehicle. Utility hook-up locations are terrible. Better bring extra electric cable and lots of extra sewage hose if you intend on full hook-up.

Was one of the cleanest and most personable KOAs/Staff that we've stayed at so far!! Their store was amazing and they truly made us feel welcome! Though it is a smaller campground, it had a very intimate and inviting appeal to it, especially in the upkeep, curb appeal and cleanliness of the campground. THANK YOU WAPAKONETA!!!!

We feel that your Propane is overpriced. We had approximately 1/3 of a 30 LB tank, and we were charged$36.00 + tax.

We do not ordinarily "top off" tanks. You should have been informed of this before purchasing. Our apologies if you were not.

The host who checked us in was very nice and personable. Nice dog yard. One of our favorite places to stay traveling between Michigan and Florida. As a woman who travels in an RV alone sometimes, this park makes me feel very safe!

Nice stay although just an overnight while traveling. Spaces are bit tight but acceptable. Staff courteous. Larry escorted us to the site and he was helpful. We recommend.

Quiet campground. Would suggest adding gravel to the campsites to reduce water pooling. After receiving rain overnight when we were there, we stepped out of our trailer into huge puddles of water.

Due to the amount of rain in the last few days, ground is saturated and water had no place to go - even with gravel. You know what they say - "April showers bring May flowers!" We are experiencing April and May showers! The new sod is liking it!

This is a very small KOA. Staff was very friendly and came around often to make sure things were going well. The pull thru sites are on the smaller side and tight. Gravel with no cement pads and little sitting room when slides were pulled out. However, this was only an overnight stay for us and it was sufficient to keep our tow vehicle hooked up. Our total length with car is 60ft.

Campground not an RV park with everything paved. Not every park serves everyone's needs.

We stayed in the Deluxe Cabin for 4 nights, it was comfortable. The camp is clean and safe and even though it was near the end of the season there was a lot for us to do both at the camp and in the surrounding area. Such as - The Neil Armstrong Museum, Heritage Park (river walk, and our 6 month old Bernedoodle enjoyed a nice romp at the dog, the historical downtown) there are several parks around town with playgrounds as well. The campground also has a dog park both for big and small dogs. A playground and arcade for the big and little kids. ha ha We enjoyed our little get-away to the KOA at Wapakoneta. It was nice, relaxing and a fun way to spend our 34th wedding anniversary with just the 2 of us and our puppy. :) Kevin and Karen were so accommodating and helpful! Karen even mailed an item we left behind. Thank You! * sharing a picture of Bernie our puppy because this was "Bernie's Road Trip" and because he so adorable :)
