The caretakers of the property were fantastic! We are novice campers. They were extremely helpful. Camp grounds were clean...We will be back!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Nice long site with good power, water. Only downside is sites are quite close side by side, but great for short term stay.

For a longer stay (which we hope you will consider), our back in sites have a bit more grass/space between them. You can stretch out for several days!

Great stay, second year staying here. Easy access from interstate. Staff is outstanding and is one of the reasons we keep returning. We look forward to our next stay.

Clean. Quiet country-side location. Good WI-FI, good cable TV, good water pressure, strong electric, pull-throughs, full hook-ups, TA gas station just down the road. Real nice, capable, friendly operation. Would I stay here again and/or recommend it? Yes to both!

Start off the staff is fantastic!! Funny & engaging & very helpful locating things to do in the area & the best way to get there. Sites where wonderful, utilities worked great & are easy to hook up. We where in site 70 I believe & it was under a beautiful tree that gave us some shade, but we could also see the north sky which enabled us to use our StarLink which was great. Bathroom were clean!!!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this KOA. We’ve stayed in over 15 KOA’s this summer, and this is one of the nicer ones. Great friendly staff, clean & well maintained. We loved site 46…great back in site between 2 cabins.

Wow! Thank you so much for your comments! We love site 46 also - somewhat private between the cabins. Also great if you have friends or family that don't have a camper! as the cabin deck faces the RV site!

I sordid that we were offered a shady tent site. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well as concerned for our welfare when severe weather blew in. Pool was clean and a wonderful temperature. All areas of the campground were functioning and in good repair. Loved the cafe! Thanks for a great stay. Will definitely visit again as I have friends in the area.

Easy in and out, nice pull thru sites, gravel is plentiful in the sites, and the lawn in between is very nice and full and green!! Some of the sites are slightly narrow, but nothing else negative about this koa. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Small quaint campground- Sites are very close- you don’t have much space for your site- Staff was very friendly- not much to do but still was a cute campground to stay at. Would upgrade to the higher priced space as you get a little more room.

We stayed 10 days in mid July 2022. The owners, Kevin and Karen, were wonderful and very helpful.. Clean bathrooms, very nice pool and delicious pizza and scoopedice cream plus a well stocked store. Even our friends who would come by to sit and visit were impressed with the park. This is the p ace to stay. 10 thumbs up. Be sure to visit the Armstrong Air and Space Museum while you are in Wapak.

Very little space between camp sites. Tight turns (pickup with travel trailer). Wi-Fi on the property but didn’t work at my location.

Sorry that your stay could not be reviewed at the same level as most of our guest's. Rigs as large as 45' towing are able to navigate the curves because they follow the exit instructions. Wifi is very good at this campground and with your site being central - you should have called to get help.

Campground was super clean & friendly - everything was great, except the loud expressway. That’s the ONLY drawback. It was so loud I kept waking up.

Nice RV Park with good bathrooms, and several nice amenities (pool, play area, dog park, laundry, etc.). Friendly staff. Only problem is the sites are too close together. (RV next to me couldn't extend awning because it would extend to our trailer.) Good access to Wapakoneta and I75.

Love Wapakoneta KOA! The staff is always friendly, bathrooms/showers kept clean and the pool is always nice and something our kids look forward to! We visit at least twice a year, if your wanting more space I recommend a back-in site. We always enjoy the deluxe sites, very nice!

We stayed in the Deluxe Cabin for 4 nights, it was comfortable. The camp is clean and safe and even though it was near the end of the season there was a lot for us to do both at the camp and in the surrounding area. Such as - The Neil Armstrong Museum, Heritage Park (river walk, and our 6 month old Bernedoodle enjoyed a nice romp at the dog, the historical downtown) there are several parks around town with playgrounds as well. The campground also has a dog park both for big and small dogs. A playground and arcade for the big and little kids. ha ha We enjoyed our little get-away to the KOA at Wapakoneta. It was nice, relaxing and a fun way to spend our 34th wedding anniversary with just the 2 of us and our puppy. :) Kevin and Karen were so accommodating and helpful! Karen even mailed an item we left behind. Thank You! * sharing a picture of Bernie our puppy because this was "Bernie's Road Trip" and because he so adorable :)
