Very friendly and helpful staff. The park was clean with nice tall hedges for privacy. Great views, and a nice nature trail to the beach.

Last year there was more green grass. I know that they watered between rv's. A little fertilizer would go a long ways and put that water to work to help it be green grass. Staff super nice. I so appreciate the staff driving around with wood to sell, that is so kind. Thank you �

the staff was GREAT and always going beyond. only one issue - the dogs.... constant barking and many were not on leashes. We will be back. Thank you for a great time.

Great location on the Oregon Coast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the beach, riding bikes, and visiting Gary. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again in the future. Thank you!

The stay was fine!!! However, don't necessarily agree with the park rules......"No Visitors" unless $7.00 per person and vehicle. I realize the park is small but there is area for guest parking before entering the park. Grandson & granddaughter 1 mile away, two babies under 4, it would be nice to be able to have them over to our site for hamburgers or something.. $28.00 plus space fee to much!!

Correct-We do not allow visitors, you must be a registered camper to be on the property. Our first priority is our guests that are paying to be here. There are many places in our area to meet family and friends if you do not want to register them as campers. Thank you for the comment.

Trash was constantly full to overflowing, water is brown and tastes like a swimming pool, staff smokes constantly and close to buildings, no outlets in bathrooms, bathrooms are old, decomposing and look dirty even when clean.

Not sure where you were getting the brown water, but we are on city water and it is clean. We love or vintage bathrooms. Our staff works really hard keeping them clean. The trash is our job. Lots of trash flows through here. We have systems to manage it. Sorry we didn't work out for you.

Very well run campground. Staff was very helpful. However for trailer campers, there are too many sites and they're too narrow and too Short. Many people had to park their vehicles sideways and encroach on the roadways. Nice facilities great trees and vegetation and views.

Our stay was great! The staff is very friendly and great. The view of the bay were awesome. The only thing I would say it was lacking would be more activities for kids. Bike rentals, game room or toys for guests. A pool or jacuzzi would have been awesome.

We love it at this KOA! It is one of our favorites! We stayed in our RV and our extended family stayed in one of the cabins. It was a great place to enjoy time together! I appreciate that they don't allow visitors only paying customers, because it feels safer that way. The view of Alsea Bay and Bridge is beautiful. Thank you for honoring our campsite request as well. Hope to be back next year!

The only downfall is that my husband got called into work and had to leave a day early. I went to the front desk to see if there was a cabin available that me and my two kids could stay in. They had said there was. I was hoping to get credit for the RV site and pay the difference for the cabin. I was told no I would loose the rv site and have to pay full fees for the cabin. Poor customer service

The whole experience was great from the time we showed up to check, the store is stocked great and everyone was very knowledgeable about what stuff I needed as this was our first time staying in a park.

Showers were hot and bathroom was clean. WiFi was strong. Our space was quite small, basically a small pad of gravel surrounded by dead grass. We were only there for one night. It served its purpose.

It was lovely in spot 30 on the water. People were Friendly the park was clean and the bathrooms were very nice too. We will be back again!

Pros Well taken care of Access to Highway 101 Great WiFi Cons 50 amp sites are not pull thru, terrible views unless you like looking at scrubs or the back of the trailer next to you, plus you get their noise and smoke A lot of kids running around the campground ,some unsupervised, an accident waiting to happen ! THIS IS A BIG ONE .. DO NOT HAVE MAIL SENT TO THIS CAMPGOUND ... YOU WONT GE

We do have 50 amp pull throughs. We also have 50 amp back-in's. The choice is yours. Our sites are side by side and some are back to back. If this is not for you then you may not like our park. If you are looking for clean, friendly, great wi-fi, great location, and a staff that cares, we are here!

We were booked at site 18 which smelled like sewage. We were able to move to another site but is was inconvenient to say the least. Also the garbage can wasn't big enough and was overflowing by Sunday. The staff was helpful and the bathrooms were cleaned and stocked regularly, a plus.

I don't often give 5 star reviews as a wise business man once told me "There's always room for improvement" as i rated his laundromat. This park is a premium facility located on the north side of Alsea Bay with spectacular views of the bay bridge, the bay and City of Waldport. The spaces and grounds are immaculate as are the bathrooms and facilities. I would advise people and people with pets to prepare for fleas and ticks. This is no fault on any particular facility or business. There's fleas and ticks at many areas along our coast. My friend and I had a very fine time during our stay. I very highly recommend this KOA Campground in Waldport Oregon.
