Very easy to find, close to the highway but not too noisy. The host was very nice and helpful even though they were closed she booked us a site no problem.

Like the park but RV sites need gravel bad nothing but a lake. stayed there twice same outcome like camping in a lake bed

Had a lovely view site till a huge 40 ft Motor Coach pulled in next to us, all the way forward, and blocked our view! The shower rooms need work, they are a little too basic, old and tired for my liking. It certainly is time for an update. I did like the dog walk area, so much better than a grass less fenced area. The nature walk down to the beach was fun.

We stayed for 33 days. Great customer service. Sites are close but bushes separate both sides from neighbors. Beautiful location with bay view. Easy walk across bridge into Waldport and down path to bay beach with cranes and many bay seals. Adequate showers and laundry. Safe and clean. Overall truly lovely stay.

We love this KOA. It's nice, clean, the sites are level and the owners are awesome. We've been staying here for over 10 years.

Good location but the sites are super narrow. With both slides out you can barely walk through your site. You can here every noise from your neighbors with so little distance between. Bathrooms and showers are dated and sub par. I would prefer a paved asphalt site over their black gravel.

Lovely site backing onto the Bay. It was great to be able to walk down to the beach, see a few seals in the water. Property is exceptionally well cared for, washrooms clean and tidy. Would recommend.

We've stayed at this campground every year for the past 3 or 4 years. It is always clean! They are always friendly! We will always come back!

We stayed for 5 days and it was wonderful. The campground staff was very friendly, the sites were always clean. The laundry and restrooms were always clean. We will be going back to this KOA in the future and will recommend to family and friends.

Never got a receipt emailed with explanation of extra charges we had a puppy that was sick and had diarrhea we cleaned as best as we could. Did have the best showers we have had at any KOA however the man in space next to us threatened my husband because we checked in late and had to have our generator on for a few minutes until we got set up threatens to fight him

The Waldport/Newport KOA is one of the cleanest and best maintained KOA we've encountered. Great views, convenient location, and friendly staff.

Everyone I spoke to was very approachable, helpful and friendly. The location provides access to the bay shore and beach for a nice walk. My dog loved it there too! The sites and facilities were clean and well kept. The staff works diligently to keep it that way.

This is a smaller, very well maintained resort in a great location on Alsea Bay, convenient to Yachats, Waldport and Newport. The bathrooms were spotless. The staff was super friendly. The sites aren't huge, but they are separated by hedges in most places so you still feel like you have some privacy, and they do have pull throughs for you big rigs. I really enjoyed my stay here and will be back!

The camp site was too sandy/muddy, it could use some gravel to help keep sand out of the RV. other than that everything else was good.

Very impressed by how clean and mantained this campgroud is! We stayed a week and noticed after every camper left the picnic table was sanitized and the entire area was swept with a rake. Bathrooms were cleaned daily. Our family would recommend this to friends and family!

Very nice, clean resort. Our spot was amazing with the bay view. Quiet campground, great laundry facilities. Very happy with the stay. We were able to park right next to the friends we were traveling with. Will stay there again in the future!

I don't often give 5 star reviews as a wise business man once told me "There's always room for improvement" as i rated his laundromat. This park is a premium facility located on the north side of Alsea Bay with spectacular views of the bay bridge, the bay and City of Waldport. The spaces and grounds are immaculate as are the bathrooms and facilities. I would advise people and people with pets to prepare for fleas and ticks. This is no fault on any particular facility or business. There's fleas and ticks at many areas along our coast. My friend and I had a very fine time during our stay. I very highly recommend this KOA Campground in Waldport Oregon.
