Had a great stay. Very nice camping spaces with beautiful shrubbery between spots. Restrooms always clean. Will come back to stay our next trip to the coast.

I was lucky to get a view spot. Interior spots were cramped. Was hoping to see the ocean from my spot. I had a view of the bridge and water coming in from the ocean.

The kabins are great. It's heated, has a mini fridge, and TV with VCR. The store has VHS and bundles of wood. The store is great for everything you forgot. You can always see seals walking over the bridge to Waldport. The staff was great and even mailed me my earrings that I left in the Kabin! Thanks so much!

Too many rules! First off our campsite had no privacy- our trailer backed up to the trailer behind us with NO privacy. Secondly we were told we couldn’t have any family or visitors come into the camp site. I also didn’t like the fact that only 2 people were allowed in the camp site with an additional fee for each additional person. No tents? Really. I won’t ever book with this KOA again.

Really nice bathrooms and showers. Very clean bathrooms. We were in site 56 which is not private at all. Many other walked through site and the dead grass and moss was a mess to keep out of camper. Look at map for better site choice for privacy. Most other sites were gravel.

All was pretty good. Bathrooms could use an update and places to hang clothes in showers. The sewer connection on our site was a long stretch and uphill, which made it difficult to drain. Still love the area though. I enjoy the quiet nights.

To start off the staff are always friendly and helpful. The campground is well maintained. It is a great location with a wonderful view. My wife and I have stayed there 6 times and are always happy. We will be back next year.

Thank you, this makes us happy. the they don't make the dryers like these any more. They may not be pretty but they work great. Believe it or not, 3 of our washers are new. Those poor machines take a beating!

All great. So tidy and well cared for. Friendly staff, lovely kitty in the office. Location is stellar. I was a little put off with the very pointed statement on the website about NO VISITORS. It brought back uncomfortable memories of Covid restrictions. I understand the parking limitations; however, it could be worded more nicely…and there IS parking at the wayside. ���‍���

Our staff works really hard to make sure everything is cleaned and maintained. Gary, the kitty works hard greeting everyone. We did make the No Visitor statement on the web-site bold, so people will see it instead of missing it. That's all, sorry it was offensive to you. Thank you for the comments!

The check in person was awesome she was helpful and quite pleasant. The Rv spot had some great views of the bay and I look forward to my next visit.

I love this KOA. I have been twice now. Love Waldport. Staff is great. Love the privacy hedges. Love you can walk to the beach. One of my favorites. I also love fog and the smell of the ocean.

Nice park. Like the hedges. On vacation and wanted some quiet. Disappointed. Hedge trimming and blowing down roadways on the weekend not my idea of quiet. Restroom/showers need attention. Some kind of elevated mat or something so when you get out of the shower you don't have to put your feet on the dirty floor. Nice and friendly staff. Love the idea of the separate restroom/showers. Nice store.

Very nice place and we had a beautiful bay view site. Bathrooms are clean - the only negative was bathroom 6 has a door that sticks - I got stuck in there for several minutes because the door is hard to open.

I first stayed in this KOA at Waldport more than 20 years ago and still look forward to staying there. Our beautiful view site overlooking the bay was very small but adequate. We appreciate the views, well maintained campground, full hookups and numerous conveniences that are available, but limit our stays due to the cost of staying there.

KOA staff was great (friendly / helpful) Stayed for 7 nights. Very clean and well maintained. Clean bathrooms/showers. Quiet. Close to conveniences (restaurants/stores). Nice green hedges between sites for privacy. Nature path and beach was a nice treat. Road through RV park was a little tight/congested so just take your time. Very much enjoyed our stay and would return.

Checkin was a breeze. The campground is very clean. Everyone on staff is very courteous and kind. We will definitely be going back. They also offer a breakfast on the weekend.

Stayed in a nice cabin. It was located right next to entrance and highway so there was a lot of road noise. Restroom/shower accommodations were nicer than other koa’s. Lots of rvs. Only extra wa Steve kids playground. Conveniently located to towns and bay but not my favorite KOA

We are off Highway 101, so at times there is road noise, does quiet down at night. Sorry this was an annoyance. I am not sure what Steve kids playground is-but we do have a playground for all kids. Hope you enjoyed the beautiful view.

Really loved our stay. Had another couple with us, back to back was great. Every thing was nice and clean, very friendly staff.

All the workers were outstanding, some of the sites (ours included) could be more protected with hedges, tress, whatever and the cost seemed a bit high but overall a nice park

They had alot of accomodations for kids and our kids had a blast. Also, the bathrooms were really clean and well-lit, I felt fine walking to them in the middle of the night with no flashlight. Would definitely stay again

Too many rules. No fires after 10. No visitors. No smoking. It's alright if you just want somewhere to sleep.

We are a "public place", so it is illegal to smoke Marijuana on our property. We do have a "No Visitors Policy". Everyone on the campground must be a registered guest. Yes, we do have rules. As you stated at check in they are pretty standard and just common sense. Sorry we did not work out for you.

I don't often give 5 star reviews as a wise business man once told me "There's always room for improvement" as i rated his laundromat. This park is a premium facility located on the north side of Alsea Bay with spectacular views of the bay bridge, the bay and City of Waldport. The spaces and grounds are immaculate as are the bathrooms and facilities. I would advise people and people with pets to prepare for fleas and ticks. This is no fault on any particular facility or business. There's fleas and ticks at many areas along our coast. My friend and I had a very fine time during our stay. I very highly recommend this KOA Campground in Waldport Oregon.
