We reserved the same spot we had last year, for a very good reason. Upon arrival, we were informed we had been moved to a different spot, which we did not like. Also, there were 6 of us, all in our 60's to 80's and a relative, also in her 60's was staying at a nearby motel. We were in town for a local music event, and were told, rather rudely, that the relative was not allowed to come visit us.

We had you all grouped together in the view spots, side by side. The same spots you had last year. We do enforce the no guest policy. regardless of the age of the person. If you informed us at check-in, that you want to add an extra person we can take care of it right then.

Beautiful location, it never disappoints with those views and location to shore walks. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had four wonderful days at the Waldport KOA in late October, sunny and warm days in between rain storms. Waldport KOA is immaculate and well cared for. We used the laundry facility, and even though the machines are older, they are well maintained. No foul washer odor at all! There is a small trail from the KOA grounds to the beach. Wear sturdy shoes, be careful, and you will find a trail.

It sucked, will never stay at this kOA again. when we called and set up the reservation it was for 6 months but they did not put that down so we can only stay one month

With all do respect, that is fine with us, because you would not be welcome back to our KOA. What you all did to our bathrooms was beyond anything we've seen and not something we or our guests should be burdened with.

check in was easy, we were able to upgrade our reservation to a larger cabin, beautiful setting next to the bridge to Waldport and overlooking the bay

Heater didn’t work well in room didn’t come on when returning in evening after turning off and a few times started working occasionally fridge missing rod on door for beverage holder needed defrosting build up of ice on freezer kept door from closing on freezer service was good room needs more cleaning on floors dusting standard maintenance heater and fridge

Except for the weather it was awesome as usual. Sadly our last trip for the year. We will be back next spring as usual.

Got a pull through which was nice. Had a little view which was nice. Kids riding their toys up and down the street at night was a little annoying. Overall, the park is well kept. We will be back.

the stay wasn't bad however the spots we had were over grown bushes making it a tight fit to get slides out all the way on the trailer. with slides on both sides it would have taken up from hedge to hedge. hedges were close to fire pits. i would not advise using a pull through spot if you have a large rv with slides on both sides. It was clean and nice otherwise.

Great location and view. We have a fairly large coach and our site was extremely narrow so be careful of what site you choose. The place was very clean.

Great location and clean, private campsites. We've stayed several times over the years and always enjoyed it. Only comment: it is time to upgrade the bathroom/shower facilities. They are clean but are aged and look it.

Our spot had a beautiful view of the bay and bridge. The grounds were well groomed and the bathrooms were spotless. The office staff were wonderful. We'll definitely return here!

Great little campground! The grounds were clean, facilities well maintained and boats were friendly and helpful. The only down side was the very bright street light situated in the middle of the grounds. I assume it’s for safety, but didn’t really feel the need for it. We have blackout curtains on our windows but had we not, it would have been really intrusive. Otherwise perfect stay!

What crazy issues we had!! Camping in October, don’t turn on the heaters, otherwise you’ll make not 1 but 2 trips to the office to get them to figure out the smoke detectors!! They asked us to turn off the heater and use an oscillating heater. Maybe next time turn the heater on before your guest come.

Stayed in a deluxe cabin. Lovely deck looking out on the water. Even though right off HwY 101 and the Waldport Bridge was very quiet at night. We stayed 2 nights and spent our rest day walking the beach and exploring the shops in Newport.

A beautiful small KOA overlooking the water. I would definitely recommend this location. They have mature hedges separating the sites which is nice for privacy.

Spots were easy to get to and plenty there. I reported a leak in a water outlet (just needed a washer) but the 2 days i was there no one even looked at it.

Clean park, level sites, awesome views. Only thing that would be nicer would be a fenced in dog park.

It’s a beautiful park… grounds are well maintained. The problem is the bathrooms! They are old, dirty and not good at all. If these were updated and clean, I would rate this park a 10! You have been given a gift of feedback. My hope is that you take it seriously. This is beautiful spot on the Oregon coast!

Glad you enjoyed your 1 night with us. We love our vintage bathrooms. We do need to redo our floors, that's on the to do list. We want the bathrooms to reflect the fact that you are camping. We keep them rustic. We clean them through out the day, from open to close. Appreciate the feedback.

The location was close to the beach, and our site was private, we loved it! The Waldport KOA was super clean, very well maintained. The staff were helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there the next time we're in Oregon!!

I loved my site, the view and the immaculate way they keep their RV park. The staff are very friendly, and helpful and I enjoyed getting to know them. The store has wonderful clothing and items you might need during your stay. It’s the perfect place to go and meet up with family because there are several cabin accommodations that would suit many size groups. I will definitely be back!

Had No Ice for entire campground for days didn’t have when we left either Bit all the local stores did

We lost our ice supplier mid-summer. Unfortunately we have not been able to secure a new supplier. Sorry for the inconvenience. I know ice can be important.

I don't often give 5 star reviews as a wise business man once told me "There's always room for improvement" as i rated his laundromat. This park is a premium facility located on the north side of Alsea Bay with spectacular views of the bay bridge, the bay and City of Waldport. The spaces and grounds are immaculate as are the bathrooms and facilities. I would advise people and people with pets to prepare for fleas and ticks. This is no fault on any particular facility or business. There's fleas and ticks at many areas along our coast. My friend and I had a very fine time during our stay. I very highly recommend this KOA Campground in Waldport Oregon.
