The best RV park we stayed in since we started on 6-1-22. I mainly judge it by accommodation, internet and cable TV of which this park had everything working well. Also we felt safe there. Some parks we didn't feel safe walking around the park. Things to do were convenient and this is the 2nd time we've stayed there. Great park.

Clean cabin and clean bathrooms however our cabin didn’t have water, they alternate between cabins and even though there were other empty cabins we were not given the option to switch . Not much privacy between cabins either.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The campground was well maintained and clean. You can walk down to the river or drive a few minutes to the ocean which was great. Wifi was reliable.

We love the Oregon coast, and this KOA has been a favorite of ours for a long time. There are a lot of things to do and see in the area. The KOA staff is always friendly and helpful. We highly recommend it.

Love this KOA. Staff is always nice, clean campground,and great views. Nice trail down to the bay. Great place to stay.

We stay here 1 to 2 times per year due to its location to my relative. This KOA is always very clean and reliable. However, every time we go we are disappointed in how non-friendly the staff are. The no visitor rule makes it very challenging when you have family in this remote area that you are trying to visit. Last year, the cabin water heater broke, this year, the microwave was already broke.

Our bed had a strange dip in it and was terrible. Also the lack of things to do was not the KOAS we are use too. Lots of camping sites but lacking a pool and decent playground.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Beautiful views of Bay and Bridge. We are KOA veterans and this is now our favorite.

The location is gorgeous and the staff was friendly. Beware if you have a large motorhome. The spots are extremely tight, as is the whole park. A park worker Nick was kind enough to help us store our dolly in overflow and navigate the maze to our back-in spot. Unfortunately, the way out was even tighter and a bank of hedges scraped a lot of one side of our coach! That will be a pricey repair!

Very noisy site and uncomfortable cabin mattresses. 10 pm campfire curfew is ridiculous. Unfriendly office staff. Overpriced rates for a cabin .

The Grand Crowne Resort very nice well kept as well as the campsites the bathrooms were always nice and clean would have been a five if there had been an inside rec room or a spool the playground gets hot during the day it will go there again

I was surprised there we no electrical outlets in the shower/restroom area. How do you dry your hair? Never seen an rv park without them.

The campground is very crowded. There is very little privacy, and the noise from neighbors situated a few feet away became unbearable. Since everyone is so crowded together, when our neighbor used their fire pit one night, our entire cabin was filled with smoke. We couldn't have our windows open the whole night, and since there is no air conditioning, the heat and stuffiness was miserable!

It was very nice,could have better areas for the longer trailers it was rather difficult backing our 28ft into the space with a hillside and shrub fence but other wise we enjoyed our stay and it was convient for getting to places we visit the restrooms for showering could have matts on the floor for the showers and places to hang clothes when showering otherwise you all were great thanks.

We were able to get one of the few spaces that looked out on the bay. It was a great view. There are bushes that separate the spaces for privacy which is nice. There are several pet trash stations which is very nice. There is only 1 trash dumpster so naturally on Sunday it was overflowing. Some sites are directly back to back with no privacy.

I had a fabulous, relaxing stay. The grounds are matisticly maintained, bathrooms & shower bathrooms were always clean. Close to the beach. Waldport is a nice place to be. Very friendly & helpful staff. Best KOA I've ever stayed.

The staff at this KOA are very nice people and are doing a good job. But the reason for my lower rating is the lack of bathroom accommodations for disabled people. All of toilets are too low. The support bars are located in unusable places. The #2 bathroom/shower supposedly meats ADA requirements. It does not. I will make sure I do better research before I book another KOA.

The people operating the park were very rude. They wouldn't let my mother in-law come visit us for a few hour. They said there was no room in the park for visitors. Let's get real one old lady for 2 hours. But they would let people's dog bark for hour and not say a word. I guess that's OK though. The sites were very uneven. Was not a enjoyable stay. I don't recommend this place.

Not allowed to play any music at your camp site, even quietly. Not allowed to have a campfire or sit outside talking after 10pm. Facilities were clean enough but some of the locks on bathroom doors didn't work. RV and cabin campsites are good sized, nice and roomy.

I don't often give 5 star reviews as a wise business man once told me "There's always room for improvement" as i rated his laundromat. This park is a premium facility located on the north side of Alsea Bay with spectacular views of the bay bridge, the bay and City of Waldport. The spaces and grounds are immaculate as are the bathrooms and facilities. I would advise people and people with pets to prepare for fleas and ticks. This is no fault on any particular facility or business. There's fleas and ticks at many areas along our coast. My friend and I had a very fine time during our stay. I very highly recommend this KOA Campground in Waldport Oregon.
