Looked one step above sketchy. Seemed like they had people living there, and the trailers are no longer road worthy. While it did have a pool it closed at 8pm! If you are just needing to stay for the night….. maybe. If you are looking to stay here to visit the Sequoia’s, nope!

Wi-Fi did not work. Excuse was that they were full. After several people left, still did not work. Laundry room required a deposit and a special card. Seems like they were hoping you would forget the card so they could keep the deposit.

Great campsites, plenty of room between RV's. The placement of the hookups was well placed and not next to the table of the adjoining campsite. It was close to everything we wanted to see and very quiet at night. We will stay here again!

very easy check in. Very helpful with a late check out. We can think of 2 things to improve. The WiFi, we were "too far" from the office to get a signal. The other is the cable. we could only get 1 channel and it was snowy. FYI - we stay at this KOA at least once a year.

Very disappointed in this campground! Worse KOA ever! Landscape, open garbage=flies, dogs barking all night, stray cats, shady full timers, charged my card before arriving, closes at 6:00pm, weeds, foxtails, guy drives through the park day and night in the cart doing nothing, residential neighborhood, unkept grounds, NO INTERNET ever!! Staying at a KOA used to mean something good!

There was occasionally a strong foul smell depending on the wind direction. Our site had a intermittent low voltage problem which damaged our A/C. It was 99 to 107 volts until 7PM according to our EMS. They checked our last day and it was normal. Our EMS showed the voltage was normal at that time. This was our first stop and we had to cancel the rest of our 20 day trip due to our A/C not working.

Accueil très chaleureux, les employés sont aimables et souriants. Propreté impeccable, nous avions de la place sur le terrain. Les voisins sont décalés par rapport aux autres. Je le recommande c'est super un KOA, merci.

Nice small park. Our pull thru was a level gravel site. Easy to get in. Heather checked us in and was so nice and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

Much deteriorated since our stay here a year ago. The grass at our site was several inches high so we had to call to have staff mow the grass. Several of the exterior lights were not working. Cable tv had a lot of static and was inconsistent. The office building is not appealing and needs to be freshened up. Their paperwork said they are a 2022 President Award park but they are nowhere near that.

KOA Visalia is truly Visalia with nothing remotely to do or location wise close to Sequoia National Park. It's nothing more than an overnight stopping place if traveling to Sequoia or Kings Canyon or heading up or down Highway 99. A noisy neighborhood surrounds the RV park with all night barking dogs, and morning roosters. Partys and loud music in the same neighborhood too.

Friendly helpful staff and easy check-in. This campground has a lot of full-timers, and they kept the laundry busy. We had to go to a laundrymat.

They assigned me to a site that smelled of oil/ fuel. Spoke to front office with no offer to relocate sites. Extremely poor costumer service. Loads of junk rv’s. Will never come back or recommend this place to fellow RV folks

Great park. WIFI is nonexistent but it's more of an issue with the carrier instead of the park. Staff are very helpful.

Clean, friendly park with a pool, dog park, laundry! Spaces were adequate in size and easy to maneuver in and out of. The staff was friendly, helpful, and willing to assist, if needed. This is the nicest KOA we ever stayed in and would return!

Wonderful staff, low bandwidth WiFi, no cable Tv, gravel pads that were level, pull through site short in length for 40’ class A had to disconnect tow vehicle.

Great location - easy off the freeway. All the sites have a lot of grass which was nice as we just came from an Arizona trip where there wasn't any grass!. Nice pull thru sites and the dog run was big and it also had grass. Well maintained. There is a train that was nearby and two trains went through but other than that it was very quiet.
