Nice park, nice small pool, and friendly staff. I just can't give a positive rating to a Campground that has shared bathrooms/showers! One room with 2 sinks, 2 stalls, and 2 showers shared by men AND women. The doors didn't even go all the way to the floor - sorry but NOT acceptable. Didn't see why since there were 2 of these communal building, why they couldn't have been designated by gender.

The kids and Grandkids enjoyed the pool, the only down fall on this park is the grass or should I say almost grass had burrs in it and was not comfortable for the dogs. If you stepped on them it hurt. Our picnic table needed some repairs as well. We visited Sequoia National Park. A bit of a drive there but worked out for us.

the sites had ample space, the pool was nice. The other amenities that were noted would have been nice if they were in working order. The rec room seemed out of order. Also it doesn't seem that the grassy areas had been mowed in a while. The check in was smooth and easy. We appreciated the early checkout as we had to cut our trip a day short.

Short stay overnight but found the park to be easily accessible, clean, with level pull-through spaces. Office help very cordial with reserving and checking in prior to arrival.

3 1/2 stars. Staff was very friendly. Office bathrooms were clean but could be updated. The other “bath house” showers were moldy. Easy access from highway. We heard neighborhood noises at night. Best for RVs and trailers. Not tents.

Heather was extremely helpful, from helping with the laundry to suggesting a great burger place near by. She made our stay awesome! Amenities were clean and so was the park!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Facilities all good.

Very clean, nice dog area and friendly staff.

Dirty, dusty, no shade, and no wifi. Should have cable tv.

Nice staff. Good facilities.

This was "okay" for a stop over, but I wouldn't recommend for a long stay. It could use some TLC. The grass had burrs and foxtails that was not good for our dog. The personnel were nice.

Nice park close to attractions

Gravel lots and roads led to a very dusty and dry stay. Park was unkept throughout. "Dog park" was a small dirt lot. Very disappointed. Should not be a "KOA". Anyone from KOA mgmt listening??

We have stayed at this koa 4 times in the last year. Always been greeted warmly. Accommodated our needs. Staff are great. Don’t know why there bad reviews. Haven’t had any issues.

The site itself was acceptable however the services left a lot to be desired. The wi-fi was not working unless you sat in the main office and even then it was slow and dropped in and out. Also the cable tv at the sites was not working. Finally when the office was asked about it they did not seem concerned that neither the wi-fi or cable tv were working.

Upon arrival on Sunday afternoon the office was closed and it was set up as night registration however are information was available. Game room was closed. We also had trouble with the cable being all with a grainy picture on the TV. We did not report this to the staff. The staff when we did see them was very friendly and helpful. If going to Sequoia National Park the Fresno entrance is better.

Lovely hosts and a nice park. Trees great as it was mega hot whilst we were there.

Stayed 3 weeks. Not bad. Close to the national parks and the staff is friendly. The grounds could use some maintenance (large holes in the lawn, potholes around campground, and roaches come out at night in the grass). I would stay again, but am concerned about the roaches, to be honest. Had good connectivity (we have Verizon and AT&T). Campground wifi is tough to connect to so it's negligible.

Having stayed at many KOA’s on the west (and loving all those experiences, this KOA is not worth the nightly rate.

Noisy and too far from Kings canon.

This KOA is fine if you’re spending your time at the national parks (which are at least an hour away!). If not it’s nothing special. Maintenance is needed in the playground as well as the fire pits at the sites, could use water on the grass not just the residents spots. Also, the cat thing is an issue, poop smell everywhere. The pool looks good although we didn’t use it. Staff was nice.

Great stop over on cross country trip.

Still need to work on the WiFi on the park.
Jun 05, 2022
It was a nice quiet place. The grassy areas had stickery tiny burrs that we dragged in to the coach at times no matter how careful we were.

Dusty, could use some additional gravel in the driveways to keep the dust down. The wifi was broken. The sewer dump connection at our site, which was in a small concrete pad, was really bad out of level and needs to be fixed. Otherwise the place was fine, our site had nice shade trees on each side. Would stay there again.

The grounds were not well kept with dead grass at every camp site. The game room was hot and had a broken air hockey table and pool table. The neighborhood was not nice and it was odd to stay at an RV park in a residential neighborhood out front and a warehouse in the rear. Additionally, it is misleading to have Sequoia in the name of this campground as it is over an hour away from the park.

We used our map app to get directions, otherwise I think we would have had trouble finding it since we were not at all familiar with area. Easy access to Sequoia National Park.

The most friendly and helpful staff. They all were polite and helpful. Campground was nicely kept considering the central valley is in a severe drought. Store was nicely stocked and bathrooms were kept clean.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, but the park is extreme minimal. Stickers in the non existent grass get tracked into trailers. Tenters smoked all night and music from surrounding neighborhood was played late into night (nothing park could help).

Enjoyable stay

The KOA lady's were great in providing our group to be close to each other. But the grounds needed cutting and there was no cable service. If we travel down that way again, we would still make reservations there.

Nice, well maintained park. Easy to get to from either direction off HWY 99. Good place to stop for just one night or an extended stay. Will be back again!

Looked one step above sketchy. Seemed like they had people living there, and the trailers are no longer road worthy. While it did have a pool it closed at 8pm! If you are just needing to stay for the night….. maybe. If you are looking to stay here to visit the Sequoia’s, nope!
May 27, 2022
Its just really a bummer when it says "sequoia" and the park is actually over an hour away

Wi-Fi did not work. Excuse was that they were full. After several people left, still did not work. Laundry room required a deposit and a special card. Seems like they were hoping you would forget the card so they could keep the deposit.

Not one of the best KOA; not one of the worst. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great location - easy off the freeway. All the sites have a lot of grass which was nice as we just came from an Arizona trip where there wasn't any grass!. Nice pull thru sites and the dog run was big and it also had grass. Well maintained. There is a train that was nearby and two trains went through but other than that it was very quiet.

Site was a little short for our 44 ft 5th wheel and truck. Luckily, the site beside us was empty so we parked there. Just a 45 minute drive to the AMAZING Kings Canyon & Sequoia National parks.
