I really love staying at the VB KOA Holiday. The staff is truly one of a kind. They always treat my family as family. Mr. Andrew, Mrs. Kim, Ms. Michelle, Ms. Lisa, Mr. Spencer, Mr. Matt, and Mr. Isiah have treated my whole family above and beyond. I love all the activities provided. The Wedgie, free ice cream, and the arts and crafts.

Unfortunately it was a very hot week with no pool to use but with that being said the site was clean and nice as well as the campground. What was disturbing were the teenagers who were running around at night banging on trailer doors. Apparently their parents didn’t care where they were or what they were doing! Also we had a lot of people/campers cut thru our site-need to know proper rules

We go every year the last week in July. Last year we even went in September for the air show and bought family with us. We absolutely love this KOA. The only problem was the last two nights we were there, our neighbors were quite loud with slamming doors and they even moved their fire ring which is a nono. They were in site 202.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! This is the first KOA we've ever stayed at. We WILL be back to Va Beach KOA. Keith and John are beyond amazing. We felt like family while we were there. This is the best camping experience we've ever had.

Nicest KOA we have stayed at. Spacious, clean, Roomy RV Spaces and even had Sat night live band. Pool was out but thats ok.

Most of the staff was great but during our last day a woman called me while we were at the beach and didn't even know my name and tent site number then was extremely rude and talked to me like I was stupid about a blow up pool we had. No shade trees at all we thought our area was shaded. That should be told to the customers prior to their stay. I was really disappointed Regarding the staff member.

This time was considerably better than our prior trip this month. Only issue again was the wifi not working. I think the koa needs to update there wifi since it's listed as a part of the site description. It does give people false hope.

While I was only passing through, coming home from a vacation from the Outer Banks. The stay was perfect! Entertainment was great. I will definitely be back at this location again. Hands down one of the nicest KOA's I've stayed at. I always camp in a tent and appreciate when there are a lot of nice more rustic tent sites.

We were very disappointed that there was no pool and very little work being done during our week stay we had a great time! There are a few things we do recommend though! 1. There should be some sort of music at the game grounds at all times not just on Saturdays 2. There should also be more for kids (ie: worm train, more activities) we will be back to utilize the pool and we always enjoy our stay!

Very well maintained grounds and facilities. One thing to watch for is speed for vehicules and staff carts. Overall, speed was to high for everyone using the main street of the campground while kids were playing nearby.

Attacked/harassed by two unleashed dogs belonging to a full time resident of park. Local management was aware of situation and allowed it.

BEST KOA out there was the cleanest park we’ve stayed at and friendliest staff too!! Was perfect location to the beach. Shuttle service was spot on definitely would love to return when we come back from west coast!! Thank you

I rate camp sites by their bathrooms and your bathrooms are dirty and too small. Everything else is above average, but I probably won’t go back for the unsanitary conditions of bathrooms.

There was no respect of quiet hours 11 pm- 7am from other campers. We did not realize the campground was near a fire station so at least 2 times a night we would be awake by the sirens. And the pool under construction at such a busy time of year, not the best decision from administration. One thing positive the facilities and campground were kept clean.

Premium site was nice. All the hook ups were great. The workers in the office, the workers on the runabout carts are friendly and courteous. Always around if you need assistance of any kind. Thank You

WE LOVE THIS KOA. THE STAFF IS SO FRIENDLY AND VERY QUICK TO RESPOND TO ANY NEEDS THAT YOU HAVE. THE SITES ARE VERY ROOMY. WE GO EVERY YEAR IF POSSIBLE. THE SHUTTLE TO THE AQUARIUM & THE BEACH IS THE BEST THING EVER. WE RECOMMEND THIS KOA TO ANYONE.

99% of the employees were friendly and accommodating however, there were a few who were not as polite or accommodating. We were expecting a newly finished pool but at the last minute we’re told due to construction delays there would be no pool. No future discount or accommodation was ever offered. Also stayed in a cabin (4 adults) but a 2nd key was refused causing scheduling difficulties.

The BEST KOA we’ve stayed at! Super friendly staff, lots of activities, food trucks were awesome. Very clean and landscaping is beautiful. This KOA is in a great location, central to anything or everything you might want to do in VA Beach- beach, restaurants, grocery, zip-lining, kids activities etc. The trolley to the beach was so easy and much appreciated! Thanks for a fantastic week!

The stay began with the excellent customer service from Virginia, I called twice to make changes and she was cheerful and outgoing on the phone. Mathew was our campsite escort helping us get parked. Kym and Sharon helped with wave passes. Michell helped out with WiFi Andrew made an extension of one night reality. I think I have everyone, however your entire staff is friendly and helpful.

A wonderful place to stay. The grounds were very clean and plenty of things to do for the kids. I would recommend closing the laundry room at night time. I went to get our laundry around 9:00 PM and there was what appeared to be a homeless man in the laundry room washing blood off his hands and cursing. He began walking around the room as I left. I alerted the staff and they quickly looked into it

Very nice campground with lots of activities and amenities. Pool is currently under construction but we were told numerous times before our study do we expected this. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. We will be back next year!

I love this place!!! Kids Friendly❤️There is a public shower also. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but we extended 1 more night.
