The cabin was clean and comfortable. All of the equipment was in good working order; toaster, microwave, refrigerator, gas grill, etc. And the staff was friendly and helpful as always.

Beautiful park. Have you ever done express checkin? KOA in Harrisburg does and we loved it. Great for your guests and so easy! Prevents that tight turn for 45 ft rvs. Moves rvs to their sites quickly and efficiently. . New gravel sites by office look great. Wish we had stayed there as asphalt sites appear to need redone.

Everything was great as always! Very friendly staff, and clean bathrooms! Only issue was we reserved 606 and 605 cabins last year for this year, when we arrived we got 605/604. We talked to the campers at 606 they said that just called that Wednesday at that spot was re-opened that it was reserved for the Shriners. It would have been nice if we were notified of the changes.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were clean and close by. The campsites are clean, open and close together. My only complaint was a cold and then lukewarm shower. The angle of the shower head((out of reach)was crooked and it made it difficult to wash my hair. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at KOA. The people were nice and helpful. The staff was very accommodating. The cabins were clean and furnish with all the appropriate needs. All of the amenities are within walking distance. All around a great place to visit.

We were very unhappy, the campground was VERY noisy. The people directly across from us played their music so loud all day and up until 10:30pm that we couldn’t even here our TV inside our RV. We understand that people like to party but the fact that the campground did nothing about ‘toning’ down their music was unacceptable.

Campground was clean. Site was fine. The pool and lazy river looked amazing (even though we didn't use). Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Enjoyed the cornhole tournament that was being hosted during the weekend.

I throughly enjoyed my stay. My spot was excellent. I was there for the tournament and thought prices a little high but understand it is a KOA.

KOA Virginia Beach has many excellent amenities and is conveniently located just a few miles from Virginia Beach. Unfortunately, our cabin had an awful ant problem. I talked to the office staff (Andrew & Kym) twice with no apology and little resolution other than to finally send a worker with a can of Raid, which we continued to spray throughout the week.

We recently stayed in one of the cabins as we waited for our new house to be ready and it was an all-around wonderful experience. The cabin was clean, the campground itself was very well kept and clean, and there are so many fun amenities. In fact, my mom is coming from out of state to visit and has a reservation at the KOA in the coming weeks due to our recommendation! Thank you VBKOA staff!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Virginia Beach, VA KOA. The site and the amenities were great. The large field or event parking was great to allow our dog to run on his 100 foot leash. The only problem I had was the campers having several visitors and their lack of responsibility by leaving bottles of alcohol out when not at their site. As I said everything else was great.

Great! We visited our grands and great grandkids. A little disappointing in the pre visit experience as I ask for an additional day and was told that it would require an upgrade to our site, only to receive an invite to stay at a discounted price the day before our check out. We had already booked in another campground down the road.

We drove in from Memphis TN and loved all the amenities of the park! The swimming pool and lazy river were wonderful.The staff was very friendly and helpful!

First site was TERRIBLE, muddy and zero landscape. We asked and were moved to an upgraded site that was fine. Only had to ask one set of partners to quiet down and quit their cornhole game (midnight) once and it worked. So all in all it was fine.

A very nice KOA. Pool, laundry, store are beautiful. Great location; lots to do in this area. A little pricey but OK considering the quality of the sites, amenities, ample staffing. Our only complaint is w/the staffer w/the leaf blower. There were about 4 leaves on the ground, & he made a huge effort to eradicate them, stirring up clouds of dust that covered tables, rigs, etc. A bit of overkill.

Our site was a little dirty with trash when we checked in with wrapper, straws and a cup. Better enforcement of the 7.5 speed limit with all the small children. Employees should also SLOW down when on golf carts and be a little more friendly.

Our cabin was amazing. Clean, comfortable and exactly what we hoped for. Every member of the staff was helpful and kind. The facilities and activities made for a fantastic family vacation!

The grounds were very well kept. Bathrooms were very clean! Impressively so! Pull through spot we were at was very tight and you don't get to pick your spot. It is assigned to you. If you have guests for a kids birthday or the like it is $10 per person to sit at the expensive tight site with you. Our stay was in October so we were not using the pool or anything.

Nice campground but WiFi and TV services were not good. Fire ring was almost on the road and made it hard to make a turn with our motorhome.

campground and cabin all very nice and clean. staff was extremely friendly and quick to come over and fix anything needed. only problem was our cabin did not have any hot water therefor we had to bring the children to the bath house to shower which was a huge reason why we paid for the deluxe cabin. I should have called the night we noticed to see if there was anything they could do.

The cabin was in a perfect location and beautiful view. The interior was beautiful. Loved Pocket Park and played several games. The pool was awesome even though the heat was not working. We had so much fun! It would be nice to have a little more comfortable seating inside the cabin during cold rainy stays. Along the same lines would love to see a place for indoor games like Pocket Park.

We always enjoy our stays at the KOA. The cabins provide us room and privacy while also having access to all of the amenities. We like the ability to grill and eat in, instead of having to pay to eat out at a restaurant when we are in town. We look forward to our next visit.

It’s been many years since I have stayed here, had been going across the street , glad I gave you guys another try many nice improvements to the grounds and the sites with the concrete pads table and glider are a super nice touch. Now if only you didn’t charge so much �

I love this place!!! Kids Friendly❤️There is a public shower also. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but we extended 1 more night.
