Virginia Beach Oceanfront concerts occur during different days of each month but typically go from 7:30-10:00 p.m. on the Oceanfront stages at the 17th, 24th and 31st Street Parks. The Oceanfront Concert Series in Virginia Beach is free for guests and has great artists performing all summer long.
