It was not bad to stay here. I wish I would have had some shade. The bathroom needs more attention and the microwave wasn’t working. There was a lot of ant hills on my site, so I had limited space to setup on. The people in the cabin close to me were extremely loud after midnight. So I guess quiet hours are not enforced.

Our stay was fantastic! The kids (5 and 9 years old) had so much fun. The jump pad and mini-golf were big hits, the weather was great for pool time and they both loved the dinosaur hunter activity. Our campsite was great - we had some shade all day. I would splurge for electricity at the site for charging cell phones and heating an electric griddle.

The tent camping area was very well maintained and conveniently located to the shower house/bathrooms. The deluxe cabin was awesome! Motorcycle friendly! Staff were courteous, attentive, and accommodating! After 3 nights of tent camping I switched to a cabin for my last night. Staff made it happen with no issues (billing or otherwise)! The pool was perfect after a day of riding! Thank you

Welcoming host and nice sites/amenities. Only issue was a large streetlight shining over the tent campsites. It kept me up most the night.

The Vernal KOA has a super nice and helpful staff, and the cleanest bathrooms we’ve see on our camping trip. The tent campground was great with good shade and beautiful views. The Vernal natural history museums and hiking trails are so interesting and there is so much to see, I’m definitely going back!

The campground wasn’t bad, the tent sites were as expected. But the bathrooms were disgusting and frequently out of toilet paper (there were 3 and all were the same state during our stay) , quiet hours were never enforced and there were large family groups of children running around the green spaces by the tents and cabins screaming well after 10pm.

We had a great time. The Saturday movie with popcorn was dynamite with the kids. The bounce house, tetherball, playground and mini gold was also a win for our kids. The hot showers were a win with my hubby. All around great stay! Thank you!

Was the perfect location for my nieces first elk hunting trip. Hot shower, clean working bathrooms and power. Highly recommend, staff very helpful and friendly. I will stay again...

Very clean place, as expected from a KOA. Hosts are very kind. Tent site are on grass, maybe a little too close to each other but that's not a problem if you are using ear buds at night and you want to go to bed early.

Camped in the corner tent spot with two large family tents. Very friendly and will maintained. All the activities we're great for our kids 9, 6, and 3.

The only negative is not to do with the camp itself it is the neighborhood dogs who bark throughout the night. We loved the campsite.

Generally a great stay but, as with most KOA sites we have visited, intermittent wi-fi. The restroom door also failed to lock much to the shock of an American child 🤣 Great location to explore the surrounding area. We loved the Moon Arch which was only a few miles out of town. The shop has a fantastic set of about 20 walks that you can take of the surrounding area. Vernal itself was a nice town and we enjoyed our best, and cheapest, meal there at Betty's Cafe.

The site layout is pretty good with plenty of space. Only 2 complaints were the distance to the bathrooms and the back border of the campsite being a rusty Barbed Wire fence, wouldn't be too great for kids to get tangled up in.
