Great place to stay! Large pool, lots of things to do. Close to town for shopping. Washers and driers. Trees for shade. Only downside for us was the spot we were first given was too tight for us to get into. Thankfully we were able to use the one next to it. If you have a camper more than 20’ long, spend the money for a larger space, if available.

Lovely area. Lots of grass. The dog park was very special. Our fur pups enjoyed playing with other pups. Great proximity to Dinosaur Nat'l Mon. ��

This is one of our favorite KOAs! We love the camping cabins, but there are also tent sites, RV sites and TeePees. There are lots of activities for the kids and it’s close to Dinosaur National Monument. The highlight though is the staff. They are so friendly and so helpful.

The KOA in Vernal is nice. The spaces are not crammed in and there is a nice variety of site types. We were in a 50 Amp oversized shaded site and it was quite nice. Great trees and some green grass which we like. There are many other types to choose from, some with shade and some green grass which we like. Wi-Fi was good and the staff here was very nice! Great people there!

This campground is so nice and clean. There are great shade trees too. We enjoyed the sparkling pool, fun playground, and mini golf. Our dogs enjoyed the dog park as well. The staff was very accommodating to our check-in needs, and friendly and welcoming every time we stepped through the door. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Convenient to so many things in the area. Slightly higher priced than a great value but NOT unfair. Staff was helpful and friendly. Facilities were clean. Could use more shade -- but given the location to be expected. Will stay again if in the area

We rented both a deluxe cabin and a super spot for our fifth wheel. We make the trip every year for Dino days with our grandkids and have loved it every time. The staff is friendly and the facility well kept, well lit and accommodating to all our needs. Swimming pool is clean and well maintained. Our grandbabies love the swimming time after hikes or visiting the street festival. Highly recommend.

The campground was huge!! Lots of acreage. The Staff is very friendly and professional. The campground was well maintained and has a lot to offer for the kids. Very clean bathrooms and laundry room. Minimum road noise and well shaded from all the trees. We’re going to come back next year.

All the campground staff were friendly, pleasant, informative, and helpful. They were easy and enjoyable to talk with, and still allowed us our privacy. The campground was clean, quiet, and roomy. We had 1 big dog and 3 little (5 pounders) with us. They had plenty of room to take their walks, and there were ample waste disposal bags and stations. Great place! We will be back. :)

Very nice facility with additional perks. Loved the big expansive grassy area right behind our site. It is great for adults, kids, and dogs.

Location is great, staff is super friendly, has large grassy areas for kids to play in,along with jump pad,full size mini golf course, play ground, Atv/utv rentals, trike rentals for the entire family,the deluxe cabin 4 is amazing sleeps 6 well. I highly reccomend this Koa.

Loved the deluxe patio setup for the full-hookup 50amp! It was also especially nice to have a “private” patio, as we have noticed at another KOA Holiday that not all deluxe patios are as nice or private. Thank you for the friendly and helpful staff and great stay!

Awesome experience. Clean sites / Cabins. Excellent service from staff. Only negative was the swarm if wasps at our campsite. Staff was awesome trying to help with the problem though.

We had a wonderful time staying in Dinosaurland KOA. It is very centrally located within very short distances of many activities, including the adorable downtown. We had an issue with our RV when we were staying there and the staff could not have been more helpful! Everyone there was very friendly.

This was our second stay, and we really enjoyed both! The campgrounds are really well maintained and clean. They have a lot of entertaining amenities, and the staff is friendly. It's extremely quiet and peaceful at night. They have great internet too. We will definitely be back.

Generally a great stay but, as with most KOA sites we have visited, intermittent wi-fi. The restroom door also failed to lock much to the shock of an American child 🤣 Great location to explore the surrounding area. We loved the Moon Arch which was only a few miles out of town. The shop has a fantastic set of about 20 walks that you can take of the surrounding area. Vernal itself was a nice town and we enjoyed our best, and cheapest, meal there at Betty's Cafe.

The site layout is pretty good with plenty of space. Only 2 complaints were the distance to the bathrooms and the back border of the campsite being a rusty Barbed Wire fence, wouldn't be too great for kids to get tangled up in.
