We stayed in a deluxe cabin at a high price and was very disappointed in several ways. The on-demand hot water tank never provided hot water so we could not use the shower or wash dishes. Also, internet TV is provided when cable TV is advertised. Since the internet service is limited, TV was accessible for less than 5 minutes at a time. Users of the cabins near us, had the same bad experiences.

Good for an overnight stay. Friendly staff and nice camp store. All level, gravel sites (in need of mowing soon). They’ve started putting patios sites and furniture in so possibly they are updating.

This place has good potential but improvements would go a long way to elevate the camper experience. There are a number of dead standing poplar trees on site that pose a risk to users. We had three dead trees next to our site alone. This can be quickly remedied. The back-in loop road should be paved and the back in sites should be leveled and graded with more aggregate added. Its a fairly well done campground, the main area with the pull through spots are right by the pool and some fun family activities. We choose to stay in the back back in loop, I would say the only downside to this is the mobile home park back there. Even then the only issue with that was the mobile home closest to the spots has a dog in a kennel in the back that barks. Really not a big issue.

Clean rv park with good amenities. Plenty of restrooms and showers that were decently updated and better than the average KOA's we've been to. Plenty of open grass space to make it not feel crowded. Will stay here again

Very friendly staff, lots of activities for kids. K9 dog park has extremely tall grass and overall campground could use some TLC. Lots of weeds!

It was not bad to stay here. I wish I would have had some shade. The bathroom needs more attention and the microwave wasn’t working. There was a lot of ant hills on my site, so I had limited space to setup on. The people in the cabin close to me were extremely loud after midnight. So I guess quiet hours are not enforced.

first site smelled from a sewer pipe break and we couldn't even uncap the pipe. Second site was right at the entrance, and there was traffic 7X24.

Trey was very helpful with check in and assisted in adding a day to our stay. This KOA is very serene and peaceful (in shady acres). Even saw turkeys and deer in the field on the other side of the K9 Kamp. Very clean site!!!

Great place to stay the night or two. Ron is a great host. He explained how to get to our site, and the amenities. Mini golf, pool, kid bikes and jump pad. They are even having a movie night tonight. You might even see some turkeys or deer in the field next door.

Unfortunately the pool was out of service 90 degree weather made for lots of time in the RV. If you enjoy lots of screaming unsupervised kids it’s the place for you. Live on site families take over amenities. If your passing through for a night it’s ok. We stayed two days and would have loved to enjoy the property.

Kids had a blast! Pool, mini golf, playground, bouncy... our site had a BBQ AND patio furniture. Owner/Manager so nice and accommodating. Great little store. Highly recommend.

Only problem we had was not with the KOA, but with rude guests. Kids and adults alike were walking thru our campsite to the kids activity areas and pool. Perhaps KOA should nicely remind everyone at checkin to respect each other's "space" which we paid a bunch for. We were in the spot right next to all the rentals.

The only problem I had was with drones. People flying them seemed to hang out directly above use, seemingly watching us. It was disturbing.

The stay was very pleasant. However, I would recommend putting bathrooms closer to the cabins without them. Also for those cabins, I would recommend better bed cushions or mattresses because the ones in cabins 3 and 4 were VERY uncomfortable. And lastly, I would recommend more outlets in the cabins. There were only one in cabins 3 and 4. But overall, we had a blast and our children were ver.

Everything was perfect...except the mattress on the cabin bed...it desperately needs replaced. Customer service was fantastic, rooms were cleaned, cleaners were so kind and considerate, entertainment was spot on. I was surprised that I paid for bedding and the bunkbeds did not have any bedding on them. This should have been described in the booking. We LOVE KOA's!

Our stay was fantastic! The kids (5 and 9 years old) had so much fun. The jump pad and mini-golf were big hits, the weather was great for pool time and they both loved the dinosaur hunter activity. Our campsite was great - we had some shade all day. I would splurge for electricity at the site for charging cell phones and heating an electric griddle.

Generally a great stay but, as with most KOA sites we have visited, intermittent wi-fi. The restroom door also failed to lock much to the shock of an American child 🤣 Great location to explore the surrounding area. We loved the Moon Arch which was only a few miles out of town. The shop has a fantastic set of about 20 walks that you can take of the surrounding area. Vernal itself was a nice town and we enjoyed our best, and cheapest, meal there at Betty's Cafe.

The site layout is pretty good with plenty of space. Only 2 complaints were the distance to the bathrooms and the back border of the campsite being a rusty Barbed Wire fence, wouldn't be too great for kids to get tangled up in.
