Our church family had an amazing weekend. We were well taken care of by the awesome and friendly KOA staff. We're already looking forward to next year's family camp at KOA.

The place was great. Do not like tent number 7. Too close to bathrooms so it smelled at times and sun hits it for 3-4 hours in the mornings.

Bathrooms by the pool could have been cleaner. Site 2 by the river is a bit too small - hence we moved it should be combined with site 3. to make 1 site Overall great activities for the whole family. friendly staff.

Tent camping in the Oaks area. Loved it. Some sites are a little close to other people, but not bad. The bathrooms were really nice and clean all the time. The shower could use a remodel and maybe add one or two more. Other then that, perfect stay

We have been camping here annually for the last 4 years and we love it here! The kids love camping here and always look forward to this trip. The pool is a great way to spend the hot summer days and my son finally met the requirements to go on the rope maze! He loved it! Always a great time here with my family!

We had a great time. Bathrooms were kept up each day, but unfortunately people let their kids run wild and they would destroy them each day, ripping soap and tp dispensers off the walls. The bees are very bad. Something really should be done about those. Also quiet time hours don’t get followed very well and staff don’t seem to care. Staff were all very nice though.

Amazing staff and super friendly. We will certainly be back. My kids loved the jump pillow and playground.

We had a great time but the showers can def be improved as we sometimes waited 45-60 minutes to use the ONE shower stall that was avail. Adding food service at the pool would be a great plus. We loved the zip line and the creek was beautiful with a good amount of water flowing, Campsite # 22.

Stay was great staff was friendly . I would only suggest having the bathrooms cleaned more often. in the 2 days we were there bathroom was not cleaned once

I stayed at a tent site with my family. We arrived on a Tuesday and I had to call them to clean the bathrooms and shower. They were filthy with toilet paper everywhere, broken toilet paper holders, and POOP. They came in a timely manner and cleaned, but they should be cleaned regularly without having to call. Besides that, the stay was pleasant.

The bathroom was clean on the first day but till we leave no one was cleaning. There was a tree that had bee hives and kids were afraid to passing around but we had no choice but to do it cause it was on the way to the restroom. Although the pool was clean and fun to stay for sure.

One of the worse experiences as a camper. Frist night a group of people came by the campsite and threw a rock at my tent. It caused a big tear on my tent. The dangerous part of it was my wife was sleeping on the same side. The rock could have struck her causing severe injury.

Tons of activities for kids and so nice to be out in nature yet so close to civilization. We mostly played in the creek because pool was too cold for us. Nice that trash was picked up often and that the bathrooms were cleaned often. Our tent site felt very private, hope to stay there again.

This is probably our 4th stay here at this KOA and we love it. You really do an awesome job making it a fun filled family stay. It would be nice if you made a dish station for cleaning our dishes. Add an area with counters and faucets. Bending over those spickets is hard on the back and no place to put clean dishes without carrying another bucket.

10/10! I contacted via email a few weeks ahead of our stay and was met with prompt, friendly replies from staff. When we arrived, every interaction with staff was above-and-beyond friendly. We loved our site (O30-31) it was nice and secluded, but near the restrooms and water. Kids had a blast on the jump pad, rock wall, and adventure course, and they loved the craft activity. It was a great trip!

The tent sites and the location were beautiful. The trees provided great shade and added levels of privacy. However, for the price, the quality and cleanliness of the amenities was below standard. The bathrooms were not cleaned or fixed for our entire 4 day stay. The showers were falling apart. The prices of the extra activities were VERY high given how much the sites cost per night.

It was lovely to sleep under the oaks. The campsite was strait forward, no issues. The bathroom la got messy and had some issues. The kids loved the jumpy pillow and playing by the River. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was an easy, fun trip.

Good customer service. Good amenities. Only concern was that I was charged $15 for zip lining that we never did. There should be better verification fir charges.

So, I booked in advance as a bargain to motel for a business trip. I stayed in the Oaks area. When I arrived checked in earl as a courtesy when traveling so that was a big plus..When I got to the campsite I called and said there's a Boulder blocking road to camp site. They said you can move it if want to park at lot away from campsite. So why should I pay a high price for boulders blocks all areas

Loved all of the activities. Particularly the adventure course. But cleaning needs work. The bathroom in the Oaks wasn’t cleaned during our stay. And there were piles of litter left adjacent to our “premium” campsite.

Bathrooms need more attention. Don't think anyone cleaned them while I stayed. Same stains were on sink/toilets and shower trash never cleaned out. So I know no one every cleaned them.

The glamping tents have taken the tent sites near the pool. We stayed in the Oaks which doesn't have wifi. Could you please set up wifi for the Oaks? It's also farther from the main activities area.

Went this past weekend June 2-4th. Great area, tent campsites are really nice, clean, and lots of trees. Staff is very nice and helpful. Restrooms and showers were always clean. The only downside was the pool was ice cold.

I really enjoy camping at this campground. The crew is super friendly and awesome. Our family goes here yearly and never gets bored.

Campsites in rear had construction debris scattered around. Staff helpful when we asked to move. Both bathroom and shower rooms were dirty and chose not to shower. Campsite 6 was dirty; no staff picked up debris left by other campers. Campsite was pricey based on conditions of campground.

The place is Ok, but the site we got had no tree coverage. Hard on the kids when they hang on site. The proximity to the neighbors was ridiculous. They would walk through our site to dump their garbage. Not the problem of Koa, I know, but little natural border between sites. Personnel were incredibly friendly and kind.

Called last minute on a Saturday for a tent site and was able to get an awesome one right on the river! The guy who checked us in was very friendly, helpful, and funny! We don’t have kids, but this would be an amazing place for them!!

It was Ok, I have been to KOAs I like better, but its a personal preference. This one has more activities for kids than Ive seen at any other. The pool was still closed in April, which is odd considering its SoCal. Restrooms near my spot were kinda run down, but functional. The few hose spigets were taken over by whatever campsite was closest and there was no dish washing station.

The only thing we didn't like is that our zipper from our TePee was broken and they weren't able to fix it at all and/or place a tarp to cover the entrance.

Our stay was stupendous! We can't remember the names of the entire staff we encountered but "great" began with Carol! Alexis & Sarah, too! The store is filled with things you need & things you'll love. The site was fantastic. The grounds are gorgeous & well maintained. Can't say enough about the staff. And love the peacocks & hens!! One of our best CG's! Be back soon! Great location close to Ventura Harbor, Ojai & downtown Santa Paula.!

This was our second visit to this RV campground. The place is so relaxing and peaceful. There are cool peacocks roaming, the staff is incredibly nice and friendly and the store/ office is open late if you need something.
