We loved our extended stay at this KOA. Met lots of wonderful neighbors that became friends. We loved the lovely employees Sara and Kathy too. Thanks for giving us a fabulous time while we were there for 6 weeks.

Disappointed in the pool area especially. The pool wasn’t as clean as it should have been. All the tables were extremely unusable, filthy to be exact. Trash on the short cut to pool.�

It’s not ideal to not have full hook ups available more throughout the campground, especially with the state of the bathrooms. They’re full of cobwebs and spiders making children not want to use them. All of the restrooms and showers need a deep cleaning.

This is by far the friendliest KOA staff we have been greeted and our stay was wonderful due to the staff. The showers had little water pressure, but we have had the same at other sites, so I don't think they were a big concern. Overall am planning to return in the future. There are so many trails we didn't get to and so much stuff to do. THIS IS A GREAT SPOT FOR ALL.

My family and I had an amazing day. We were at Pine 11 and 12 so two separate campsites. But close enough to be with each other. We had an amazing time. The facility was great with the activities and pool.

We had a short stay a weekend getaway.The atmosphere was very nice, Friendly staff. Althrough the bathrooms were run down compared to other KOAs, We hope someday to see a new or remodeled bathrooms Otherwise it was a nice place! The Ziplines were really fun, The pool was nice, Alot of activities for our teens. We do regret not bringing our bikes, real big KOA for bike rides..

Enjoyed the peace and quiet campsite. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was pleasant and refreshing. Only recommendation would be regarding the bathrooms be kept up a bit more.

Incredibly helpful and polite staff. They had no problem going out of their way to accommodate us. Definitely a fun place for the kids, lots to do and explore.

Only issue was the wifi in the Alder location. There was none. I had to use my hotspot to connect….!!

It was our second stay at Ventura Ranch KOA and it did not disappoint. Our family of 5 had a wonderful time enjoying all the amenities! My kids can’t wait to weight enough to do the ropes course!

Great place to explore outdoors, but not as nice or entertaining as other KOAs. Bathrooms were not cleaned very well. They did not have many activities on Friday. Son was really looking forward to zip line. Very bad lighting around campground.

Dirty bathrooms with cobwebs all over. Steps to bathroom needs sweeping; liability of tripping over debris. The camp is not well maintained. Shithole! My patio area, and table was filthy dirty. I paid for a patio area that I didn't use. When we arrived, there was a bunch of swimming gear on our patio chairs from the campsite nearby. Thank goodness for the peacocks!

Use to love this campground. But last two times it has been disappointing. Bathrooms are not kept up and grounds seem to be unmaintained.

Very dirty toilets and showers. There was a lot of trash in the pool area, a smell of urin and generally unhygienic conditions at the campsite.

Nice and quiet during the evening. Clean restrooms. Nice staff. Just a few complaints, I think you charge too much for the rocking climbing apparatus, and it would be nice to have more campsite with full hook ups or another dump station. But I love staying a KOA's.

I only have 2 concerns 1.- Homeless mixing themselves with campers 2.- The pool was dirty on Monday, the water was very cloudy

Had a great stay with family! First night the nearby bathroom a bit messy but got cleaned up right by morning, good job KOA staff!! Would be nice if there was an adult's only pool. On our weekend stay the pool was over-run with kids, which is great, but it would be nice if adults had a place to cool off in peace. Beautiful area and most of the sites had nice shade coverage. I'd go again!

Campground has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and the staff is friendly and helpful. The bathrooms and showers need to be maintained a bit more. And the campground was sold out and it was very hot,they rented the pool out for a large private party of non campers that was supposed to there from 9-10am and gone before the pool opened but they stayed into the afternoon.

It was amazing. Everything was clean friendly. I love how u guys have alot of things for the kids. We are definitely going to go again. It was our first time camping in general and u guys made us feel like home. No one bother us everyone is to their self every staff I asked a question was so nice. Thank you for being amazing. We really enjoyed our stay overall. Staff Kristi and her daughter Emma were so helpful! We would love to see remodeled bathrooms and shower facilities. Women's showers connected to the women's bathrooms are preferred! Thank you!

We have been coming he for the last few years with our grandkids because it is a very kid friendly campground and very clean. But this time the place was extremely run down, very dry and so many weeds around the area. The bathrooms were not cleaned and for the price that you pay it is not worth it. We can choose much nicer campgrounds for a more reasonable price. We will not be back.

Our family had a great time! We had an awesome rv site with a patio and shade! Kids had a blast on the zip line and pillow pad! Just wish there was some type of canopy/shade over the playground, too hot for the kids to play on equipment! All the staff are very helpful and friendly �

Been going here for the last 13 years. It’s been grown and went thru a fire then fixed back up. It’s lovely but a bit over crowded now. Very few tent sites down by the kid activities. It was a bit dirty. But great place for young kids!

This is our second time there. We like the updated campstore with reasonably priced items. The bathrooms were clean and the amenities were fun. We wished the pool was heated as it was pretty cool there, even in July. Loved the peacock encounters, BMX bike trail, and Labyrinth.

This was not our first time staying at this KOA, and we expected it to be just as nice. The facilities were very dirty, it was very loud with multiple semi-trucks all day and into the night, and a power surge caused our group to be broken up and moved to a different area. We tried to speak with front desk staff, and we never got a response or any assistance. Kind of disappointing.

Had issues and requested to talk to a manager all week. No response ever. Doug is the most obnoxious person you could possibly have public racing. We almost lost our electrical systems on our Tiffin coach and maintenance staff on site said that it was a regular occurrence at that site. Massive semis full of fruit and boulders are hauling through the campgrounds at 30 mph with little kids about.

The campground was amazing! Staff was very nice! The penthouse view was awesome! We had all 3 penthouse and made the grass area our meeting place as other families had several sites! Definitely we will be back!

We couldn’t find information anywhere before we came on age restrictions so our kids were too small to go on the ropes course and zip line that they were most excited about. We also didn’t get to pick our campsite so we got wedged into a space where our campfire was crammed in between 2 RVs with only about 4 feet to either side. It was so awkward and unenjoyable.

Prices don’t reflect the quality of the property amenities. Campsite was dirty with a lot of small pieces of trash and animal feces, the bathroom showers had a lot of spiders, and thick webs. Trees not trimmed over paths, had to practically crawl under. Overall unkept. Staff was nice, manager wasn’t.

Our stay was stupendous! We can't remember the names of the entire staff we encountered but "great" began with Carol! Alexis & Sarah, too! The store is filled with things you need & things you'll love. The site was fantastic. The grounds are gorgeous & well maintained. Can't say enough about the staff. And love the peacocks & hens!! One of our best CG's! Be back soon! Great location close to Ventura Harbor, Ojai & downtown Santa Paula.!

This was our second visit to this RV campground. The place is so relaxing and peaceful. There are cool peacocks roaming, the staff is incredibly nice and friendly and the store/ office is open late if you need something.
