Spots are easy to get in and out of. Peacocks are beautiful and fun. Bike trail is great!

The restrooms and showers of the clubhouse were not okay. no proper taps and after every minute you had to push buttons again to keep showering

The place is very nice however the cabin/ penthouse was really dirty floor has dog/cat hair alot of dust. We had a todler with us and couldn't put them on the floor. Very disappointed since it's have a huge potential. We also have a rv spot that we didn't know it's not a full hookup. You should be more clear about it

The staff was friendly and professional. The peacocks, while cute for the kids and somewhat unique, were loud and annoying. There were 25-30 peacocks and hens on the property. While these may be protected from destruction, the noise could be mitigated. If you want good sleep, consider what it's like to have these loud birds near your sleep spot.

This is a beautiful, and somewhat out of the way, RV Park. Several miles down a small country road (past Santa Paula). Great spaces between sites, and lots of activity with a beautiful flowing river (from the recent rains). As with most RV Parks, the only negative comment is that the bathrooms could always be more clean. I love the separate shower facilities but they too, can always be cleaner

We were in space 14 (full hook up) for 4 nights. Nice and private. The mating season for peacocks made for some interesting noise. My only feedback had to do with the showers. The shower head was ineffective! About 50% of the holes were not working and the pressure was super low. It's a $20 fix and should be replaced. My family is in Ventura so we will be back.

It was great, as usual. Love how nice and helpful the staff is. Our family had a lot of fun at the rock wall and arts and crafts. Can't wait for our next stay.

I would have rated this KOA much higher if the the activities had better hours. It’s pretty lame that they advertised to have a ton of great activities (adventure course, Zipline, rock wall, gem mining, arts and crafts, but they were only available for a few hours on Saturday morning. We were there from Friday to Monday, so not much else to do. Kids were very disappointed.

Enjoyed our stay , as we always do. But we sure wish something could be done about the poor WIFI reception. Especially in Pine where the overnight rates are higher. We were literally right across from your WIFI tower & the reception was so poor, none of our streaming devices could connect. This is a continuing problem, every time we stay at your KOA . We don't have this problem at other RV Parks

Kids had the best time on the activities and riding bikes around the campground. Beautiful hikes and well kept sites. Quiet at night except for the peacocks. Already booked our return trip!

Fantastic stay with tons of activities for the whole family. It was by far my kids favorite campground we’ve stayed at. Staff was extremely nice and helpful! Made for a wonderful getaway. Will be returning!

Staff and site are always the best. We love Santa Paula. Wish there were more full hookups in alder and birch. Pine is just not enough.

We were sightseeing most of our stay so didn’t sit back and enjoy the amenities the campground offered. The pool area looked nice. Too cool out to use. The peacocks on the grounds were interesting.

Lots of activities (zip line, jumping pad, pool, walking trails), but a CG should pay attention to what is most important and that’s the RV sites. Most of the sites are not level and the bathrooms/showers are a long walk with several flights of stairs. The roads are narrow and not very big rig friendly. WiFi worked well and the staff was very nice.

When the WiFi did’nt work properly at the designated spot, we’ve got a better place for our RV where the WiFi was okay. Compliments for the cooperation by the staff of the campground.

This is a great place for families with kids. There are a ton of great activities for kids that will keep them activity and have them exhausted by the end of the day. For those of us without children, there is no lot to do. The spaces are pretty tight. The fire rings are not in great shape and are in weird places for some of the sites. There is not much to do locally.

Our stay was stupendous! We can't remember the names of the entire staff we encountered but "great" began with Carol! Alexis & Sarah, too! The store is filled with things you need & things you'll love. The site was fantastic. The grounds are gorgeous & well maintained. Can't say enough about the staff. And love the peacocks & hens!! One of our best CG's! Be back soon! Great location close to Ventura Harbor, Ojai & downtown Santa Paula.!

This was our second visit to this RV campground. The place is so relaxing and peaceful. There are cool peacocks roaming, the staff is incredibly nice and friendly and the store/ office is open late if you need something.
