Staff were outstanding. The campground itself need money put into its upkeep. It seems that the facility was in better shape sometime ago but the restrooms are in dire need of repairs/maintenance. The site we were on was nothing to write home about either. One night next to fast flowing stream was most enjoyable. Quiet night, undisturbed sleep. Rest room very clean. Helpful and friendly manager.

Owners were very nice. They did everything they could to make sure our stay was a wonderful experience. Would recommend for both couples and families. Would definitely go again.

new tent sites could use picnic tables. Also could use a privy on upper hill. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

This was our sixth visit and for the first time, we weren’t able to stay in our preferred location near the creek. We stayed on the newly developed side which offers no view or sounds of the creek, but offers peace, quiet, the woods and open skies. We’ve never had a bad experience and plan to go back in another 2 weeks.

By far the best hosts I've encountered in my time not just camping, but traveling. Beautiful grounds with ample space for privacy and open air. Showers, water, WiFi - all excellent. Really enjoyed my stay and would certainly recommend it!!

The hosts and other guest were friendly, helpful, and courteous. Bathrooms were clean, pool was great. Our tent site by the creek was nearly perfect. We would definitely return for another stay here.

Too close to hwy. Feels like you are sleeping next to hwy given the noise.

A fantastic "Stay-cation" in a beautiful setting nestled between rolling farmlands. Close to Cooperstown and the town of museums. Great place to stay for the Derek Jeter induction. Generous hosts who are helpful all day long to make sure your stay is comfortable. One of the nostalgic KOA campgrounds that keeps getting better. The country roads and quiet camping experience brings me back.

The owners are always putting our area of the campsite down. Telling our visitors that the corner area is loud and have complaints all the time. Then the owner had some family or friends staying near us and they called our area "the ghetto". Very disappointed that the owners are disrespecting the seasonal campers that have paid $1800 per year. We have brought in a couple seasonals and weekend.

My tent site was secluded, well maintained, neighbors friendly and quiet during the night. Toilet facilities, clean. No issues with scavenging night creatures.

Another good overnight stay. Nice and quiet. Escaped the heat in the pool and comfortable game room. Will be back soon!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was a quiet community with very friendly people. They even had a craft fair and a live band on Saturday. The camp store had a great selection. I had forgotten to bring my benedryl and the store had some. This seriously saved me when my allergies started acting up. My only complaint was that the showers were not working. However they had a great pool.

The hosts are wonderful and very helpful. The seasonal campers are very friendly. The owners are making great upgrades to the campground. It was clean and quiet and affordable for a.tent camper. I will always come back.

We stayed one night only. Arrived just after 3pm and left at 8:30am the next day. The bathroom was clean, the property was well equipped, my tent lot was fantastic, but the entire campground was full. Not a bad thing, tho. Maybe everyone loves it there. I can’t disagree with them!

The campground needs updating. Too many RVs packed too closely together. Tent site was not laid out well. There was no set fire ring. It was a moveable ring. There was no BBQ grill.

The grounds were beautiful. The layout is also very welcoming, when you first arrive you see the pool and lawn game area, the facilities were super clean and organized. The staff was super friendly and helpful, I will 100% come back to this site.

this was the only reasonably priced accommodation when looking for a place to stay for my son's tournament in Cooperstown. This is about 30 minutes drive from where his team was staying. Didn't mind the drive at all because it was a peaceful drive. not busy at all. at times that it got foggy but still a beautiful drive with the hills along the hwy. We rented a cabin (#1) for me and my husband. even though it's by the entrance the noise didn't bother us at all. Cabin has 1 queen bed and a bunk bed. we used the bunk as our space for our clothes. there was a small fridge - sufficient for our 2 days supply of food or for left over A heater is also available - we had to use it 3/7 days as it gets cold at dawn. I love sitting on the bench outside and listen to crickets at night. The washroom is about 2 minutes walk from our cabin, which was always clean every time I had to use it.. Washroom I think has 3 stalls for toilet and 4 for shower. Water pressure is adequate and hot water temp is perfect. If you're looking for privacy - this is not for you. I won't mind coming back here again with my kids.
