There two nights didn’t seem to enforce quiet hours, dogs barking and doors slamming at all hours. Drunken, cursing, yelling match at a nearby site topped it all off.

Getting in in a big rig is not easy no sewer hook ups very muddy we were very happy that we were only there for one night. Our site the people had not left unfortunately the woman had been put in the hospital but the site they gave us was not a good one at all.

The KOA was not keep in good working order. Our electric didn’t work because pedestal was old and breakers was loose

The campsites near the river were very nice. Campground was very quiet. Staff was pleasant. The campers next to us were a little too close to our camper.

We were heading Nortth and this was a 1 night stay. The owners greeted us as if we were long life friends. Very helpful with information we needed for our stay. The sites are spacious and would be a good place to stay for long periods. Very quiet with a beautiful stream/river flowing through the campground. It is out in the country. There is no sewer hookups due to being to close to the water.

Very friendly people, really nice and clean campground. Call ahead and get directions that are better than your GPS will give you. Sites are excellent, the campground is kept up very well. The hosts and others who work there are really helpful. We traveled in a 33 foot motorhome towing a Jeep. I highly recommend this KOA.

This is honestly the nicest campground we have ever stayed in. The host was very personable and helpful, her dogs were precious and her store lovely. Our campsite was right by the creek (river, to me) and was totally relaxing. Excellent, excellent park all around!

Mike and Kathy are very kind and caring. They care about their camper guests and treat their work campers like family. They made our 2 months there feel like home. We are sad to leave and can't wait to be back next summer!! If you're camping, stop in and Say hi to Stella and Violet the campground pups. If you're looking for a great place to work camp this is it!!

We only did an overnight stay but it was just what we needed. We had a pull thru site so that we didn't have to unhook. The site was easy to pull into and very level. All the hookups were just where we needed them. Very quiet and plenty of room between sites. Traveling in a 34ft travel trailer

We absolutely loved this park! It was a lovely location with a fast creek and beautiful trees. The sites were well laid out and we had no trouble getting our 35’ fifth wheel and huge dually pickup in and out. There were a lot of seasonal folks there that greeted us warmly. This has been one of our favorite parks as we traveled from Maine to Florida.

A single overnight stay. The park owners were friendly and helpful. Several other travelers were there the same night as we were. It’s a perfect stop for us when on our way to Vermont or returning to Florida.

Hosts were very kind and helped us check in after dark. We enjoyed the small town of Franklin and the beautiful Catskills.

The pull through sites are very tight with opposing parking meaning you face your neighbors leaving no privacy. No sewers. The staff was very nice and they had great weekend events. If it wasn’t for that, we probably would rate it less.

We’ve stayed at many KOA’s and this by far was the absolute best! Check-in was smooth, staff were friendly, amenities were clean, the hiking trail was an added bonus, and they offer campsite deliveries! Excellent stay. We would go out of our way to stay here again. Well done!

Love this park - huge concern, however, about signage off the highway. Google sent us to a hairpin turn - fine for our little rig, but wouldn't want to have tried that with something bigger. The sign at the end of the ramp pointed the opposite direction. Please fix! Once you get there this is an awesome little park.

If you are looking for a fun camping experience for your family on Labor Day Weekend, this is the place. There was a live band, ice cream truck, raffles, and food to support a local girl's cancer treatment. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is not the place. If you are looking for a lively family-friendly campground with no privacy, this is the place!

this was the only reasonably priced accommodation when looking for a place to stay for my son's tournament in Cooperstown. This is about 30 minutes drive from where his team was staying. Didn't mind the drive at all because it was a peaceful drive. not busy at all. at times that it got foggy but still a beautiful drive with the hills along the hwy. We rented a cabin (#1) for me and my husband. even though it's by the entrance the noise didn't bother us at all. Cabin has 1 queen bed and a bunk bed. we used the bunk as our space for our clothes. there was a small fridge - sufficient for our 2 days supply of food or for left over A heater is also available - we had to use it 3/7 days as it gets cold at dawn. I love sitting on the bench outside and listen to crickets at night. The washroom is about 2 minutes walk from our cabin, which was always clean every time I had to use it.. Washroom I think has 3 stalls for toilet and 4 for shower. Water pressure is adequate and hot water temp is perfect. If you're looking for privacy - this is not for you. I won't mind coming back here again with my kids.

Another very nice koa, the owners and everyone there were great, I would recommend staying here anytime to just have a relaxing time
