Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our time. We have already booked our site for next year.

We had a wonderful time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were able to enjoy time with family who also camped here. The accomodations, restrooms were very clean.

Our family has been visiting Twin Mt. for 30 years. We’ve gone from a camper with our kids to a camping cabin with our Grandkids. It’s a very well run facility with great people and great times. That has not changed in all this time.

We were scheduled to stay at a hotel but saw this KOA and was lucky enough to reserve a camping cabin. Everyone was super nice, Candace was fabulous and really welcoming. Another gentleman saw me walking to the dumpster with a trash bag and drove over to take it from me so I didn’t have to walk to the dumpster. Everything was really clean and the picnic table/fire ring area was manicured nicely.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly; The bathrooms/showers were always clean and tidy; The pancake breakfast Sunday was a pleasant surprise. We stayed in the caboose, which had more room than we thought it would! Refrigerators could be a bit bigger. It barely held the milk and cheese. The wood seemed damp and our first fire was pretty much just smoke. Overall an excellent trip will come back!

We are a group of two families who visited this place, everyone thoroughly relaxed and enjoyed. With my little KOA experience with other places, this is very unique staff are very friendly, and polite and they do care a lot. Regarding Restrooms, for many of us, this is a quite uncomfortable area to use the shared restroom, but this team constantly keeps them spotless and very hygiene.

This was a very clean campground, from the bathrooms to the sites to the playgrounds. There are plenty of things for the kids to do and ours (11 and 8) loved the scavenger hunt. All of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to check in and have a conversation.

I have been staying at the Twin Mountain KOA for 15 years, and my sister and brother in-law (Derrick Abbott) has been staying at the KOA for 29 years. There first stay was when they had only three (3) Kabins on sight. We all have gone through several owners over the years, but the last 5 years when Brad & Becky took over is where we saw the greatest improvements to the KOA. Marshal is wonderful!!!

Everything was good. Camp Ground was clean and tidy. The only part I didn’t like was they made me pay for next year in full, I have never had to do this before. I would just give them a deposit to hold it. This is a real negative in my book. We miss Brad and Becky. The people who are working here are very nice.

Our cabin had a dirty towel in it and the bathroom floor had dirt all in the corners. Cheese was left in the fridge. The cabin also had broken blinds that could be replaced. We will be back but it wasn't as clean this year as year's past.

This was my second time staying at KOA Twin Mountain and in the exact same cabins. We noticed right away the grounds were under new management. Our cabins were dirty (I don’t mean camping dirty - beds were covered in dirt, tons of food crumbs left on the beds, bugs covering the fan and we couldn’t use). Things were just very different. We will most likely stay again because we love the atmosph

it was apparent that they were changes and not for the better. We noticed immediately that the cabins were not as clean as they normally have been when we have stayed previous. The mattresses were sandy, the floor was sandy and we found a toy under the bed and that verifies that it wasn't cleaned well. All the staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. We love the area and will stay again.

Our group (5 families) has been going here for 7 years. The experience was similar this year compared to the past, although some changes did come with the new ownership (missing Sat night ice cream social & live music.) I'm disappointed to see the price nearly double for next year, as this may "price out" our group from continuing our annual trip to this location and instead find another.

Cabin kl1 needs TLC . Blinds are broken. Floors are beat up. Cabin was clean and staff was friendly.

The staff here are so wonderful and helpful. The bathrooms were kept very clean. My kids loved the barrel train rides and the beautiful playground area.

The staff were wonderful! They were doing rounds later until the night and very helpful and descriptive. There were a few other people car camping in there. You pay a little bit more here for reliable service, hot water, and good people! Would recommend if in the area.

Great campground nestled in the Twin, white mountains of NH. Service was great, close to hiking and town. Only negatives were pricey for per night price with everything closed in the winter.
